Einheit 219 ist eine nach Westen ausgerichtete Einheit im zweiten Stock mit einer hohen Decke und einem Dachboden. Die Veranda ist fast über dem Wasser und bietet einen unvergleichlichen Blick auf die spektakulären Sonnenuntergänge und Regenbögen sowie auf die gesamte Bucht und das Meer. Winken Sie Ihren Freunden zu, während sie in der Bucht schnorcheln! Diese Einheit ist ziemlich privat und ruhig, während der Rasen, der Pool, die Grills und die Bucht selbst noch ziemlich zugänglich sind.

Die Honokeana Cove befindet sich in Napili, West Maui, nur 13 km nördlich der historischen Stadt Lahaina. Das mit einem Gatter versehene Eigentum umgibt eine abgelegene Bucht mit einer atemberaubenden Ansicht der nahe gelegenen Insel von Molokai und der luxuriösen tropischen Landschaftsgestaltung.

First day we saw 8 turtles in the bay from our balcony. Stay was great (and there is no AC, but the abundance of fans and the great window ventilation made it totally comfortable despite being 70 degrees outside at night)

Love Honokeana Cove!

That condo could use new a little updating but it was perfectly located and we enjoyed every minute. Could use new flooring inside and on the balcony. Also the downstairs bathroom had a little peeling on the walls.

Sitting on the lanai was so peaceful and wonderful. Can’t beat the view. The cove for snorkeling is as wonderful as my friend told me. Leaving is the worst part about this trip.

Best vacation with turtles

Many nights we chose to barbecue or eat in &watch the beautiful sunsets on our balcony. The room has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen. I love the fact the grounds are beautiful & all neighbors were very courteous. No late night loud partying. The snorkeling is the best. I’ve never seen so many big turtles both in the water and out. We can’t wait to return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You truly can’t beat the view you get from this unit! I will truly miss my mornings sitting on the lanai! Would definitely stay again. The only thing that would make this a 10/10 would be an a/c unit. However, the weather and humidity were not unbearable and the afternoon winds cooled off the unit nicely. Out of 7 nights we only had 2 that were uncomfortable. The staff was amazing as well. The snorkeling!! The best and I felt so safe having my kids swim out in the cove. This is a place that I already miss! Thank you for such a wonderful visit!

Beautiful Location! Condo Old and Shabby

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over the years we have stayed at this condo many times. The location over the cove can’t be beat. However, last time we were there, almost two years ago, the place needed a serious remodel. Fast forward to today and you will find wallpaper peeling off the walls in the old bathrooms, uncomfortable beds (The king in the master is so soft that it is hard to get comfortable), and the furniture is old and worn. I hope that the homeowner will update this unit. If you don’t mind roughing it a bit, the views of the cove are awesome.

Maui Christmas 2020

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first visit to Maui during the holidays. We usually visit during the summer months but wanted a taste of Maui during the winter to experience the differences. Our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 high school seniors, thoroughly enjoyed the sightings of the whales from our balcony! The condo was exactly as advertised. It appears the owner is starting to update the condo with recently remodeled showers. The only downside we found was the kitchen is a bit small and the kitchen accessories were limited. Our favorite spot was the lanai which was literally located over the water where dozens of turtles sunbath and swim in the cove. Immediate access into the cove made it great for snorkeling.

An Amazing Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed in unit 219 and we have a fantastic time. The unit is on the 2nd floor directly oceanfront with a spectacular view of the cove and ocean. We saw lots and lots of sea turtles and even a couple of them that beached on the rocks right in front of our balcony! We even spotted a whale in the distance and saw one of them breach!!! The unit had all the amenities one could want and then some. Even though the unit doesn't have AC, we never felt uncomfortable. Others who stayed at this unit noted it is outdated, etc. That didn't bother us. If you come to Maui expecting fancy decor then stay at a ritzy hotel! We will definitely be back and hope to stay at this unit again!
