Beautiful Oceanfront Penthouse Condo in Bella Sirena Luxury Resort. 3 Large Master Suites, 2 twin bunk beds bedroom with breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. We have the best beach and downtown views from Building E in Bella Sirena - the Corner Penthouse! The property offers a private Jacuzzi on the massive private balcony as well as outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill. There is a family game room equipped with a pool table on the first floor. The condo is fully furnished to enjoy time away with friends and family and experience warm waters of the Sea of Cortez.

Awesome penthouse! Super clean, lots and lots of beds which is awesome for families.. Having a pool table in the condo was amazing as well. Both kids and adults loved it. Something to do when we needed a break from the beach. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful condo overlooking Sandy Beach

This is a beautiful condo in Bella Sirena. There were 7 of us and we all stayed very comfortably. I wish we'd spent more time inside to use the pool table and hot tub more. We will definitely come back!

Amazing Location!!

ABSOLUTLEY perfect for families. Host was very responsive. The property could use a few upgrades & repairs but nothing that we couldn’t overlook by glancing out at the amazing views. Downstairs bed was very uncomfortable but the host did their very best to get us a foam mattress topper. We will stay here again!!!

Can’t beat it

We were extremely pleased with every aspect of our stay. I’ve been coming to rocky point for many years and I can say that this place takes the cake. We love good views, jacuzzis, and billiards so this was a match made in heaven. We also love food so the brand new grill was ideal. Greyson was extremely accommodating and made sure I was taken care of.

Stunning views/spectacular Penthouse

Other than a couple of early hiccups(grill didn’t work, hot water breaker kicked off) We had a wonderful time. The penthouse is truly amazing with a Jacuzzi that looks out over the ocean on the top floor deck. Highly recommend staying here Ownership was very helpful quick to respond and willing to do whatever needs to be done to make our stay exceptional.

What luxurious property and wonder experience!

We had an amazing experience with our stay at the property. It was exactly as described and the hosts were amazing and attentive throughout the whole trip. Bella Sirena is a step above the rest and in such a peaceful location. I would highly recommend this to stay, as everyone was able to have there own separate space and enjoy the company of each other in the open area and large balconies. The views are incredible and the beach was very nice from this spot. Thank you again for such an amazing trip!! We will definitely be coming back again.

Stunning Condo

Couldn't ask for a better condo or property. This was our first time to Rocky Point and we are definitely spoiled now! Condo is gorgeous and location is great. Staff was very nice. Owners were very responsive. My daughter left something behind, we text them and they instantly said they would look and get it returned to us. Will definitely be back..

Overall our stay was really nice and the place accommodated our group of 9 well. We had an issue with the hot water but the hosts responded fast and were very helpful. The only bummer was that we were promised some credit at the resort pool/restaurant and received no response after inquiring about that. Other than that it was beautiful and the views were great!

Beautiful penthouse stay

10/10 stay; owners were extremely responsive before and throughout our stay. The condo itself is very spacious - lots of room for our group of 9 adults and taken very well care of. Outdoor furniture was a plus for enjoying the beautiful view overlooking the ocean. Check in was a breeze and the owners did everything to sure a hassle free stay. Extra linens and bath towels provided as well as kitchen basics. The pool table was an additional plus. We had an amazing stay, would definitely reccomend the property to anyone looking to stay. If not already familiar with Puerto Penasco, Bella Sirena is centrally located on Sandy Beach and definitely one of the nicer resorts. Plenty of parking, nice stretch of beach and multiple pools. Live music at the swim up pool bar. Very family friendly too. Hope to return and stay here again.

Rocky Point Bella Sirena Penthouse

Our overall stay was wonderful! The resort was incredibly safe, clean, and the resort staff were very friendly and helpful. The penthouse was spacious and offered an amazing view—perfect for our family. The hosts were very responsive and promptly addressed the minor issues we reported. Overall, our experience was so great that we didn’t want to leave the resort or the penthouse.A few things to consider: there’s only one bedroom on the main floor—the rest are upstairs. The staircase is steep and may be difficult for those with mobility issues. The beds weren’t the most comfortable, the water didn’t seem filtered, and there was no ice available, so be sure to bring your own. You’ll also need a car if you plan to visit the town or Malecón area, which are about a 15-minute drive away. Bring your own beach gear as well. That said, the pools are large and well-maintained, and the SWIM Bar & Grill was a great on-site amenity—though note that it’s closed a few days a week. Honestly, the resort and penthouse are so nice, you may not even want to leave!

Great condo and location

Condo was great. Couple of issues that we didn't report at the time... half of the blinds covering the sliding doors in the master on main floor were missing so the sun came in our room awfully early. Also, when we climbed in bed our first night, our sheets were full of sand. We were able to find a spare clean set and changed the linens. Everything else in the condo was perfect, clean, good condition. We would stay here again.
