Dated unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The building itself is nice however the unit was a bit dated and certain things/walls had damage to them. Upon entering we filled out a damage report sheet and it was longer than one would like to see considering how much we paid :/ also it did run out of hot water pretty fast while showering. Other than those things our stay was pleasant.
Antwort von VrboOwner am 31. Aug. 2024
Sammantha, Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad to hear that you had a pleasant stay overall, but we're sorry that certain aspects of the condo didn't meet your expectations. We appreciate you taking the time to fill out the damage report sheet, as this helps us address any issues promptly. We're also sorry to hear about the hot water running out quickly; we'll look into this to ensure it doesn't happen in the future. Your feedback is important to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience next time. Best regards, Holiday Surf & Racquet Club Guest Services Team

Room 308

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This room needs some updates - stove, dishwasher, but the biggest complaint is the mattress in the 2nd bedroom, the queen. It is horrible! For 2 years now my husband and I have fought to not continually roll to the center of the bed. You have to cling to the side. Did not get a good night's sleep for four nights!! Please replace it!

Amazing!

The property was great! Close to everything. The complimentary beach chairs were a huge plus! Will definitely be back. We had rough waters for a few days so we couldn't swim in the ocean, wish the pool was bigger, it got crowded.

Holiday Surf Review

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has always enjoyed HS&RC. however, the beach umbrella situation since Scott left has been terrible. The kids who run it are rude and inconsiderate. There needs to be a better operation for this. AWFUL!!! otherwise, no problems.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stood at this property four of the last five years. Unit 308 was definitely the worst. The overall cleanliness of the property was not good and the furniture needs to be updated.

There was mold in the bathrooms and the carpet was really dirty. The mattress in both rooms are probably older then me and need to be replaced, we left early because they were so bad. The beach was beautiful and would stay in that location again if we had a better place to stay.
