Even though your booking was for 8 people, the bedding arrangements for 9 guests were fully prepared, available, and ready upon your arrival. • Amenities & Linens: As a self-catering vacation rental, personal toiletries like soap are not traditionally provided, though we have taken note of this for our future guests. We supply three quality towels per person (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one beach towel) as well as one pillow per person. When you requested extra pillows, we did our best to deliver them as quickly as possible. • Hostess Support & Local Tips: We pride ourselves on being highly available and attentive. We were pleased to maintain continuous communication with you, responding to your regular messages throughout your stay. Upon your arrival, we personally recommended local restaurants, and we also provided a comprehensive Welcome Pack filled with recommendations for dining, grocery shopping, and sightseeing to help you enjoy the area. • Cleaning & Sheets: A thorough professional cleaning is done before and after every stay. A complimentary mid-stay cleaning is included for stays of 14 consecutive nights or more. For your 9-day stay, you requested an extra cleaning, which we were happy to organize and arrange for you. • Appliances & Pool: Our Welcome Pack explicitly states the best way to use the dryer and kindly recommends using the outdoor clothesline or drying rack for optimal results. Regarding the pool, our listing on the website does not check the heated pool option, and we are sorry if you assumed otherwise. • Location & Safety: The description and photos accurately reflect the property, including the water views. Regarding access to town, there is a dedicated walking path that avoids the main road entirely. Our guests routinely use it and enjoy walking to town in complete safety. However, we always mention that having a car is convenient for exploring the wider region. We appreciate your compliments on our beautiful house and grounds. Given your specific requests, a hotel might have been more suitable for you, as a self-catering private villa may not align with your personal travel preferences.
