Diese fabelhaft (vor kurzem) akribisch umgestaltete, extra große Villa mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bädern (1300 Quadratfuß) befindet sich im erstklassigen Komplex am Meer in der Kapalua Bay Villa. Diese Villa (größer als ALLE Villen mit einem Schlafzimmer im Resort) liegt direkt am Meer und bietet anspruchsvollen Gästen einen luxuriös eingerichteten, modernen Rückzugsort mit allen erlesenen Annehmlichkeiten (Kronenleisten, Mahagonitüren, Granitplatte, Kalksteinplatte, Regendusche) usw.). Im ganzen Haus die Designer-Möbel werden von der Originalvorlage von der Eigentümer Privatsammlung betont. Zahlreiche Fenster am Meer sorgen für einen herrlichen Ausblick. Man kann die Wale und Kitesurfer aus der Gourmet-Küche zusehen oder während Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee, während Sie im Speisesaal, Wintergarten sitzen, Wohnzimmer oder auf der Veranda. Die warmen Meeresbrise und sanfte Passatwinde sorgen für eine immer bequem zu besuchen.

Unsere Villa ist für maximal zwei Gäste. ES GIBT KEINE SLEEPER SOFA IN DIESER VILLA.

Die Küche ist ein Gourmet-Koch der Traum mit allen Geräten aus rostfreiem Stahl: Subzero Kühlschrank, KitchenAid Herd / Ofen, Bosch Spülmaschine, Granitplatte Zähler und backsplash mit allen Utensilien, die Sie benötigen, um die besondere Mahlzeit zu erstellen.

Um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, sorgen erstklassige Betten sowie eine Daunendecke, die Pflegeprodukte von L'Occitane und Molton Brown sowie luxuriöse Bettwäsche für eine angenehme Nachtruhe ... selbst nach einem harten Tag beim Schnorcheln und Spielen Tennis / Golf oder Wandern. Ein Himmelkingsize-Bett hebt das Schlafzimmer mit einem großen Wand montiert Flachbild-TV für Ihr Vergnügen. Es gibt auch eine individuell regulierbare Deckenleselampen für Ihre Bequemlichkeit.

Die übergroße eigenem Bad bietet Ihnen eine Doppel-Waschtisch und Schränke mit luxuriösen exotischen Austernschale Kalkstein bedeckt. Die große regen Dusche ist mit einem beleuchteten Nischen und Sitzbank betont. Die unter Gegen Eitelkeit Beleuchtung und unter Sitzbank Beleuchtungs bietet schöne Nachtlichter, die die klaren Linien in der Master-Badezimmer ausgestellt beglückwünschen. Neben dem Master-Bad gibt es ein zusätzliches Bad und Dusche aus dem Hauptwohnbereich zugänglich.

Die gut beleuchteten expansive Wohnzimmer beinhaltet eine große Wand montiert Smart TV mit Flachbildschirm, reichlich Platz für sechs und einen Schreibtisch. A perfect location

Our stay at this villa was perfection. Everything we might have needed was provided and the proximity to the crashing surf below us provided us with an amazing view. The location is adjacent to The Montage resort where excellent restaurants were available if we wanted. I would stay there again in a minute.

WORTH...EVERY...PENNY!

Fabulous week in paradise! The oceanfront condo did not disappoint! Breathtaking panoramic views of crystal blue waves crashing against the cliffs. The unit is beautifully decorated and was well appointed with everything we needed. Now we just have to plan to return in the winter to see the whales! Carol was extremely helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful villa and amazing host!

My partner and I stayed in this beautiful villa for a week in June. Everything was perfect. The finishes and furniture were designer level, the bed very comfortable, and the kitchen included everything we needed plus more! The view is amazing and the location is an easy walk to 2 major hotels on a beautiful trail. What really distinguishes this experience were the hosts. They were so welcoming and responsive to our every need. I highly recommend this villa and can’t wait to return.

Fabulous Property!!

Everything about this property was amazing - the location, the decor, the views...it was perfect! My husband and I decided to go to Hawaii to enjoy a "safe Covid" vacation and this property did not disappoint. Located on the cliffs overlooking the ocean - every moment was breathtaking and the condo was impeccably clean and exquisitely furnished. Carol (the owner) was very accommodating and helpful and was always available if we had any questions. We plan to return as soon as possible!!

Great Anniversary celebration

We chose this property because of the location and proximity to other places we wanted to visit. The condo has every kitchen appliance and utensil you could ever imagine. It was absolutely perfect! Carol was very accommodating for all our requests. She made restaurant suggestions that were all spot on perfect. Living in this condo is nothing short of paradise!!!

Perfect in Every Way

The condo is fantastic place for a couple. It is beautifully decorated, amazing location, and we have seen more whales than people!!! Carol (owner) has been nothing but wonderful to deal with...even offered to give us an additional night no charge after our flight was cancelled in Chicago for a snow storm! Can’t say enough great things about the location..coastal trail to walk to great beaches and great restaurants only minutes away! We will be back!!

Excellent Anniversary Destination

We stayed at this unit for our 30th wedding anniversary and from the pre booking question and information gathering to the arrival, Carol was an amazing host. This home was absolutely worth every penny. It’s features and location were unmatched. . My only recommendation for an improved stay would be to utilize black out shades to improve the cooling of the main living space. Beyond that, we would DEFINITELY recommend this to family and friends.

the condo was amazing!!!

The trip was amazing.... incredible views, nicely appointed unit, comfortable furnishings and surprisingly generous with staple goods (toilet paper/paper towels/laundry soap, etc which is sooooo not always the case). The kitchen appliances were seriously high quality, in fact, I loved the fridge so much I put it on my Christmas wishlist.... lol. honestly, the trip was awesome. the condo is in an awesome location with plenty of convenient parking. 2 small draw backs that were entirely my own issues.... 1) we loved the view so much that we left the blinds up at all times which meant that people could look into the condo as they walked by.... we figured they would only look once or go blind, lol. the 2nd was that a family with young kids were in the upstairs unit. Well, either young kids or 12 dogs that ran constantly. There doesn't seem to be a lot of sound proofing between floors but truthfully, the running was all we ever heard, never voices or TV or anything else. Again,our own issue and nothing that would deter us from renting again. Notes: its on the ocean so be prepared for dampness. 1) Buy Individual bags of chips rather than one big bag. Might cost more but at least you'll get to enjoy them all. 2) If you can, bring small amounts of your favorite spices. there's salt and pepper and some other minimal spices there, but it's damp and they don't last long and who knows how old they are? 3)

Front Row!

Wow, what a view! This condo was everything & more than described. Beautifully remodeled: The countertops, solid mahogany doors, excellent lighting with dimmers, the kitchen, bathrooms & bedding were all top notch! In fact, 2 people who stopped by (a window washer & a nearby resident) both told my wife while she was on the lounge chair on the grass out back, that this was the nicest 1 bedroom unit in the Bay Villas. Perfect location on the coastal trail between the Ritz Carlton and Montage. Great breakfast buffet at the Ritz & we had the best couples massage ever at the Montage! The famous Plantation Golf Course which a short drive or shuttle offers some of the best views you will ever see on a golf course. The pool was right around the corner of the building next door and was very refreshing and also has a great view overlooking the beach below. Kapalua is a special place and, of course, Maui is a beautiful island with many places to see and explore. This is the nicest 1 bedroom unit we have ever rented and Carol was a pleasure to work with. The deposit refund check came quickly in the mail without even having to ask. Great place, wish we could have stayed longer!

A true 5 star experience.

Our first trip to Maui couldn't have been better. We LOVED this condo. I almost hate to write this because we want to come back without it being overbooked. The condo was artistically beautiful, comfortable, ideal location, and all around perfect. A 5 star luxury experience and we know what luxury is, as we live in the Hollywood Hills and only splurge for the best. Carol was so easy to book with. She gave us everything we needed along with a gift waiting for us in the condo. She is such a sweet and caring person, wanting to make sure you get all the information you need to enjoy your trip. The condo is perfect for a couple. It is romantic in every way. It comes stocked with EVERYTHING you need from towels, beach equipment, kitchen supplies, toiletries and much more. Right outside the condo there is a gorgeous view of the waves and whales! It is also a very short walk to the beach which had sea turtles in the coves! We also enjoyed tide pool watching where we saw starfish, sea cucumbers, fish, crabs and sea vegetation. There is also a seabird nesting spot to go look at. The condo was also close to Spa Montage! It is the same chain as the one we frequent in Beverly Hills. We had a romantic hut massage and spent many days just relaxing by their pool. The other days we spent driving around to nearby restaurants and sights. We went to the ocean center, a submarine tour, a snorkel tour, a luau, shopping and hiking spot. It was all so convenient to get to from the condo. We never visited the Hana side but frankly we didn't find that we needed to with all that was happening on the west side. Highly recommended and hope to be back sooner than later. Thanks again for everything.

Beautiful location and villa

The Villas at Kapalua are nestled along the northwest shores of Maui. The views from this villa are spectacular. The place was clean and very well appointed. The price was fair and we would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

The views are spectacular and will take your breath away. This one bedroom level villa is larger than ALL one bedroom level villas in the Bay Villas. We are not overlooking the pool so it's much quieter in our villa. Location makes a difference!
