Pünktlich zum Jahr 2019: Neuer Bodenbelag von Johnson Hardwood.

Schöne 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer im ersten Stock Wohnung, die zu allem bequem ist. Das Hotel liegt an der Route 1 mit einfachem Zugang zum Strand, zu Restaurants, Outlets und Aktivitäten. Diese Endeinheit Eigentumswohnung bietet einfachen Zugang zum Gemeinschaftspool über die in der Veranda abgeschirmte Rückseite (mit Deckenventilator und Tisch / Stühlen) und die angrenzende Terrasse.

Bequem schläft 6 mit Königmeister- und Königinbetten andere 2 Schlafzimmer. Zustellbett für eine weitere Person. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad (mit behindertengerechter Reling), einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, eine Kommode, einen Deckenventilator und einen 50-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher. Großes zweites Schlafzimmer (15 x 12) mit Deckenventilator, Flachbildfernseher, großem Schrank und Kommode. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat einen Flachbildfernseher, einen Deckenventilator und einen großen Schrank. Zweites und drittes Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein komplettes Badezimmer (Badewanne / Dusche).

Verbesserte Küche hat Granit und bietet allen Komfort von zu Hause. Der separate Essbereich bietet bequem Platz für 6 Personen (und kann für weitere erweitert werden), während die Frühstücksbar Platz für weitere 2 Personen bietet. Die abgeschirmte Veranda bietet zusätzlichen Platz für vier Personen zum Essen im Freien.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay at the Palms. The pool view from the balcony was perfect for the parent hanging back while the baby napped to be able to see the older kids playing. Additionally, being able to see fireworks from both Dewey Beach and Rehoboth from the complex was incredible to avoid traffic chaos with 4 small kids.

Great community and pool
