Great stay

We’ve had a great stay in this villa. Close walk to the centre (10 min) and Ushuaia and Hii (13 min). The villa is quite simple but very clean and meets all your expectations (including 3 fridges!).Good beds and bathrooms, well-equiped kitchen and the pool was very clean everyday.

Perfect Ibiza villa

Great location. Very spacious. The hosts are incredibly accommodating. Outside of the rooster crowing in the morning, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Perfect Perfect Perfect

From the moment we were greeted, we were struck by the hospitality and positive atmosphere. The finca has a top-notch location, and several hotspots are within walking distance. The rooms were super clean, and the outdoor area in the garden, with its lounge and pool, was especially perfect for relaxing. We will be back!

Cristina and her sisters keep the property very clean and are easily reached if you have any questions. It’s an incredibly spacious villa and the outdoor area was perfect for our friends to hangout. We hired a private chef to come in and prepare our meals — he used the outdoor grill for all of our food. It was delicious and we had a lovely time. It was so nice to just wander down to dinner and now have to worry about making a reservation.

Lovely Stay in Ibiza

My friend’s and I booked this property for our group trip to Ibiza and it was perfect. It had everything we needed to enjoy the time we spent at home (lovely kitchen for cooking, swimming pool to cool off, sun loungers and shaded seating, air conditioned rooms to sleep comfortably, etc) or out and about (very close walking distance to downtown (beach, nightlife, bars, restaurants, etc). Cristina was a wonderful host and very helpful and communicative.

Wonderful villa near playa den bossa

It was very nice to stay in this beautiful villa just 5 min walking distance from playa den Bossa. The swimming pool is fantastic. Christina is a very nice and friendly host. She has been given us a lot of recommendation for restaurants and places to visit. The airport is nearby but the house is well soundproof so no issue to sleep. Absolutely a very nice place to stay, that I highly recommend.

the stay here was absolutely wonderful. Time of our lives

we, group of 9 friends, stayed at Christina’s villa from 7-13 September. the host, rooms, pool, bathrooms and facilities are all excellent. We thought that it might be a bit noisy, being close to Bossa, but it was not. In the center of the Ibiza hotspots, our villa provided all the privacy we wanted. withs shops, restaurants and the beach on walking distance, it was a perfect home for a week

Nice Villa - wrong location for us

Villa is located at Den Bossa - my fault as I hadn't appreciated how busy the area is - pedestrian - motor vehicle and air traffic was - no fault of the villa as it was clearly disclosed- would choose a different location next time.

A beautiful home in Ibiza

We had a gorgeous time in Ibiza thanks to Christina and the beautiful house. It’s a great location near the airport and Christina was very helpful with taxi recommendations etc. We had a small issue where one of the bed legs broke but it was just general wear and tear and no-ones fault. Will recommend the villa to everyone who wants to visit Ibiza. Thanks again Christiana! X

Perfect villa, stylish furnitured on a vibrant location

We were with friends and some "kids" (20-25) in this beautiful villa with pool. The house is nicely decorated and the kitchen (and BBQ) contains everything needed. There are different places inside and outside (total 5) for all where you can sit, eat and chill. For the young people there was plenty of entertainment (expensive) within walking distance. If we can mention 2 things for improvement: make sure there are enough sunbeds at the pool and a general toilet (not in the bathroom) downstairs would also be useful.

perfect place for some action ;-)

The Finca is located in the near of Playa den Bossa. Near to all the clubs, beach and bars but far enough away from the noise ;-) Everything is around the corner and the Finca is perfect for a group. We loved the Finca and spent a lot of time there and really enjoyed every minute. If you want to do something you just go outside and get a cap so you dont need a car. Supermarkets are around the corner and many attractions are near by. And if you want to explore the island you can can rent a car/scooter around the corner. The owner of the Finca was super friendly and will let you check in/out earlier/later if possible. The Finca is like in the description and we did not miss anything. We defently will come back!!! Thanks for the super holiday!

Superb Villa. Could Not Fault It

This villa is one of the best ive ever stayed in. Great location, within walking distance of the beach and clubs within Play D'Bossa. All the bedrooms are well proportioned with great air con. There is plenty of places to sit and relax throughout the villa with its many terraces and outdoor seating areas. There are enough sunbeds/loungers for all guests and the pool is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need with all utensils provided and 2 fridges so there is plenty of space for food an drink even for 12 people. With the 1 issue we had with a toilet, Cristina and a plumber came a fixed the following day which was great. The owner Cristina cannot be more welcoming and will always go out of her way to help you out or need anything from taxis to welcome drinks stocked in the fridge. Everyone within our party only had good words to say about this villa. We will be returning next year i am sure of this! Thank you Cristina Max & Rest of Party from london

Beautiful villa

This was our fourth time in ibiza in a villa, and this was the cleanest and most beautiful of all.. Furniture totally uptodate, really clean, ea lot of space for all our ten persons and kitchen well equipped with all you need to prepare the meals . All important places like supermarket and beach within walking distance.. But the villa wad so nice with the pool and the garden, we have stayed the most of time zhereCristina was super friendly and gave us all needed support to make our holidays unforgettable... Fünf Tage die ewig in Erinnerung bleiben

Die Kommunikation mit Cristina lief zu jeder Zeit problemlos ab. Vor Ort noch eine kurze Nachricht geschrieben, als wir am Flughafen in die Taxis gestiegen sind und nichtmal 15min später wurden wir schon herzlich in der Villa begrüßt. Ich war vom ersten Eindruck bis zur Abreise begeistert von Cristinas Unterkunft. Die Fotos bieten einen realistischen Eindruck der Villa, die Wirklichkeit ist aber noch überwältigender. Das die Villa super zentral gelegen ist, dürfte jedem auf den ersten Blick auffallen. Die Ecke rund um Ushuaïa, Hï Ibiza, etc ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein großer Supermarkt ist zu Fuß ca. 15min entfernt. Bushaltestellen Richtung Ses Salines und Ibiza Stadt sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wer sich Leihwagen nehmen möchte, der findet auf dem Grundstück Platz für mehrere Wagen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und ich für meinen Teil würde die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen. Hier stimmen nicht nur Preis und Leistung. Viele Kleinigkeiten und Aufmerksamkeiten haben mir (und hoffentlich auch meinen Freunden) unvergessliche Tage rund um meinen runden Geburtstag geschenkt. Ich wünsche Cristina viele weitere freundliche Gäste, die respektvoll mit der Villa umgehen und den Aufenthalt genau wie wir in vollen Zügen genießen. Enjoy Ibiza!

Super Ferienhaus in top Lage

Wir wurden von Cristina sehr gut betreut. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Haus ,der Pool und auch der Garten hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Die Partymeile ist nicht weit weg, wenn man möchte ist man in 5 Minuten mitten drin. Vielen Dank nochmal an Cristina, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
