Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to leave feedback. We always encourage guests to contact us during their visit if anything is needed, not after departure. That gives us the chance to address any concern immediately. With multiple arrivals that day, the cleaning crew inadvertently missed placing the soaps in the bathrooms. We could have corrected this right away had you reached out. You did not contact us at any point during your stay. We provide the essentials that are standard at the resort. Items like spices, salt and pepper, and personal preference supplies are not guaranteed, and many guests prefer unopened items for hygiene reasons. Still, if you had let us know you needed something, we would have gladly helped. We are glad you enjoyed the villa, and we appreciate your comments.

First, this rental client never contacted us once during their entire stay with any complaints. The only time they contacted us was prior to checking in when they ask us to allow them to use our garage so they could store their motorcycles. Even though we have parking spaces outside of our villa, we made an exception. It is clearly stipulated in our contract that there are a-la-carte items that have an additional cost. That includes our Jacuzzi and BBQ. The rental client was aware of this policy and paid for these items. That is customary in the vacation rental business. Others do not charge because they have that added to their rates. We don't as there are many who don't use these amenities. Your comment about our bedroom doors being duct taped is beyond inaccurate. There is a big difference between doors/windows being locked and being duct taped. This could give future renters the wrong impression. The reason why we have our bedroom doors leading to the outside locked is for security. Not too long ago a renter left all doors open and we experienced a significant theft. No one has ever complained about this. I would have really appreciated that you would have brought any or all of these issues to my attention during your stay. There is nothing we can do after you check out. For anyone reading this, please know we are always available to address any concern and it is very disappointing when someone leaves a review without having given us an opportunity to address their concerns.

Hello Raymond. Thanks for staying with us. Let me address your comments. The parking description is clearly stipulated on VRBO. It clearly states that there are two parking spaces outside the villa and even more spaces across the street. Perhaps you missed that. Villa owners usually do not allow vehicles inside their private garages. The guests prior to your stay broke one of the glass panes on the sliding door leading to the patio. We made sure it was all cleaned and taped while the replacement was ordered. We communicated that to you prior to your arrival. Did you miss it? I personally communicate with all our guests. You have my e-mail, cell phone, Whatsap and direct number from the villa. If you look at all the comments, you will see my direct communication is highlighted. You never communicated with me directly. I did hear you contacted Susan and we found out there was a short in the garage caused by a storm and we had to wait until you checked out in order for the electrician to address it.
