Contained in the building is all the conveniences of a pizza parlor/bar, ski and bike rentals, Purg Sports retail store, childcare facilities and the ski school. In addition renters will have access to the Durango Mountain Club amenities including a members only outdoor pool and fitness center.

Located on the "3rd" floor, this units is level with the parking lot and slopes, so no need to hassle with stairs or elevators in the building. Parking is included and renters can choose between a covered garage or street parking depending on what is available.

In the unit you will find an outdoor patio with a BBQ, outdoor dining table and peekaboo mountain views. Inside their is expandable 8-person dining table, a well stocked kitchen and a dishwasher.
