Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage in San Juan. Es befindet sich im Condado Village. Sie brauchen kein Auto, da die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar sind, darunter mehrere Strände, eine große Auswahl an Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Casinos, Einzelhandelsgeschäfte für Designer, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Wassersport, Drogerien und Krankenhäuser. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich fünf Minuten zu Fuß vor dem Gebäude, so dass Sie die Altstadt von San Juan in fünf bis zehn Minuten bequem erreichen. Ausflüge können in den nahegelegenen Hotels gebucht oder die nahegelegenen Ausflüge verstärkt werden. This location was great for our stay in Puerto Rico. A short uber to anywhere we wanted to go, and it was only a block or so from the main strip in Condado Beach. Unit was exactly as pictured, clean and perfect for our group of 6. Ray’s communication was excellent and check-in/out was a breeze. We will definitely look to stay here again should our future travels bring us back to San Juan.

Totally Worth it!

Great place! Very clean and looks just like the pictures. beds were very comfortable and the water pressure was great. Owner is extremely helpful and responsive. Location is safe, fun, and has tons of shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. Felt it was perfect for our first trip to San Juan. Would definitely recommend!

Best Location

Location Location Location. Could not have chosen a better place to stay in Condado. Steps away from beautiful beaches, dozens of restaurants and bars. A short 4 min drive to La Placita. I was very happy with the place. The decor was nice and the apartment was very clean. Keypad access and gated parking also made it very secure. Would definitely recommend this rental to my friends.

Excellent Condado Stay

The whole rental process was handled very efficiently with directions and communication. Only suggestion we have for the property is that there needs to be more lighting especially in the bathrooms. Also, since there is limited storage for clothing some luggage racks would help so your suit case would not have to be on the floor. Great location!!!

Spacious, Cool, Great Location

Pros Unit exceeded expectations on space and very clean.Air conditioning was excellent.Great location. Easily walkable to restaurants and the beach.Assigned parking was easily accessible.Bed linens were very nice and lots of towels for bath and beach.Bedrooms were very quiet.ConsNo electrical outlet in primary bath. Had to do my hair and make up in the bedroom.Could use brighter lighting in bathrooms.No dishwasher. There were 6 of us and we did a lot of cooking. Pots and pans were minimal and showing wear.Washer and dryer was very inconvenient. Had to use a step ladder to place and retrieve clothes from the dryer but they cleaned and dried well.

Devie, Thank you for your review. I nice to hear from you as you did not sent messages or feedback during your 8 nights stay. The unit is a preferred listing in all major platform. I'm a superhost (premier) with more than 15 year providing short rental service. Most guests rate the unit with 5 stars as they review the information provided in the listing and they ask question when necessary. The unit is not listed with dishwasher. The laundry is a standard bottom water and top dryer as shown in the photos provided in the listing. This is the first time in ten year someone make a comment about the laundry setup. The unit does include one hair dryer and outlet for it as this is a family unit or for friends sharing. Pots and pans are changed constantly as due to the improper usage they have during reservations. I just replace them.

Nice apartment for adults

The property was nice yet a few issues were encountered during our stay that were unexpected: -perhaps more specific instructions for the lock box since none of the 4 people could figure it out even using the internet -the road and excess parking spots apparently flood during high tide (7pm-7am) close to the full moon, this is a problem if you didn’t get the keys out of the lockbox because you had to climb in the building over the retaining wall (which we had to do with a child and our parents in their 60s) and we were fortunate we did not park our other car we had on the street since the water came up to the bumper. Also the first night we were very concerned whether we’d need to leave in an emergency if the flooding continued since we didn’t know that this was "normal" ahead of time. -guest bathroom doesn't get as hot as desired, and the air doesn't work if the power grid is overloaded, little things but weighed heavy when we were dealing with the flooding -We had to replace the only smoke detector battery but the owner reimbursed us for the expense. -Owners were nice and fairly responsive to all the issues we had. Overall the place was nice enough though I wouldn't stay here again traveling with a family. Would be great location and amenities for a group of friends.

Hi Lizzette, Thank you for the review. would like to clarify and respond on some of your comments. The apartment is in the ground floor, It have two entrance. One entrance is direct to the parking and to the back door. The back door does has a. normal /Master lockbox that most short rental use. The front door has a smart lock with access with a code. I do provide detailed information for check in but it is up to the guests to do a minimal due diligence and read the information provided. Then it is easy to blame the owner when arriving unprepared. There is not flooding. The high tide only during this mont of the year go up the street due to the damaged caused by Hurricane Maria to the mangrove. The USA Corp of Engineer own the area as it is a natural reserve. They did provide a plan to repair the Mangrove line. We are waiting for the implementation. Again, the issue is at the end of the street and there is not flooding in the building. The unit has a big water heater tank wich is the same for all bathroom and kitchen. The father bathroom is the en-suite. The guest bathroom is in between. It is does not make sense it does not get hot, I checked and the temperature is within the recommended code. It can not be raise to avoid burns. I do provide extra battery in case any of the remote control and devices run our. The guests did not ask me in advance and bought a very expensive pack of battery. I did reimbursed the money but the was a lack of good communication beside not reading the information provided. The unit does have a power backup up which is rare for a unit of this range of nightly rate. The power backup support the lighting in all rooms, the fridge and power outlets. Anyway, the guests did not experience any power failure. And yes, there are units in the area with full power backup with nightly rates 3 or 4 times the rate of this unit. Please checked all the reviews and contact me if you still have any question or concern. I would be delight to explain and provide the information. My goal is to offer the best experience accordingly to the amenities included for this unit. Regards, Ray

Great Location, Clean and modern

Stayed here with 3 other family members to attend my brother's wedding being held at LaConcha resort. Each of us had our own room, own A/C unit and would have comfortably housed 2 more on the sofa beds. Very conveniently located, less than 3 blocks from the resort and in the heart of Condado. Many restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance and proximity to LaConcha couldn't be beat. Able to utilize the taxi and bus routes if needed and able to walk to the beach and to LaConcha resort to enjoy the pool with family and friends every day. Provides very clear instructions on check-in and check-out procedures. Place was clean, bath and beach towels provided along with conveniences of home and at a much lower cost than would have been to stay at the hotel. Full kitchen with coffee maker and ability to make our own breakfast each morning. We chose to eat out for lunch and dinner but feasible to make all of your own meals there. Provides a parking spot which we did not need since everything we wanted was in walking distance. Also provides list of laundry services (if not staying 7 nights or more), walkable grocery store locations which we utilized, and recommended restaurants ahead of time to help us plan our trip. Quick response time from owner if any problems. Only issues were slightly cold water due to water shortage in the area and a few bugs in the kitchen. Otherwise, for the price, convenience and cleanliness of the place, can't be beat. Would highly recommend for families staying in the area.

Thanks for the review and I am glad you enjoyed like many others. I strive to offer the best experience. We do not rent the apartment back to back to take the necessary time to clean, disinfect and have it ready for the next guest. All linen and towels are replaced with every rental and All food and/or left over are disposed to avoid conditions to attract any bug. But I cannot control what happen during the guests rental as some do not remove trash, have food residues, sugars, juice on the kitchen counters and other surface.

The condo was nice the beds were “very” comfortable the area was busy and a couple of times people would park blocking the gate to the parking lot but over all we had a wonderful time a good selection of restaurants and beaches near by.

Our family would stay here again!

This place exceeded our expectations for our vacation. We had many options and we were happy we chose this place. We had everything we needed and being so close to the beach and local restaurants made our stay even better. High recommend for couples, groups or families.

You start to really like the red.

This place was great! It was exactly how it was advertised. Candado is a busy area so traffic is sometimes difficult to navigate around the place. Don't let that deter you. This place is in a good area full of people and parks. There's great food and coffee shops within walking distance. It is also a pretty quick ride share to Old San Juan or wherever. Ray was great and responsive. The place is easy to get into and comes with a parking spot for your rental car if you get one. When we were looking at this place we were initially a little weary of all the red. Now we love red cause this place was excellent.

Best spot in San Juan

Stayed here a month and it’s closeness to the beach, shopping and restaurants is unmatched. The actual place itself is spacious and modern.

The condo is as beautiful as the pictures. We really enjoyed our trip. We are already planning our trip for next year. Perfect stay, we were able to be in one place together first time VRBO. This location walking distance to the beach, casino, restaurants. My family was able to cook breakfast each morning. I will book this location again, and again.
