2nd year in this unit. It is well maintained and a really nice place. King size bed is hard as a board but that is our only complaint.

Easy condo for visiting Rehoboth Beach

I was WFH on this trip, and the WiFi was strong! The drive to the beach was quick and easy and the amenities are great at this place.

The property is beautiful. Quiet. Nice swimming pool and an extremely friendly attendant at the pool. Short distance to the beach.

One week stay August 2024

Very nice and clean condo apartment, close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. Has a fully equipped kitchen, new appliances and very clean. I gave a four because they really need to change the mattresses, bothered all of our backs. Also, the dryer is not efficient, needs to run twice to have the clothes dry completely. Overall a gray stay. Loved the pool!

Rehoboth 2024

Nice place very clean. Needs a little attention. Clothes dryer didn’t heat so clothes take long time to dry, shower in main bath drains very slowly causing water to backup, all but 1 light bulb was burned out in kitchen. Seems like cleaning staff should report these issues. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Nice and spacious. Quiet neighborhood and nice pool.

The condo is very spacious and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool is in easy walking distance and the beach is a short drive. The place was pretty clean, but the showers/ shower curtain had some mildew that needed to be cleaned. The refrigerator is very cold...it froze our eggs. We couldnt figure out how to adjust it. There were lots of TV channels and on demand content for the kids. Its great they have a washer and dryer in the home. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice Stay

The rental was great and in a good location. It’s very close to the beach and restaurants. The community pool is right around the corner as well and was very clean and enjoyable. Bathrooms could use a maintenance update. Only reason we’re not giving this place a five star is due to the dirty floors (socks were black after an hour of walking around). We notified the real estate manager and she told me “it happens.” I see now that another reviewer wrote that the floors need to be mopped, so we’re not the only ones that feel that way. When paying for a cleaning service, you just think it would be mopped every time. Not ideal for families with crawling babies.

Poorly managed, kitchen not well stocked. Lovely community.

Overall, the condo was layed out nicely. It showed some signs of wear and tear. The kitchen was limited in cookware. Pans were lacking. The biggest issues was that the kitchen faucet only ran at a trickle, virtually making it impossible to use the kitchen for cooking/cleaning. This was reported immediately to the realtor who managed the condo, and they promised to have someone come out and fix it within a day, but no one ever showed up to fix it. Thus, the kitchen sink was essentially not functional during the entire rental! Also, the realtor withdrew money from my checking account after I made the final payment by check. This was unauthorized and they never explained why they did this. I still need to have this resolved. The community is lovely and a short ride to the beach. I would rent in the community again but not from a condo managed by ReMax.

Glad to hear you had a good time and loved the layout of the home. Unfortunate to hear about the few issues. As far as your payment deducted from your account without authorization is untrue and the kitchen sink. The kitchen sink was repaired the next day after you reported it. Our contract is written that your final payment will automatically be charged 30 days prior to your stay and you are also sent a reminder via email that your final payment is due in 5 days. I can certainly understand how frustrating that can but our contract and email reminders are very clear about our payment process. Sorry for any confusion and I hope you have a great summer!

Awesome stay

Great place to stay with nice amenities. It is hard to find a place with a pool for young children. This place was perfect! Easy access to the beach. Could take a nice walk to restaurants on Rehoboth Ave.

Great week at the beach

Very easy to rent, had all it advertised, overall enjoyable, floors needed to be mopped, and old disabled bikes in the bike racks left very little room for our bikes but we made it work and again we loved our stay. We would definitely stay here again. Very hospitable community.

Great location: short walk to pool, short drive to beach

We ended up moving to another place because of a repair issue, but, that aside, the condo was really nice for a family stay. While we were there, our kids (5 & 7) enjoyed the community pool and nearby Rehoboth boardwalk - and loved it. Once the repair issue is resolved (probably already is), I would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Get Away

My adult children and I used this rental as a chance to reconnect and relax. The location was a perfect distance from every thing. We loved using the pool.

We where very disappointed threat we where not told pool was closed along with playground and exercise room.Had we known that we would have chosen another property that we where looking at..vrbo advertise a picture of the pool..

We are not always aware of the pools closing because they are run by the HOA of the communities. Typically, all of the communities pools and facilities are up and running but this year due to Covid the communities have had to make so adjustments. Great Family Rental

The entire stay was far beyond our expectations. We were so close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping. Everything was so clean. We definitely will rent again and have already suggested to friends and family.

Clean, spacious, close to everything!

This property was perfect for us. It was clean, well stocked kitchen and very spacious. Bikes were not available but found a bike company in town to rent them from...and they deliver. The property is close to town and the beach... we will hopefully be returning!

Lovely clean home, large pool, near bike paths

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was roomy and clean and there were plenty of kitchen items. The pool was very nice however it closes at 8pm and you can not use pool floats. The bike path was a block away and takes you to town or on paths through the woods and farms to Cape Henelopen. We rode our bikes to the beach every day. I prefer other condos that I've rented that provide sheets and towels. I don't know that I would rent a condo again that has you bring your own or pay $100 to rent them. Overall worth the money.

Decent location. Wouldn't return though.

Condo was clean. Semi convenient to Beach, driving. Biking not safe with children. Condo was advertised as sleeps 6 but hot water runs out and those 6 people can't all take a shower in the same morning. Huge inconvenience. Kitchen had absolute bare minimum dishes. Linen package was expensive and only included 6 towels. Most people, especially females use more than 1 towel to shower.
