Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über ein offenes Wohn- / Esszimmer und eine offene Küche mit einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einem Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, einem Familienbadezimmer, einem Balkon und einer privaten Dachterrasse.

Die Lounge bietet ein bequemes Sofa, einen Loungesessel, einen Couchtisch, einen Flachbildfernseher mit englischem TV-System, einen DVD-Player, einen Esstisch aus Glas mit vier Stühlen und eine Klimaanlage.

Ein großes Doppelbett steht im Hauptschlafzimmer ebenso zur Verfügung wie Einbauschränke, Schubladenablage, Schminktisch und Klimaanlage.

Das Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten bietet einen Einbauschrank mit Stauraum für große Jungenschubladen und einen Deckenventilator.

Vom Balkon führt ein Balkon mit einer 4-teiligen Korbmöbelterrasse und zwei bequemen Relaxsesseln mit kleinem Glastisch. Alles ideal zum Essen im Freien oder einfach zum Entspannen bei einem langen kühlen Getränk!

Das fabelhafte und große private Dach-Solarium ist über die Wohnung zugänglich und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf das Dach und das Mittelmeer. Es ist mit geflochtenen Sonnenliegen und Stühlen, verziertem Tisch- und Sitzgarnitur und natürlich einem großen und notwendigen Sonnenschirm ausgestattet.

Sowohl die Treppe als auch der Aufzug ermöglichen es Ihnen, die Wohnung in der 3. Etage (oben) bequem zu erreichen.

Das Gras wickelt sich um den fabelhaften Gemeinschaftspool mit Kinderbereich und ist nur für Gäste und Anwohner bestimmt.

Das Manhattan Restaurant / Cafe Bar befindet sich im Erdgeschoss in der Nähe des Pools. Perfekt, wenn Sie beim Sonnenbaden einen Snack oder ein Getränk mögen.

Ein privater Parkplatz befindet sich in der sicheren Tiefgarage des Apartmentblocks. Wenn Sie die Bucht nutzen möchten, erhalten Sie einen Zugangsschlüssel.

Penthouse flat great for beach vacation

Great location for access on foot to the beach and the main bars and restaurants in Cabo Roig. Host is responsive and checkin process smooth. Would happily recommend.

Very enjoyable stay

Very nice, clean, comfortable, very well equiped apartment, even beach parasol, cool bag and shopping trolley provided. Large solarium on roof and close to all amenities, bars, restaurants shops and beach. Good rates compared to other properties, would strongly recommend.

Fabulous apartment

Loved the apartment. The roof terrace and balcony were excellent. Very clean and comfortable. Good communication and check in. Close to bars, restaurants, beaches and supermarkets. Enjoyed the entertainment on the doorstep. Would recommend.

Fantastic apartment close to everything

Flat was amazing. Massive balcony and rooftop solarium made for a very relaxing trip with all the amenities you will need. Pubs and restaurants on your doorstep. Would recommend this apartment for any length of stay

Super location.

An excellent two bedroom apartment right on the strip of Cabo Roig. It has a super roof terrace and is close to pubs supermarkets etc. Easy check in and out. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location in a lovely apartment

Lovely comfortable apartment with everything you need. Great location everything from beaches shops pubs restaurants walking distance. Best thing of all is the roof terrace, spacious with very comfortable sun beds and chairs also a big verandah off the living area where you can sit and watch the world go by and enjoy the view out towards the sea. We’ll be back

Great Stay

Well equipped & comfortable apartment. Added bonus is the spacious roof terrace. Georgina was very informative & helpful. Only negatives, internet connection was a bit up & down with not a lot of wifi coverage on the roof terrace. Would definitely stay again.

La Rotonda - very nice

Lovely clean 2 bedroom property with nice balcony. We booked this apartment because of the swimming pool but was disappointed to find out upon arriving that it was closed and could not use it.

It was unfortunate the pool was under repair. Had this been advised by the administration office we would have notified you in advance of your stay. Most likely though they assumed no one would wish to use it during the cold months. We do appreciate though that you took the time to submit your review and hopefully we will see you sometime in the future.

Great little property with a fantastic roof terrace

Just spent two weeks at this property. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. The jewel In the crown being the rooftop terrace which is very private and large. Georgina is very easy to deal with and even checks in with you via WhatsApp during your stay. The location is ideal for exploring this area of Spain, whilst we had a car to visit areas further afield it’s certainly not necessary if you just want to be in Cabo Roig.

Fabulous 🌟

Absolutely beautiful apartment and spotlessly clean. Everything you needed for a perfect holiday. A real home from home. Close to all the shops ans bars but so peaceful (especially on the gorgeous roof terrace). Georgina was so helpful and you knew she was just at the end of the phone if needed. Will definitely return.

September Break

The apartment was spacious and really clean and had everything we needed. The location was great close to shops restaurants and plenty of night life. The apartment is in a small holiday complex with a small pool but the beach is a 10 minutes walk away. The apartment is right beside Capo Roig roundabout so driving to other local beaches and amenities is easy. Local bus service is not great but there is a Taxi stand right beside the apartment. Would definitely recommend this apartment

Wow

What a fantastic apartment central to everything but not noisy at night time. The apartment has everything you could want or need. The roof top terrace is lovely early morning or later at night as it does get very hot during the day. Georgina met us at the apartment to show us round and provided us with information about the area. The pool is lovely and clean and there are enough sun beds to go around. The beach is only 10 mins walk away and it is lovely all sandy and the sea is shallow. You are within walking distance of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The local Thursday market is a short walk away and is bigger than you think it is. I would definitely stay here again if I was going back to Cabo Roig. Fantastic apartment

Excellent Apartment - Outstanding

I cannot say how highly impressed we were with this apartment, so much so that we have tried to book whilst still there, but as we knew it would be, it is fully booked. It was absolutely spotless, so very clean. It is tastefully furnished and the sunbathing area has the sun all day, it again is tastefully furnished with beautiful table chairs, sunbathing loungers, cushions and even a BBQ. Georgina could not do enough for us, she was so helpful, many thanks for a wonderful stay, really hope we are lucky enough to stay there again. Many thanks again Georgina for all of your kind help

Great vacation

This appartment exeded our expectations, that it is located in an area with lot's of reastaurants and a short walk to the beach did not dissapoint either.The property manager was great and responded quickly to any request. Will definately rent this appartment again.

A pleasant stay

Stayed at the apartment after our long awaited holiday. Had stayed at la zenia before but this apartment was closer to the amenities so wanted to give it a try. We were not disappointed, the apartment was exactly as listed and had everything you would need. Close to the beach and restaurants, all in all we had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
