Das Seaview Cottage am Olivia Beach befindet sich in der charmanten Nachbarschaft von Olivia Beach in Lincoln City, Oregon. Dieses charmante Ferienhaus wurde im Oktober 2014 fertiggestellt. Der umgekehrte Lebensgrundriss bietet einen wunderschönen Meerblick von der obersten Ebene, die die Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und geräumige Oberdeck verfügt. Es gibt noch weitere Meerblick von der zweiten / obersten Ebene Unterdeck sowie aus der Master-Schlafzimmer und einem der Gästezimmer.

Unsere schöne und charmante Haus verfügt über einen herrlichen gewölbten Decken mit sichtbaren Holzbalken, Holzböden, Vertäfelungen, Zierleisten, Platte Granit in der Küche sowie allen Bädern und Bartresen. Es gibt zwei Kamine, zwei großzügige Terrassen mit Meerblick sowie einen privaten Whirlpool mit Meerblick.

Olivia Beach ist einer der führenden Nachbarschaft in Lincoln City, die sowohl auf HGTV und Sunset Magazine vorgestellt wurde und nur einige Meter vom Pazifik entfernt. Das Seaview Cottage an Olivia Beach befindet sich unmittelbar neben dem beheizten Außenpool und Vor-Ort-Fitnessraum befindet. Wir sind nur einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Central Park Olivia Beach, die einen Kinderspielstruktur, große offene Grasplatz, Gemeinschaftsgrill, Naturschutzgebiet, Gemeinde Feuerstelle (Holz vorhanden) und Sand-Volleyballplatz.

Vom Seaview Cottage an Olivia Strand können Sie auch einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Meer mit Zugang zum Strand über die Olivia Strand Treppe. Von der Spitze der Treppe erhalten Sie einen tollen Blick auf das Meer unten! Mit genau 113 Stufen, um den Sand zu erreichen, kann es auch eine große Arbeit sein lassen! Allerdings, wenn Sie nicht zu Fuß gehen und möchte fahren können Flach öffentlichen Zugang zum Strand am Canyon Drive Park, die eine sehr kurze 5 Minuten Fahrt von Seaview Cottage zwischen dem 11. & Coast Ave. ist zu gewinnen Sobald Sie am Strand sind, sind wir ganz in der Nähe einige der schönsten Gezeiten-Pools und viele große Freiflächen für Sandburgen bauen oder einfach nur mit den Zehen in den Sand zu Fuß.

Unser Haus kann 8 Erwachsene oder 6 Erwachsene mit bis zu 4 Kindern. Großeltern reisen mit erwachsenen Kindern und Enkelkinder - Wir sind ideal Generationen / Familienurlaub geeignet, um Multi.

The house is perfect for large families. Enough space for everyone but still seemed cozy. Truly has everything you need for your stay. Wonderful stay at Seaview Cottage!

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Seaview Cottage at Olivia Beach. The house has everything you could need and then some! We loved the neighborhood as well. The beach is about a 10-minute walk and we loved that some tidepools were so close. Depoe Bay is about 15 - 20 minutes away and the guys booked 2 mornings of fishing since it was so close. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for our family trip this summer.

Great - would go again!

Super easy, near the beach, pool is literally outside the front door. Loved every piece of it, the kids had a great time. The adults had a great time, and we definitely go back. A lot of reviews mentioned the house being fully stocked, and we can confirm that is 100% true! The hosts were super easy to work with. The hot tub was great. The rooms were clean and had everything that we needed, and the laundry room was very useful.

Lovely ocean view and fun house for groups!

The property is exactly as described in the listing. Close to the ocean stairs, the park & firepit, steps away from the pool! We had children aged 6-9 and their servants (aka parents). Everyone had a wonderful time. The kitchen equipment was thoughtfully well stocked to make all our meals here. The beds were comfortable as well as the lounging furniture. We had a lovely time and would definitely come back again!

Surprise Birthday Girls Weekend

What a great property! Manda was so great to work with, and it's easy to tell that this place is special to her and her family. They take really good care of the place and have thought of every detail/comfort. We had INCREDIBLE weather while we were there, so were able to take long walks on the beach and enjoyed the easy access. We had plenty of room for the seven of us, and we loved being able to hang out around the kitchen table, family room, hot tub and decks. A really special place and many of us are already thinking of planning a couples trip. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. LOVED it!!

Olivia Beach Getaway

Manda's property was one of the best experiences we've had while on a vacation. The house was amazingly clean, with all the amenenties you could need. The house layout was perfect for our family of four, with plenty of room for more! The ocean and sunset views from the top balcony were a great way to end each evening. Communication was incredible from Manda (the host). Anything we needed or any questions we had, her response times were quick! If you are looking for a Lincoln City/ Olivia Beach property, I'm not sure how you could have a better experience than this property. We will be back, for sure!

Perfect Lincoln City Family Spot

This house was amazing! We have stayed in Lincoln City several times but never in Olivia Beach. This is such a cute area. This house is walking distance to the beach, the park and literally next door to the pool. The movie theater and restaurants are a short drive away. And the tide pools at Olivia Beach- Amazing! All of that and when the kids are in bed, you can sit on the deck and watch the sunset over the ocean. A great location! The house itself is beautiful. Everything is new and well maintained and really well decorated. There was plenty of space for our 5 adults and 5 kids. And there was everything we would need from extra pool and sand toys to all the kitchen gadgets and plenty of kid cups and plates. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beach cottage. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful Home In A Beautiful Neighborhood!!

Wow! It was our first time to Lincoln City and it did not disappoint. The home owner, Manda, is the best host. The house is located in such a great spot. It was so nice to have the pool right next door, the park a short walk away and the beach just a few steps further. Manda has decorated the house so beautifully. You can tell a lot of time and effort has gone into planning out every single detail. The views from the house of the ocean are amazing and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. The house offers everything you could imagine you would need on vacation. Manda is so kind and was readily available to answer any questions we may have had about the property and local surroundings. This was a trip to remember and we cannot wait to visit again. Thank you Manda for making it so effortless to enjoy a week with family making endless memories.

Spring Break stay

We recently stayed at Seaview Cottage for Spring Break. This is our 4th stay at Olivia Beach community and Seaview was a great place to be. The home is beautiful and very well maintained. The ocean views from both decks are amazing. We were lucky enough to spot whales from the top deck! The home layout was great for our needs. There was easily enough space for 6 adults and 4 kids. There are 2 spacious living room areas (1st and 3rd floors) so kids could watch television down stairs while the adults enjoyed the upstairs. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of bedding, sheets, and towels. The kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub is spacious and accommodated 4 adults in our group. The check in process was clear and simple and the owners were highly responsive to our communication. The Olivia Beach pool was closed due to the season, but we swam at the Lincoln City Community pool daily. We would be very happy to stay at Seaview again!

Only one problem: we had to leave!

For the past twenty years our extended family rents a HOUSE on the Oregon coast, this time we rented a HOME. It's not just the great decor and colors that make it a home, it's the warmth and enthusiasm expressed by the owner. The two twelve year olds in the family loved the basement "kids cave," which has a huge TV, an Xbox One, and premium cable channels, but they spent most of the time in the pool. We thought it might be noisy being close to the pool, but it turned out to be very convenient, plus we could see the kids from the living room window. For the adults, the dining room table with a bench seat on one side is where we spent most of our time when not at the beach, eating and playing board games. The weather was great, so we were able to enjoy several meals on the spacious deck with a large outdoor dining table. For peace and quiet the second deck under the main floor is perfect. The beach near the home is perfect and lends itself to long walks in either direction, north or south. Next yeat we hope to rent the HOME again...the first time in twenty years we will be staying at a place a second time.

Spoil Yourself!

This is the perfect beach vacation house! The location is great, and the home is spotless. Our kids and grandkids (ages 1 1/2 - 10 years old) spent 5 days with us at this gorgeous home. When we arrived and walked through this home, we all replied that this home was beautiful and perfect for all ages. We spent most of our time on the top floor with the splendid view from inside and out on the deck, including a wonderful kitchen layout with a table large enough that everyone could eat together while preparing a meal, and a family seating area close enough that everyone was included in all conversations. The home is designed for enough private spaces that the toddler could go to bed early, and the rest of us could stay up playing games, and the early risers could be up and not disturb the sleepers.The furnishings are top of the line, the decor are so cute, the beds are very comfortable, and it is so helpful to have labeling in the kitchen to put the dishes/pots and pans, etc. away. The organization and attention to details when checking in and out, and using the TV, etc, was very much appreciated! Highlights: walking to the beach and playing for hours, watching sunsets from the upper deck, swimming in the pool and being able to talk to swimmers from the house, playing games every night at the kitchen table, and going to the park for frisbee, soccer, and using the play equipment. You can be as busy, or as lazy, as you want to be at the beach and be perfectly happy here. Manda was a joy to work with, and you can tell that she has put much time, thought and energy in providing everything necessary for a truly relaxing, fun, and memorable stay. The pictures are great, but seeing this home in person will take your breath away. Thank you for sharing your home!

Best Vacation Home Ever!

We stayed at Seaview Cottage for nine wonderful days. The house was the perfect setup for our family of 10 which included five adults and five children. The home was immaculate; the kitchen equipped with everything the cooks in the family could possibly need, and the shed stocked with beach and pool toys for the children. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of soft linens, cozy bathroom towels and even pool and beach towels. The home is conveniently located next to the heated community pool, which our family was able to use every day. The host, Manda, was very easy to communicate with and graciously allowed us to check in earlier than we expected. The attention to detail was unlike any vacation home we have ever rented previously, and because our experience was so enjoyable we hope to return to Seaview Cottage again for another amazing vacation!

Perfectly appointed, beautiful views.

My family had a great time at this house. 10 minute walk to the beach or a solid Mexican restaurant. Floor plan was perfect for a group, with bedrooms separate from gathering spaces. Best stocked and equipped kitchen I’ve ever rented. The pool next door was a huge hit with the kids. Hope to be back next year.

Great family getaway

From the minute we entered we felt like we had found the perfect spot to make new family memories. It had been two years since our family was all together and the house was just what we needed. The design was great - stairways up the middle of the house on each floor which separated sleeping areas and gave some privacy. All bedrooms and baths were clean and nicely decorated. House was very well stocked; especially the kitchen. Loved gathering on the deck in the morning for coffee before sitting down to a good breakfast and gathering again in the evening for a glass of wine before dinner. Access to the beach was pretty easy for everyone, some drove to entrance, others walked and took the stairs. Great tidepools and a wonderful wide beach to enjoy. Found some nearby hiking trails, enjoyed the pool and just being together again. Thank you for sharing your home. We'll be back!

Family vacation at the ocean

Seaview Cottage review. We stayed in July 2021 and had a wonderful time. The house was very clean and had every utensil you could think of as well as a great assortment of serving dishes, pans, glasses, and silverware. When we got there the check-in process was seamless and all went well. You will need to get used to the 3 floors so the steps are a bit much, but great exercise. The beds were very comfortable with pillows and comforters. Bathrooms on all floors and views from the top deck was suburb. Great views from the 2nd floor from the 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom excellent. Kitchen cupboards were all labeled so when you used dishes and stuff, you knew exactly where it was to be put back. I could go on and on about this house, but you need to rent the home to see how nice everything is. We will definitely plan to go back and hopefully we will be able to get the dates we are looking for.

Great home

Sea view Cottage is an impeccably maintained and fully equipped home. Beds/pillows are comfortable, kitchen has everything you’ll need, and the stocked beach/pool equipment room was perfect for the kids.

We had the opportunity to stay at a home in Olivia Beach in Feb 2012 and fell in love with the charm of the neighborhood, the close proximity to the beach and the beautiful detail in the home. We continued to think about Olivia Beach and finally in the Spring of 2014 we jumped at the opportunity to build our beautiful OCEAN VIEW home! We spent a lot of time paying attention to all of the details of building and furnishing a home that had the level of quality and luxury that we look for when we are renting for our vacations.

Seaview Cottage at Olivia Beach is one of a handful of homes in the neighborhood that features an Ocean View. Our home is a reversed living floorplan so the kitchen, dining and living room are on the top floor. The main floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and the bottom level features a 4th bedroom, another bathroom and a very large family/media room with a wet bar. We have large decks off of the two top levels that allow you to enjoy the ocean breeze and ocean views.

Another great feature of our home is the close proximity to the outdoor heated pool! We are located directly next to the pool that is open during the peak season of May - September. Olivia Beach is a charming, family friendly neighborhood that features it's own park, playground, sand volleyball court, fire pit, and picnic tables.

Our home provides you with all of the amenities for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We have a private hot tub, gas grill, outdoor patio furniture, Free Wifi, two 60" LCD HD Smart TV's, two indoor fireplaces, 400 thread count sheets, down comforters, beach towels, board games, puzzles, DVD collection as well as a fully equipped kitchen with high end stainless steel appliances.
