Sie werden mein Haus renoviert im 6. Stock mit Blick auf Observatory Hill mögen. Sie werden es für seinen Komfort, Bettwäsche genießen, ihre Dienstleistungen, die Dekoration, die Helligkeit. Es liegt in der Nähe von Geschäften und Straßenbahn (Supermarkt, Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor dem Gebäude). Der Zugang in 15 Minuten in die Altstadt, Hafen, Strände, 10 Minuten zum FACS, Krankenhäuser.

Clean, Well-Equipped, Great Location for vacation in Nice

Bruno and Marie-Pierre have equipped this apartment with everything that you might need for a comfortable stay in Nice. The pictures only hint at how nice it is. It’s 1 min from the L1 Tram stop, 15 min from Old Nice on the Tram, close to various stores for anything you might need. Bruno was always very responsive to communication through VRBO. Along with all you need in the kitchen to eat in, good wifi, and lovely decor, they provide tourist books about the area in many languages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would gladly return for a sequel!

Perfect stay in Nice

We really liked the appartement. Perfect location near the tram (15 min to city centre/beach). The appartement was beautiful, clean and perfectly equipped. The AC was great for the hot weather. Parking in the street and around the block is free (but not always easy to find a spot). Supermarket is 2min away from the appartement. Bruno was a friendly and very welcoming host. We would come again at any time :)

Wonderful Stay

The apartment was great! Bruno was really lovely and took a lot of time to show and explain everything in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need, whether it was beach towels, travel guides or basic stuff for cooking. With the tram station right outside the front door you were in the old town of Nice within 20 minutes, the nearest train station was also only about 15 minutes walk away so you could quickly get into the city and surrounding villages and towns. When you came back at the end of the day, it was like coming home. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was outstanding! We weren’t short of anything and every possible scenario was considered for us. A washing machine and dishwasher were both provided, making our stay easier. The cupboards were stocked with all utensils necessary. A tram stop and supermarket nearby too. Our flight arrived earlier than the check in time and set off later than the check out time, however Bruno was very understanding and considerate of this and adjusted these times for us. Me and my boyfriend truly had an amazing stay, thanks to Bruno and his lovely wife! We would highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back if we decide to visit Nice again!

Rugby World Cup vacation

I stayed at the apartment in Nice for just under 3 weeks, using it as a base from where I could attend a number of matches taking place during the Rugby World Cup, and also explore that region of France. I have to say that I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and had all of the amenities you could wish for. Small touches such as providing a body puff for the shower, and a ready supply of coffee capsules for the coffee maker were very thoughtful. The apartment's location is excellent, close to a supermarket and also to the tram stop from which it was easy to travel to the centre of Nice. Whilst the eventual results of the rugby matches weren't what I wanted for my team, Scotland, I nevertheless had a wonderful time, and can thoroughly recommend the apartment to other users.

Aufenthalt im Juni 2022

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen - sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, die Wohnung ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln hervorragend erreichbar (Tramhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür), gute Ausstattung. Lediglich die Straße war teilweise etwas laut. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Nizza werden wir wenn möglich die Wohnung erneut mieten.

Perfect, super furnished apartment in Nice

We came to Nice for a week in Bruno and Marie-Pierre's apartment. We came by car and were delayed due to traffic jams and didn't arrive until the evening hours. Bruno was very friendly and understanding. When we arrived at the apartment, we were already expected and everything was explained to us. The apartment is well equipped and absolutely perfectly clean. The apartment and the kitchen are completely new, there are electric shutters. We were just amazed. The kitchen even has basic groceries, spices, and coffee. At night it is quiet on the street and you can sleep well. We were really overwhelmed by the care that Bruno and Marie-Pierre took. If we come to Nice again, we will be happy to come back to the apartment. Thank you very much for the kind hospitality.

Great Appartment

We really loved the appartment, especially the balcony is great in the morning and in the evening. The appartment was really clean and exactly how it was described. Bruno and his wife are really nice and made sure we would have a nice stay. When we arrived, they explained everything to us and provided everything we needed for the week. We really recommend buying a 7-day ticket for public transport as the tram station is directly next to the house and you can reach nearly every destination with public transport. However, you do not have a private parking lot, if that is what you are looking for. But you can easily find a free one on the side of the street which was totally fine for us.

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung

Wir hatten die Wohnung im August 2016 mit vier Personen gemietet und waren begeistert. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei Problemen bzw. Fragen waren sie umgehend erreichbar und haben alles binnen weniger Minuten geklärt. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet; von Strandhandtüchern, über Putzmittel, bis hin zur sehr, sehr modernen Kücheneinrichtung in der es an nichts gemangelt hat. In dem Haus ist es abends sehr ruhig. Zu der Wohnung gehört außerdem ein langgezogener Balkon mit einem kleinen Tisch, vier Stühlen, sowie einer bequemen Sonnenliege. Direkt vor der Haustür ist ein kleines Geschäft, indem man Baguette, Croissants, sowie frisches Obst und Gemüse kaufen kann. Außerdem ist ein großer Intermarché zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Direkt um Ecke ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, mit der man in die Stadt, sowie zum Strand fahren kann (Preis: 1,50 €). Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und freuen uns schon darauf die total lieben Vermieter wiederzusehen.

Excellent séjour dans un cocon bien douillet

Merci à Marie-Pierre et Bruno pour ce séjour parfait ! Tout l’appartement est très bien pensé pour faire de ces vacances un moment inoubliable ! L’appartement était propre, très fonctionnel, à moins d’une minute des transports en commun. Bruno est à l’écoute et disponible. New, clean, tidy and completely equipped appartment

We got the warmest welcome from the friendly owners. It was a great start of our three-week vacation in Nice. The lady explained everything we should know about the appartment and its surroundings. Her husband translated her explanation to us. The appartment was completely equipped with all the things we needed during our stay such as a laundry machine, hair dryer, ironing board etc. The kitchen was also stocked with various complementary items. Frankly, we have never been to a holiday appartment as complete as this one. There is a small lift to get to the appartment. The tramstop Virgile Barel is situated next to the appartment, as well as a patisserie. An Intermarché and an Aldi are nearby. If you take the tram to Vauban, you'll find an XL Lidl. To get to old town Nice, take the tram to Cathédrale Vieille Ville or Opera Vieille Ville, where a lot of affordale restaurants are located. Walk behind the naked statue at Opera Vieille Ville, and you'll find yourself in the middle of Promenade des Anglais. Walk left to find Castle Hill, and continue on to find the port of Nice. We loved to stroll in the early morning when the Promenade was still quiet and the temperature was still bearable. If you want to go to Monaco, take the tram to Port Lympia. There, take bus 100, ask people on the street or Google where the busstop is because it has been moved. Try to get a seat on the right side of the bus to give yourself the best views on the way. Get off in Monaco at Place D'Armes to get to old Monaco or get off at the Casino the new part of the city. To go back to Nice, take bus 112 at the Casino. We also took bus 100 to go to Menton, which is also worth visiting. If you want to travel further outside Nice, go to the tramstop Parc Phoenix, where you can catch the bus to Grasse, Cannes, Antibes or Vence. Back in Nice, take bus 15 at Promenade Des Arts (nearby tramstop Garibaldi) to go to Villa Rothschild at St. Jean Cap Ferrat, which is also nice place to visit. Bus 82 at Vauban goes to the picturesque village of Eze. Try to use public transport as much as possible sinds it costs only 1,5 euro per ride (as does your ride to Monaco). Or buy a 7 day Ligne D'Azur ticket which costs €15. The traffic in and round Nice is always busy so sitting in the bus is quite relaxing. 4 persoons appartement in Nice

Dit 4 persoonsappartement op de zesde etage is gunstig gelegen in Nice ( Frankrijk). Een kleine lift brengt je naar de zesde etage of je kunt gebruik maken van de trap. De hoofd tramlijn stopt naast het appartement en er zijn verschillende supermarkten op loop afstand.Dichtstbij zijnde is op 500 m. Je kunt dus makkelijk met de tram naar het strand maar lopen kan ook. ( 20 min). Het appartement heeft alles wat in de advertentie staat. Goede airco, prima keuken (magnetron, oven, waterkoker, broodrooster, genoeg pannen en servies,) en badkamer ( wasmachine, wastafel, douche en wc )en heeft ook een balkon ( lang maar smal, past een tafel en twee en twee stoelen op, een ligstoel/bed en groot droogrek.) Balkon bereikbaar vanuit slaapkamer en woonkamer. Het was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Verhuurders erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We hebben een super vakantie gehad. Echte aanrader. H

Appartement très lumineux avec toutes les commodités et très bien situé!

L’appartement correspond en tous points à la description. Il est situé dans un quartier tranquille à proximité de tous les services. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et nous ont donné toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. Ils nous ont accomodé sans problème pour notre check-in et notre check-out. Nous avons apprécié vraiment beaucoup notre séjour à Nice!
