Im Stadtzentrum von Arezzo, neben Casa Vasari, liegt es den alten Palast von 1600 der Ubertini Conti. Nur wenige Gehminuten von allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt, die alten Küchen des Schlosses in ein elegantes und gemütliches Gästehaus wurde mit allem Komfort und mit einer Vielzahl von kleinen faszinierende Ecken ausgestattet umgewandelt.
Fein mit antiken Möbeln und Teppichen und Antiquitäten, ist Locanda Bellavita eine Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit separatem Eingang besteht aus zwei Doppelzimmer und eines mit Doppelbett, ein Bad mit Wanne und ein Bad mit Dusche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit ein riesiger Kamin, Esszimmer und Küche professionelle Küche.

This was absolutely one of our best stays ever, and we have traveled a lot. If you love history, this place is definitely for you. Stefano has done the world a huge favor by reclaiming this place and restoring it to its former grandeur. Also if he is available, we strongly recommend to ask Stefano for the cooking class. We will never forget this night and now we know how to make ravioli from scratch and tiramisu!! Now we just need the big board and rolling pin. Thank you Stefano

Where to begin?! Stefano has created a truly magical apartment full of historical character and comfort. His attention to detail for his guests goes above and beyond. He shared restaurant recommendations which were wonderful. Be sure to ask him to share his story of bringing the space to life, it’s fascinating! Although we didn’t have a chance to take advantage of it, he also offers cooking classes for guests. There is a lovely terrace garden guests can access for quiet moments. His charming dog Spritz is sweet and joined us in the garden. If you want a one of a kind space to enjoy while in Arezzo, then look no further!

We had a magnificent stay in Arezzo with Stefano. He was a very gracious and helpful host picking us up and dropping us off at the train station. We also did a cooking class in the house and a day tour with him that were both really fun and fantastic for seeing more authentic sights in Tuscany. The property was exactly as described in a great location downtown, very easy walking distance to many local sights, shops, and a park. We had two young kids with us and they were also very comfortable with plenty of space in the house. Will be dreaming of this place for a long time!

Ultimate combination of comfort, style, history and super host! This was our second stay with Stefano and it was brilliant. So peaceful and cozy. The patio offers a relaxing oasis and the food was a true highlight of our vacation. Please book extra days to truly enjoy your experience. The city has lots to offer and is great for kids with a beautiful park nearby.Next time I hope to stay at least a week and do some cooking classes with Stefano. This place had it all - fabulous location, incredible ambience and the most amiable host you can imagine. It immediately felt like home. We spent two glorious weeks there enjoying an amazing city, beautiful nearby small towns and Stefano’s custom brand of hospitality. This is his passion and it shows. There are a lot of beautiful places in Tuscany but only a few special ones. This is one of those places.

What a delight to stay in a former 16th century Count’s home! It was very special and made our whole trip extremely memorable. It’s been modernized but maintains the period look with modern appliances hidden from view with custom cabinetry. Wonderful lighting and a fireplace worthy of a grand palace. The enormous bathtub delivers hot water to the top unlike a lot of other grand tubs in Europe that looks the part but runs out of hot water after a few inches. We’d give this place 6 stars if I could. The owner is so personable and kind. We can’t thank Stefano enough for this rare step back into history.

The perfect stay!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful, historic apartment in Arezzo. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged—every detail showed care and attention. Stefano, our host, was amazing—so welcoming and incredibly communicative throughout our stay. One of the highlights for our family was his sweet dog, Spritz, who quickly became a favorite playmate for our toddler. The charm of the apartment, combined with the warmth of the host and his furry companion, made our time in Arezzo truly special. Highly recommended!

This home goes so far beyond a charming and luxury guest house. Everything was perfect, from first booking through departure. Stefano is an artist at welcoming and caring for his guests, even feeding us fresh made biscotti and fresh sliced prosciutto and bread sticks beyond compare. So much thoughtful detail in every corner-from music to books to wonderful towels, magnificently scented soap, to coffee to fridge to stove. The rain shower is amazing, as is the garden. We traveled to Montepulciano one day, then cozily enjoyed Arezzo. Again our host went out of his way to recommend perfect restaurants and even a laundry facility. We fell in love, and didn't want to leave.

Stefano our host couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating for all of us! He provided a wonderful wine tour of the area and cooking class with dinner. Only concern was sooo much food! Incredible stay

Groups of 3 friends stayed at this incredible apartment for a week to explore Tuscany. The place is just as charming as the pictures, it was clean and comfortable. But the best part is the host Stefano (and Spritz of course), who was happy to provide help with our planning, car rental, restaurant reservations, etc. above and beyond any other host I have experienced. Our train was cancelled on departure and he dropped everything to drive us to Florence. Thank you Stefano for a lovely Tuscany experience. All the best, Linda
