Unsere Eigentumswohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern in East Rim (Einheit D-14) wurde gerade renoviert und befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Purgatory Lodge und bietet den ultimativen Komfort zu jeder Jahreszeit.

Die Wohnung verfügt über einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Needles Range und den Spud Mountain und ist ideal für mehrere Familien. East Rim liegt zentral zum Hauptplatz der Skifahrer und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom schnellsten und größten Hochgeschwindigkeitslift des Berges, dem Purgatory Express, entfernt. Dieses Anwesen ist einzigartig, da es nur einen Schritt von der Hektik, den Restaurants, Geschäften und den Skianlagen des Purgatory Resort entfernt ist. Es bietet jedoch ein privateres und ruhigeres Leben mit einer in der Region unübertroffenen Aussicht. Sie haben sofortigen Zugang zu allen Annehmlichkeiten des Resorts und ein fantastisches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in dieser komplett renovierten und außergewöhnlichen Residenz. Diese Residenz wurde im Februar 2015 renoviert und beide Bäder wurden im Jahr 2018 komplett renoviert.


Bettenkonfiguration (alle 3 Schlafzimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss):

Es gibt ein komplettes Badezimmer im Ober- und Untergeschoss sowie eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner (Waschmittel zur Verfügung gestellt) und einen BBQ-Gasgrill auf dem Deck.

Diese Unterkunft ist tierfreundlich und die Gebühr für Haustiere beträgt 25 USD pro Tag (max. 150 USD).

Buchen Sie mindestens eine Woche und es wird automatisch ein Rabatt von 10% gewährt.

Die im Angebot enthaltene Resortgebühr von 4% ist die erforderliche Resortgebühr, die erhoben werden muss und keinen Zugang zum Durango Mountain Club ermöglicht. Gegen eine zusätzliche (und optionale) Resortgebühr von 4% haben Sie Zugang zum Durango Mountain Club, der einen beheizten Außenpool mit Rutsche, einen Whirlpool im Freien und einen Fitnessraum umfasst. Bitte geben Sie bei der Buchung an, ob wir die zusätzliche Resortgebühr von 4% erheben sollen.

Stornierungsbedingungen: Eine Zahlung von 300 $ ist zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung erforderlich. Diese Zahlung in Höhe von 300 USD wird auf den Gesamtbetrag angerechnet und ist nur innerhalb von 72 Stunden nach der Buchung erstattbar. Wenn Sie innerhalb von 45 Tagen nach der Buchung anreisen, muss der Gesamtbetrag zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung bezahlt werden. Bei Stornierungen oder Änderungen, die zu einem verkürzten Aufenthalt führen und innerhalb von fünfundvierzig (45) Tagen vor dem Ankunftsdatum erfolgen, verfällt der gesamte Buchungsbetrag, während Stornierungen, die mehr als fünfundvierzig (45) Tage vor Ihrer Ankunft erfolgen, verfallen die 300 $ Zahlung zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung. Bei Buchungen von mindestens dreißig (30) Nächten erhöht sich die Stornierungsfrist auf sechzig (60) Tage vor dem Ankunftsdatum. Wir bieten eine Reiseversicherung an.

Amazing location.

Everything was great. Pool and hot tub right across the street were a hit with the adults and the kids. The bedroom with the bunk beds was perfect for the family of 4 . The second bedroom was a little bit small for a couple but we made due.

The rental was not properly ready for our stay. The electricity to the electric heaters in the downstairs bedrooms and bath were not connected. It was 42 degrees in the bedrooms. It wasn't until 1pm the next day that it was resolved.Once the heaters were connected, the bedroom heaters were fairly weak; not sure they would have been adequate, except they brought some space heaters the 2nd day.Also, the hot water took a few minutes to become warm, although the water heater looked new and modern, so it must have been set on some conservation mode.The location and furnishings, however, were excellent. And the people working the issues were nice.

This property was clean and tastefully decorated. All the kids had their own place to sleep, which they loved. We enjoyed hanging out at the pool, and taking advantage of some of the little shops that were on property. We would visit again if we are back in the area.

Sweet location! Nice and cozy all around. The space is maximized and utilized as best as it can be, but one of the beds is way too small for 2 adults. We made it work, but would have preferred not wrestle with a pull out sleeper sofa on my vacation. Overall this place is awesome, and I’m so happy I found it!

Perfect Location for Family that is Skiing!

The owners are mindful of renter's needs with lots of hooks, racks and baskets for ski gear. The beds and pillows were comfortable and rooms cozy with lots of lamps. Bathrooms are very nicely updated. You can tell the owner takes great pride in this condo with great decor! We would definitely rent again!

The location was right off of the mountain for skiing in and out. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Purgatory is a great place to ski and the village has places to eat and shop. The town of Durango was easy to get to down the mountain and has a nice variety of restaurants and shops. Keith, the manager of the property, was quick to respond to any questions. Overall, wonderful place and ski vacation. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and the condo had everything that we needed for our stay. The primary bathroom downstairs with the three bedrooms didn’t offer a lot of space for four people to get ready or store their toiletries. We made it work (made the kids use the upstairs bathroom) but it could have been more convenient. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and the views did not disappoint. The check in instructions said we didn’t need the parking pass in the summer but we did receive a parking violation warning for not having the permit in our car. One thing to note which we did not even think about is since this is a pet friendly rental, the stairs from the parking area to the front door are metal grates. Makes sense in the winter, however we had to walk our dogs up/down a dirt/grass incline to avoid the stairs. Glad we didn’t get an upstairs unit for this reason. Overall, we were very happy with this rental and we would stay again.
