Chalet Le Bouquetin - 10 Autominuten vom großen kostenlosen Parkplatz am Fuße des Lifts in St. Martin de Belleville entfernt

Auf einer Fläche von 4 Etagen wurde jedes Detail des 250 m² großen Chalets liebevoll entworfen, um der langen Geschichte von geschnitzten Holztreppen bis hin zu Wandgemälden an den Decken gerecht zu werden. Dabei wurde jedoch der moderne Luxus nicht vergessen. Es ist ideal für Sommer- und Winterferien gelegen.

Das Chalet blickt über das Tal und bietet durch die großen Fenster, die sich öffnen lassen, einen atemberaubenden Blick auf alle Etagen. Im Sommer können Sie die untergehende Sonne vom Balkon aus beobachten - im Winter, wenn es etwas kalt ist, um die Fenster zu öffnen, gibt es einen Holzofen, um die Dinge gemütlich zu halten.

Das Trois Valles ist das größte und eines der bekanntesten Skigebiete der Welt. Es bietet nicht nur großartige Möglichkeiten zum Skifahren, sondern auch ein gut verbundenes modernes Liftsystem, spektakuläre Aussichten, unvergessliche Restaurants und jede Menge künstliche Beschneiung für alle Fälle.

St Martin De Belleville liegt im Belleville-Tal, neben Les Menuires und Val Thorens im Trois Vallées. Meribel & Courchevel sind nur einen kurzen Skiweg über die Täler entfernt. Rustic Property in great location

We stayed in the property for a week and enjoyed the excellent location (if you like quiet villages close to the slopes). There was excellent access to the 3 valleys area within a 10 minute drive. The house itself was well equipped (although we never found the "drying room" or boot warmers and all the beds were actual beds and not sofa beds in the living room as is sometimes the case. The dining area was also great with a large table easily able to accommodate everyone. However there were some major draw backs for us. Firstly the accommodation is over 4 floors, so plenty of walking up and down stairs but the bigger problem was the steepness of the stairs to the 3rd floor and the restricted ceiling heights on the 3rd floor where 3 out of the 5 bedrooms were. I think it potential renters with children should be made aware of the steepness of the stairs and a stair gate would have been useful .

I'm surprised to hear of the things you didn't find including stairgates - having spoken to you before your stay you knew my number and could easily have reached out to ask where they were. The stairs are steep, but families with young children (including my own) have been there many times and loved exploring it. Glad you had a good holiday and look forward to welcoming you back.

Beautiful authentic alpine chalet

We absolutely loved the chalet - so many interesting features and very well equipped. Plenty of sunshine streaming in throughout the day. Beds very comfortable and underfloor heating just lovely under those terracotta tiles in the dining room. The drive to St Martin each morning was an easy distance, parking was a struggle but only as it was half term week. We had to be there before 9.30 to get a space in the public car park. Loved the home run back all the way from the top of the Granges chair down to the village. A couple of things to mention would be a bit more info in arrival pack. ie where to take rubbish, nearest bakery, key safe code. There were 8 of us in the chalet (4 adults 4 kids) and the hot water only lasted for one bath and 3 showers then nothing for washing up. It would have been good to know how to boost it. There was a great bath in our room which I only used once as it meant there was limited chance for others to have hot water if it was used. Unfortunately half of the group came down with a sickness bug towards the end of the stay and that combined with leaving at 4am meant that we didn't leave the chalet as clean as we normally would - hope it was ok! All in all, happy memories and some great family meals around that amazing dining table.

Chalet très rustic avec beaucoup d'escaliers

Chalet très chaleureux et rustic, mais pas très pratique.Nous avons précisé que nous étions un groupe de 10 personnes et deux enfants, or la 5eme chambre comprend 4 lits enfants, dans laquelle deux adultes ont dû dormir (lits à même le sol !!!) la photo de cette chambre est inexistante sur le site. Nous avons donc été trompés. Nous sommes une famille de grande taille, de nombreuses portes et passages ne font pas 2M de hauteur.La décoration est surabondante et la cuisine pas très pratique.Le chalet est situé à 15m de St. Martin, c'était parfait pour nous, parking facile dans le village.

Merci beaucoup pour votre avis et désolé que vous n'ayez pas apprécié le chalet autant que nous. Vous êtes l'un des seuls invités que nous accueillons dans notre maison familiale à qui je n'ai pas parlé en personne avant de séjourner au cours des 10 dernières années. La 5ème chambre dispose de 4 lits simples (90*190) (aucun au sol mais 2 sur des tiroirs). À quiconque demande avant de réserver, je dis toujours que c'est plus approprié pour 4 enfants ou 2 adultes. J'ai maintenant changé cela pour qu'il soit plus clair sur le site Web qu'il est prévu pour 10 personnes maximum. Et oui, conformément à ses origines anciennes, de nombreuses entrées sont plus basses que les nouvelles constructions standard.

Très bien

Le chalet est très pratique car nombreuses chambres et SDB. La terrasse est très ensoleillée le matin et le midi. Jonathan a été très disponible pour répondre à nos questions. On reviendra avec plaisir ! Le seul bémol est la nécessité de voiture pour les commerces et stations de ski.

Heerlijke ruime en karakteristieke vakantiewoning klein stukje rijden vanaf de piste

Wij vonden la Bouquetin een heerlijke vakantiewoning om te verblijven. Het is een prachtig gerenoveerd oud pand van 4 verdiepingen hoog en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Goed uitgeruste keuken, meerdere badkamers en toiletten en in totaal 10 slaapplaatsen. Er is ook een parkeergarage waar 1 niet al te brede auto in past. Ervoor kan nog een auto worden geparkeerd. Het is 10 minuten rijden naar de parkeerplaats bij St. Martin en 15 minuten naar de Carrefour in Moutiers. Wij hebben in St. Martin een kluisje gehuurd voor de ski’s zodat we die niet iedere keer in de auto mee hoefden te nemen. De eigenaar is heel vriendelijk en geeft veel nuttige informatie over de woning en het verblijf. Wij waren met twee volwassenen en drie kinderen en hadden dus zeer veel ruimte. Iedereen was zeer tevreden over ons verblijf. Voor herhaling vatbaar dus.

Maison de caractère

Belle propriété, bel espace et décoration de caractère. Joli village, stationnement difficile à St Martin en saison haute et ds le village de St Jean. Internet, télé et lave vaisselle un peu fatigués. Très belle atmosphère ds le logement et propriétaire sympathique.

Original, comfortable and peaceful

A terrific home, an original building with many interesting details, well equipped and very comfortable. We were 10 people and there was plenty of room for sleeping and eating. The town of Saint Jean de Belleville is nice, but there is nothing there in the way of shops or restaurants. Skiing is easy to reach, about a 10-15 minute drive up the valley to the lift at St. Martin which connects directly to the Trois Vallees ski resorts. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions and very helpful.

me and 9 friends stayed on vacation in saint jeanne de Belleville for the last week of 2016. was a wonderful stay, the house is magnificent, large and comfortable. furnished to a unique and refined style, it allows you to feel at ease in one of the best mountain hotel. the hospitality of jonathan, the owner was unique and overwelcomed although he lives in another country.he has followed us during the reservation and it was informed of the stay. The village is small but five minutes away from the slopes, and only 10 minutes away by car there is a large shopping center. the neighbors are wonderful people and made the stay even more enjoyable. will definitely return here, we were the best ever holiday on skis. i also would like to leave a comment in my own language as proof for the next italians coming there... io e 9 amici siamo stati in vacanza a saint jeanne de belleville per l'ultima settimana del 2016. è stata uno splendido soggiorno,la casa è magnifica,grande e confortevole. arredata secondo uno stile unico e ricercato,permette di sentirsi a proprio agio come in uno dei migliori hotel di montagna. l'ospitalità di jonathan,il proprietario è stata unica,benche lui abita in un altro paese.ci ha seguiti durante la prenotazione e si è informato del soggiorno. il villaggio è piccolo ma a cinque minuti di distanza dalle piste,è a 10 minuti in macchina c'è un grande centro commerciale. i vicini di casa sono persone splendide e hanno reso il soggiorno ancor più piacevole. torneremo sicuramente qui,sono state le vacanze sugli sci migliori di sempre.

Fantastic chalet in the heart of 3 Valleys

We came in Chalet Bouquetin 2 times with friends and had a fantastic moment each time; the chalet is plenty of charms, warm, and very comfortable. The house has its own caractere "du cachet" as we say in French. The decoration is amazing (particularly the dinning room and its ceiling). By car, you are at 5 minutes from the parking of Saint Martin de Belleville in the heart of 3 vallées, and can join any valley in no time. We really recommend this Chalet and will not hesitate to book it for another stay in the region.

We had a lovely week staying in this cosy chalet with a group of 8 friends – it was our second visit to the same one. The chalet is a short drive to St Martin de Belleville which means the first and last lifts are perfectly possible every day, and generally a beautifully quiet end of day run down Jerusalem back into town – ideally with singing! The dining area commands terrific views out over the village and the valley with a large communal table, plenty large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably and the sitting rooms are great – enough chairs for everyone and the option to split over floors if wanted. The bedrooms are all lovely - wooden rafters, great snowy views out of the windows and really warm. There are also enough bathrooms that there was never a queue for them, despite a chalet-full. All in all – a great find.

Ideal chalet for skiing the 3 Valleys

A very large but wonderfully cosy chalet - with a very well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the separate living areas allow for a variety of après-ski activities. An excellent base for a great skiing experience in the 3 Valleys.

Beautiful house with plenty of space

Awesome place, have stayed 3 times with friends and have now booked again for next year to take the kids for the first time! Really spacious property with large communal areas on two floors, so there is plenty of opportunity to spread out. The bedrooms are beautiful, comfortable and warm which is perfect for when you fall into bed after a hard days skiing and a few glasses of wine. Lighting the fire, cooking dinner in the open plan kitchen and sitting down for an evening meal in the beautiful dining room a real highlight for me. Love this place.
