Aloha, We are so sorry that you did not enjoy your time on Maui. We do all we can to make sure our unit descriptions are accurate and uptodate, so if there is something that we’ve missed or that could be misinterpreted, we apologize. We have a standard check list that our Cleaners have to report before the guest checks in to ensure the units' cleanliness, we also are deeply sorry that there were some unforeseen issues during your time with us and if the cleaning is not to your satisfactory. Unfortunately, simple issues like you mentioned are part of joys of home-ownership and are often unavoidable. We try and answer all of the issues we have and please be patient with us if we are a bit delayed on the response. Lastly, we are avoiding the experience you had upon arrival and cleaners are still in the unit that is why due to strict protocols and busy cleaning schedules, we are unable to accommodate any late early check ins and check outs. Please know that we value your feedback and are constantly working towards improvement and professionalism in our company. We hope you'll come stay with us again sometime so we can improve your next experience Mahalo. Candice (mms) Maui Paradise Properties
