House was beautiful and the location was perfect. Our only complaint was that there was not enough of the provided basic necessities (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, shampoo etc.) for 6 people staying for 7 days.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home beautiful and the location perfect for your stay. We’re sorry to hear that the quantity of starter essentials such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and toiletries was not sufficient for your group. We do provide a standard starter set for all guests, and we understand how important it is for larger groups and longer stays to have additional supplies on hand. Your feedback has been shared with our team as we review how we can better set expectations and improve provisioning. We appreciate you staying with us and hope we have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Our stay was so perfect. It’s situated in just the right the spot in Rosemary that is still very close walking distance to the most important things (restaurants, the beach, bars, shops) but is not a super busy or noisy area. We were a group of 10 girls — the floor plan was set up so well to accommodate our group with all the bedrooms one on floor and a generous amount of bathrooms

We had a great time at Costa Verde Cottage! It is accurately described and the pool/outdoor space is fantastic! The property management company was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The set up of this house is a little tough with the main living area and kitchen being on the second floor, making the pool out of view. Everything is very clean but the house supplies only the bare minimum. Not a deterrent but just keep in mind when packing— There are no beach towels, only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. We couldn’t locate many cleaning supply for wiping down the counters, no salt/pepper. We have stayed at many houses in Rosemary and most come stocked with a little more than this house, but overall we greatly enjoyed our stay and the pool and outdoor area made the trip!

We also appreciate you pointing out the layout and the location of the main living area, as well as your feedback on the house supplies. Excellent House!

We loved our stay at this house. The location was perfect for all of our family activities (beach, tennis, Sugar Shak, farmers' market, etc.), and we loved having the pool and grill in the backyard. Property managers (30A Cottages) communicated frequently and kept us informed prior to and during our stay -- easy process and very friendly! We would definitely rent this house again.

Lovely location

What a fantastic location and home for our weekend getaway! The only negatives were a gas smell, probably produced by the 2 gas lanterns that were not lit on the property, and the pool cleaning schedule was a little off for our stay (he showed up the day we checked out). The space and layout of the home was wonderful. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful beaches and fun town.

2022 family vacation

House was beautiful and in the absolute perfect location. You could people watch on the 2nd floor balcony, then you have privacy in a huge back yard which is very unheard of for Rosemary Beach area. There were no carriage houses looking down in your back yard. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location

We loved our stay at this home. This is our 3 time staying on 30A and this is the only house we said we’d ever rent again. Our kids are 4,8,11 and it’s perfect for them to come back in the afternoon and swim after a Long Beach day. Only change id make is if possible to add an outdoor shower to rinse ourselves off and items off before going inside. We’d rent again ASAP!!

The BEST in Rosemary!

Having stayed in Rosemary many times, this house is by far our favorite! Beautiful home, great location, large backyard space with private pool plus 4 bikes. It really has it all! The kids loved being next to the large green space in front of the home - the perfect spot for playing sports - while the adults enjoyed morning coffee and people watching from the upstairs porch. Highly recommend Costa Verde!

Perfect family vacation

Our family spent two weeks at Costa verde and loved every minute of it. It's in a great location off of Long green and just minutes from the beach and town. The kids loved swimming in the private heated pool and frequently wanted to leave the beach to go swim. The house is well equipped and very comfortable for a large family. The porch was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. 30A Cottages was attentive and made the planning process a breeze. We are ready to come back next year.

Absolutely Perfect

This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach and will most certainly not be our last! This home was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We loved the location on the green where we played smash ball with the kids and purchased yummy things from the Farmers Market. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. We loved the private backyard with grill and pool which was perfect for cooling off. The beds had high quality linens and were very comfortable. I have no doubt we will return and would absolutely love to stay in this home again!
