Das Courtside 94 verfügt über Flachbildfernseher und WLAN. Die Wohnung ist eine offene Einheit mit viel Licht und perfekt in der Nähe der Lagune, nur wenige Schritte vom Pool entfernt. Diese Einheit ist eine Einheit im Erdgeschoss ohne Stufen und Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung.
Eine spezielle Mitgliedschaft bei Van Der Meer bietet Courtside-Gästen kostenloses Tennis und bis zu eine Stunde täglich kostenloses Tennis in einer Weltklasse-Anlage.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Nicely furnished and lots of space to hang out with family. We enjoyed riding bikes or walking to Coligny for dinner/shopping, and the walk to the beach was a nice stroll. We loved the ease of walking out our back door to the pool. Lovely place!

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived I opened the door and was over come by the fresh sent of clean! 94 Curtsied was so well maintained and very clean, something I require when renting a condo! The views from the patio were perfect for a family with young children. I was able to relax to the sound of the fountain while watching my children feed the adorable local turtles in the pond. In the evening, wed come home from the short walk from the beach to the wonderful pool that was footsteps from the patio. I could unpack our beach bag while watching the kids swim. the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner when we were too tired to go out. however, when we wanted to eat out, there were tons of restaurants so close by! the location was just perfect for our family. I can not wait to reserve our week next year and pull up to the "Andfam" sign!!

I messaged the staff and they stated there were ice trays to use (there was only one) I shared that information and they left three extra. But, the ice maker SHOULD BE FIXED! Loved the location and the patio!

This unit is on the bottom floor and opens right up where the pond and pool are located. It is nice not having to carry groceries or beach equipment up and down stairs. Our kids loved going and watching the turtles in the pond. It is a short walk to the beach, maybe 5-7 minutes. The actual condo had everything we could have needed. The only thing that could have been better is that the beds are pretty firm. Other than that, this place was awesome!

Perfect Tennis Location

The tennis next door was a bonus for our group and the ocean was fabulous for biking on. The pool came in handy as the weather was much warmer than we expected. The beds were comfortable and the only issue we had was the icemaker wasn't working when we arrived but we contacted Seashore and they delivered a large bag of ice that lasted for our stay. Would return without hesitation.

We loved it!

Our first time to Hilton Head and this place is great. It's close to everything and is only a short walk to the beach. It was plenty of room for 5 of us. Would stay here again!

Just an okay visit

The positives: it's 1.5 blocks from the beach with easy public access near the property. The pool was mostly quiet and very easily accessible right out the living room door from the unit. The kitchen felt like the best updated part of the condo with clean counters and a fresher feel. Conveniently located to things on the island--never had to travel too far. Could easily walk to Coligny Plaza. The negatives: the property itself is old. While the unit has been renovated, it still felt older and darker than the photos depicted. You had to check in at a physical office location, but the door is coded so it was 100% unnecessary. The cleanliness was acceptable but still left something to be desired--shag rugs in bedroom and living area feel dirty, especially for a rental. The shower floor in the master could also have been cleaner. The sliding glass door from the living room is on a hook lock mechanism and could be opened at least 1/2 inch when fully locked--seems like a safety issue. Admittedly didn't call and report the lock issue and should have.

Short vacation

My family took a short vacation to Hilton Head over a school break. The complex was quiet and relatively close to beach access. We chose Courtside because of the tennis court access and good thing we did because we were able to play on their covered courts during a day of rain.

Reviewer Comments: We always stay on courtside this is our 1st stay at apartment 94 it was nice not having to walk the stairs that part was great we really liked a lot of the way things have been remodeled and it did look really nice however there were 2 things that were not the greatest for us as far as the apartment goes and that was the beds were extremely hard we were really sore after 2 nights there so we had to get a pad to put on top of the bed which was not something we had planned on doing when we were down there so that took away from the vacation a little bit and also the entire apartment is tiled and that's very Slick and we actually had 2 busted lips from falling on it over the course of our 2 weeks Stay but the location and the way things have been remodeled the dishes were great in the kitchen the refrigerator light is out and I forgot to mention that but everything else was really wonderful

Rented 3 condos; that was perfect!

I rented 3 condos in Courtside for myself, my son’s family and my daughter’s family. We love the Courtside location and Celebration Park, plus the Coligny restaurants and beach access.

My Experience

We had a tough time in checking into the unit on the day of arrival as they have provided a wrong code and wasnt able to connect with anyone after hours. So have to get into a nearby Hotel for that night, but the Owner got in touch with me the next day and apologized and took care of me and compensated. He has been reasonable and I really liked the way he handled the situation. I'll give my kudos to him for managing and handling the scenario. Because of that I'll give an overall good rating.
