The property is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable for six of us. It is a three minute walk to the gate to get onto the beach and it is just around the corner from all of the restaurants and shops in Rosemary Beach. The best stunning and wasn’t very crowded as it is a private beach are only suggestion is to have a keyless entry for the home.

Great place!

This house was perfect for our two families with kids. It was clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. There were even games and toys! Proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants, and pool were easy for us and our small kids to walk to.

Super convenient to the beach and restaurants

This is the second time we rented 120 New Providence. As always, Tom the property manger is very accommodating. The house is located directly on boardwalk cross over H, just a few steps from the beach. My only negative comment is that the WIFI is unstable and very spotty. Sit at the kitchen counter and it is fine, but around around the rest of the house it was dicey.

Expensive fun in the sun

Excellent location, super expensive, it was a bit difficult to pin down exactly what we were renting- I thought we were renting the entire property (house and carriage house) but it was only the house and the carriage house was rented by a few other renters during the week we stayed. I was including the bed in the carriage house for our group so it was a bit dissapointing to pay all that money and still have to squeeze in. But it was a fun vacation, the first we have taken as a family since Covid began.

Rosemary Perfection!

I almost hate to leave a glowing review, for fear that the property will never be available to us again! Ideally located steps from the beach and the Pearl hotel, the house is perfect. Every amenity is covered - from plush linens to cookie sheets in the kitchen! Tom is attentive as the property manager and the cleaning crew is exceptional. There is not a single thing we would change as it relates to the house. The VRBO description is accurate and all bedrooms and communal spaces are ideally situated. It is truly a great spot for a family vacation. The only note of warning... WiFi in Rosemary Beach is tricky. It’s not just this house, we’ve found it to be true throughout the town. If you are planning to work and need a lot of bandwidth for video calls, etc. be prepared to be frustrated! Maybe that’s just a sign to take a real vacation and unplug!! Overall, we love the house and cannot wait to return!

Almost beach front

Nice property. It’s our third time renting this house (2015, 2018, 2021). The home is starting to show the wear and tear of a rental. Mattresses and pillows need to be updated. It’s really nice to be able to walk less than 50 steps to the beach. Multiple bikes, beach chairs, and beach towels are provided which is nice extra perk. Property manager is on top of any issue that may arise.

This home is in the perfect location between the beach and town. Close to everything! Plenty of room for our group of 9 and stocked with everything we needed.
