Unsere Wohnung mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern (Wohneinheit 305) befindet sich am Peregrine Point, dem neuesten Gebäude im Purgatory Resort.

Gehen Sie zum Hauptplatz, von wo aus Sie bequem Restaurants, Skiverleihe, Delikatessengeschäfte und großartige Geschäfte sowie den primären Hochgeschwindigkeitslift Purgatory Express auf den Gipfel des Berges erreichen.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit wunderschönen Granitoberflächen und kompletten Kochutensilien für großartige Mahlzeiten. Der Hauptwohnraum verfügt über eine Terrasse, um die frische Bergluft und den Blick auf die Pisten zu genießen! Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbildfernseher und einen DVD-Player. Das Zimmer mit Etagenbett bietet einen 40-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher, eine XBox 360 und Spiele, einen DVD-Player sowie verschiedene Brettspiele, um Kinder und Erwachsene zu unterhalten.

Die Wohnung verfügt auch über eine beheizte Garage und viel Stauraum für Ihre gesamte Ausrüstung. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner in der Einheit und einen Gasgrill auf dem Deck.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful Condo!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! Its central location was wonderful for us because we have three young children. We were able to go back and forth from the resort to the room with ease. The condo itself is brand new and wonderfully furnished. We were extremely comfortable and can't wait to go back! Thanks!

Beautiful, high-class condo!

My family and I just returned from a trip to Durango and had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. It is beautifully furnished, very clean, and contains everything you could possibly want. We were especially pleased with how well the kitchen is supplied with all the amenities you need. The beds are very comfortable as well. The location is beautiful and very handy to everything at the ski resort. We also enjoyed having access to the pool and hot tub, as well as workout facilities. We would definitely recommend booking this condo if you are planning to visit Durango or the ski resort. The owners were very attentive to our questions. A beautiful property which we would definitely rent next time we are in the area! You will NOT be disappointed!

Rated as One our Best Vacations

We have stayed in Colorado numerous times. This is rated by the entire family young and old as one of our best vacations ever! The condo was perfectly located across from the resort. Easy access to lift #4 for the seasonal skiers and a short bus ride down to the easier slopes for our beginners. We were met with the highest of professionalism from the property managers, wait staff, bartenders, ski instructor, and resort staff. The extra 4% resort fee is highly recommended! It was well worth the price to enjoy the hot tub and clubhouse. The condo was beautiful and spacious for our family of 5. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for cooking a wonderful Christmas breakfast and dinner. This was a Christmas to remember. My only complaint was one bedroom stayed ice cold while the others were comfortably warm. However, the condo was stocked with extra blankets and pillows so our daughter was comfortable at bedtime. Otherwise, the space is a 10 out of 10. We will definitely book again and make this condo our go to option when planning our next stay at Purgatory. Thank you for the memories!

It was comfortable, clean and the 'starter' amenities were abundant and plenty to get us through the long weekend. The management company was INCREDIBLY responsive. We loved being able to walk back to the condo for lunch during our ski day. The only reason I am not giving a 5 for 'property condition' is because the thermostat is outdated and difficult to use - 3 menopausal women need some serious temperature control :)

First time skiing

This was our first time visiting Colorado. The resort and area was absolutely beautiful. The service at Purgatory Resort is second to none. The condo was clean, and everything was in its place as noted within the details of the unit (545 Skier place, Purgatory Colorado unit 305); except for the mice we saw multiple times in the unit. Yes mice. Apparently, as noted within the email from the Durango Premier agent this is common in all of Colorado, and "oh I'm sorry this is normal" response. If that were included within the details I know we would have not chosen to stay there. We worked hard to save for this trip; it wasn't cheap, and to be told that it's the norm; too bad (paraphrasing) response was disappointing. So, before you go, ask about the mice!

They all have to be replaced. The water is hard so the dishes do not get clean. Either the dishwasher is broken or it's the hard water that makes the dishes and silverware white with marks. The oven was disgusting and needs to be cleaned. It would be helpful to include the door code in the email instructions to get from the foyer to the elevator. After we arrived late from a long drive we had to call someone to get it.

Lots of Modern amenities!!

Convenient carts to take your luggage up to the condo. Two gas fireplaces that give off a nice heat, modern kitchen, 3 bathrooms!, Modern and clean appliances, flat screen tv's, nice view from balcony, close walk to slopes, a real treat for my two girls 8 and 10 to be able to sleep on top bunks (two bunk beds!!!, so no fighting who sleeps on top!). The condo is quiet, not by the elevator, not by community laundry room, not by mechanical room, etc! Washer and Dryer was convenient! The condo was welcoming and cozy….we LOVED the condo and all its modern amenities! We will be back!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us!
