Das Anwesen war zu Hause, daher als Innenarchitekt dies nicht der normale Ferienwohnung ist. Es ist in einem wunderschönen alten Gebäude mit hohen Decken und großen Zimmern mit Holzböden und warme Teppiche. Beide Schlafzimmer haben zusammen Doppelbetten mit Daunendecken, neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher für die Saison. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine Dusche mit speziellen Duschen, ein Schlafzimmer hat auch eine große Badewanne und Flachbild-TV im Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist brandneu mit allen erwarteten Geräten, einschließlich Geschirrspüler und Kaffeemaschine. Auch in der Wohnung ist ein weiterer großer Flachbild-TV, Internet, Bose Wi-Fi / Bluetooth-Musik, Bücher, Spiele und viele andere Gegenstände, die wir verlassen, wie es zu Hause war. Es gibt Französisch Türen auf einen Balkon in der Rezeption zu öffnen und ein Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf Mont Joly. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze in St Gervias mit Parkplatz availabile am Mont Joly und auch direkt vor dem Gebäude. Die Wohnung ist 1 Minute zu Fuß von der Stadt und ca. 7 Minuten zu Fuß von der Seilbahnstation, obwohl der kostenlose Skibus hält direkt vor dem Gebäude und ist sehr häufig. Die Wohnung ist luxuriös mit allem, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem zu machen.

Es gibt eine Kaution in Höhe von £ 200, die bei Bestätigung der Buchung als Zahlung hinzugefügt wird.

I can only be positive on all aspects of out trip St Gervais. The apartment was faultless, beautifully decorated without being precious, Perfect for two couples with a double bedroom and a bathroom each and ample communal space to hang out and chat after a busy day on the slopes. Convenient to the town, bars, restaurants and shops. Easy to get to the slopes to ski. And plenty to do in and around town if you want a day off. Will definitely go again.

Fabulous home from home apartment

A beautiful spacious apartment, with all the comforts of home….big (proper!) sofas, lovely beds with quality linens, and a kitchen we could actually enjoy cooking in! A couple of minutes walk into the centre of St Gervais & an easy flat walk to the ski gondola (or bus just outside). We were 4 adults, and really enjoyed the space. We had stayed in the apartment on a previous trip, and would return again without hesitation. Excellent communication with the owner…all very easy and stress free :)

Lovely apartment in Saint Gervais

We had a wonderful vacation in the lovely apartment in a 100+ former hotel. The apartment is a combination of old and new with stately charm and updated kitchen and designer bathrooms. The building entrance and stairways are in need of a renovation, but the apartment is wonderful and very comfortable. It is a very easy walk into the heart of St Gervais (5 minutes) for shops and restaurants and the ski bus to the gondola is just outside the front door, making the location perfect. Would recommend!

Beautiful old apartment in central Saint-Gervais les bains

We had a wonderful vacantion in the nicely decorated and comfortable apartment. The building entrance and stairways are in need of a renovation, but don’t be in discouraged, the flat is wonderful with a modern kitchen, comfortable beds and two designer bathrooms. The little town has all you can wish for, only a couple of hundred meters from the flat there are a lots of restaurants, bakeries, butcher, small supermarkets and sportshops. We have been in the area before and love the skiing. Especially good are les Contamines-Montjoie and Cote 2000. Saint Gervais is perfectly located in the middle of the Evasion-Mont Blanc ski system and we enjoyed the pleasure of being a in a lively little town. We definitely want to return!

Super location. Spacious, apartment with character. Local agent information/provisions poor.

The apartment was furnished well by the owners - interesting mix of modern and traditional. Very comfortable beds. Reasonably well appointed with good TV/DVD/ dvd movies to use. Communication with the owner was excellent. Main door lock a little difficult but soon got used to it. Had to call the agent as he'd left very little instructions. He had prepared no proper welcome folder. All holiday lettings we previously stayed in had a welcome pack and folder, including information on local bus routes, maps, emergency information, medical contacts etc. None of this, unfortunately. The brief instructions to the ski locker were not clear. Not even milk (or any other small essentials left out for us by the agent eg milk, tea/coffee, biscuits). Although towels were provided, there were no bath mats. Only one cheap loo roll left by agent in each bathroom. No spare bin liners, no instructions left on waste disposal/recycling. No oven glove provided (health and safety?) - only one tea towel. No kitchen roll, wipes or cleaning cloth. When the agent brought us three bin liners, tea towel and a strange oven/heat mat, he seemed quite indifferent. He did, however provide better information on location of ski locker. Having said this, we were generally pleased with the apartment itself. It is spacious, comfortable, generally well furnished and very convenient for the town and ski area. The ski bus stop is almost right outside the door. We were happy with the kitchen, but the oven took a long time to heat up (no instructions on settings). Items which could have been useful: a microwave, a proper chopping board/bread board and sharpened cook's knife. The apartment is in a former hotel of historical interest and is an imposing building. The large windows, balcony and views from this apartment is an attractive feature. Good to have a basement ski locker. In spite of one or two annoyances/failings, we enjoyed the apartment and the holiday.

Nouvel an à Saint-Gervais

Appartement joliment décoré et confortable pour deux couples. L’emplacement est aussi très convenable, à 5 minutes à pieds du centre ville de Saint-Gervais. Lisajane est très gentille et disponible pour toute question. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour pour le week-end du nouvel an !

Excellent apartment in the French Alps

An old hotel building dating back over 100 years…. now full of apartments. The building is stately from the outside, retains 100 year old charm on the inside. The apartment is a reflection of old and new with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Well appointed with everything a family needs for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The easy walking distance into the heart of St Gervais (5 minutes) and walking distance to both the tram and gondola make the location perfect. Highly recommend for families.

Super séjour !

Très bon rapport qualité prix, communication facile, appartement original et litterie super confortable. Seul bémol serait le bruit de la circulation si on doit ouvrir les fenêtres l'été (chambre à l'arrière par contres très calme et fraîche en pleine canicule)! Très bien situé, à quelques pas du centre de Saint Gervais les Bains avec commerces, restaurants et bars. Une salle de bain et toilette pour chaque chambre, une magnifique baignoire: des vrais plus ! Merci pour ce séjour dans votre belle région.

Nice apartment

We eventually had a very nice week at this lovely apartment after arriving to a complete lack of heating and electricity. We managed to turn both on but as the rooms had become very cold it took a long time for them to heat up. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were hot and powerful. It’s a short walk into the centre of St Gervais which is a charming little town with good shops and restaurants. We took our rental car to the ski lift where there is plenty of parking.

Beautiful apartment in stunning St Gervais

This apartment is unlike anything you will ever find in a ski property. It is located in a large, Victorian building (I believe originally the first hotel in St Gervais). The apartment is grand - two large bedrooms each with their own bathroom, a cosy lounge overlooking the valley, and a fully equipped kitchen/diner. The ski bus stops outside the building with a ten minute ride to the main cable car from St Gervais - it also stops at the tram station for Mont Blanc. A gentle walk into the town itself gives access to high end shops and restaurants, and several coffee/pattisseries. We had a truly wonderful break and will definitely return.

A beautifully furnished apartment in a fantastic location

The glamorous apartment is located in a wonderful building in the heart of the village. Within a 5 minute walk you have all the shops, restaurants that cater to all of your needs. The owner is wonderful to deal with and has been most helpful before and during or stay. We Skied St Gervais, and also Contamines which is a 5 min drive away. Both resorts were great for beginners to advanced. We are looking to return.

Lisajane, the owner could not have been more helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Great location.

My husband and I live in London. We use the apartment rarely, although it is special to us. I have uploaded a photograph of the most important member of the family as she is certainly the boss!!

It is warm, cosy, St Gervais really is a very special hidden gem of a place where the people are friendly, the atmosphere is warm all year round and it is relaxed and comfortable. I am an interior designer and like nice things, therefore we wish people to enjoy the apartment and all that is in it as it is not the regular rental. It is warm and cosy as I say, but it is robust and usable so easy to enjoy!! We have made sure everything is there for enjoyment including the Bose sound system, the Nespresso coffee machine and large flat screen TVs in the bedroom (to watch lounging in the egg bath or from the large bed) and reception room where both the large comfy sofa or the small two seater have ideal views both of the TV and the amazing views over the mountains.

Apartment has an amazing view, the proportions of the rooms are fabulous, literally a 1 min walk to town, ski bus right outside the front door in winter, loads of great cafes and restaurants to eat outside in Summer having walked and mountain biked and only 45 minutes drive from Geneva so accessible for a long weekend!
