Gehen Sie von unserer wunderschönen Marina Place 114 Wohnung zum Jachthafen und zum Amphitheater Dillon. Diese Einheit ist ein geräumiges 3-Zimmer-Apartment im ersten Stock, 2 Bäder mit Granit und einer großen Küche. Für 7 Personen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über Ledermöbel, einen Flachbildschirm und einen Gaskamin. Kostenloses WLAN und Kabel. Deck hat einen Gasgrill und Blick auf den See und Tenderfoot Mountain. Eingangsstiefel und Garderobe bieten Platz zum Ordnen. Esszimmer für 6 Personen, Esszimmer Bar Sitze 3. Überdachter Tandemparkplatz für zwei Fahrzeuge. Der Komplex verfügt über 2 Whirlpools, Münzwaschmaschinen und Trockner. Im Sommer ist es ein leichter Spaziergang zum neuen Dillon Amphitheater für Konzerte von Juni bis September und zum Farmers Market. Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt über dem Dillon Marina und der Sommer Tiki Bar. Gehen Sie die neue Marina Treppe hinunter, um Ponton, Segelboot und Motorboote oder Kajaks und Stand Up Paddleboards zu mieten. Kostenlose Summit Bühne ist über die Straße, und die Anlage befindet sich auf dem Summit County Recreation Path mit mehr als 30 Meilen von gepflasterten Wegen. Der Weg ist im Winter gepflügt, um entlang des Sees spazieren zu gehen und die vielen Skulpturen zu betrachten. You can't beat the location of this condo! Excellent access to ski resorts and the reservoir and restaurants. The hot tub and pool are a nice amenity. Condo itself is a little dated and unfortunately it's a bit loud with the neighbors upstairs. Overall communication was great and responsive.

Great location for Dillon Amphitheater and golf courses. I'd like for us to stay there again next summer.

Great condo near downtown Dillon

The place had everything we needed. It was walkable to bars and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to Keystone. It was clean and had access to a hot tub and pool, what more could you ask for?!

Close to Amphitheatre - nicer than photos!

Our primary reason for choosing this location was for the walkable distance to the Amphitheatre. The place is much nicer and more comfortable than the photos do it justice! The pool and hot tub are accessible with the same key you pick up from the property management company, so you can access it when you would like to. Would definitely stay here again!

The mattresses obviously need replacement. No one slept well due to the sunken mattresses. The walls were paper thin. Neighboring guests talked into the wee hours of the night and we could hear their entire conversation. The location was good and but since all of us complained about not getting a good sleep, it didn’t feel like a vacation.

Thank you for your review, however, your feedback is misguided. There are 4 beds at this property. Every bed does not have a sunken mattress. It is much more likely that guests experienced sleep issues because the property is located at 9,000 feet elevation. At this elevation, oxygen levels are significantly lower than the elevation in Atlanta. Lower oxygen levels means the heart has to work harder to pump blood throughout the body, which results in a faster heart rate. That faster heart rate oftentimes makes sleeping difficult. We are sorry to hear that guests talking in a neighboring property caused a disturbance. All properties are expected to adhere to quiet hours from 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.

Working with the resort group was fantastic, great communication, contactless check in and out. Location was a bit noisy with sound from condo above.

Great location & ammennities

4x adults and 1x 4 yo. We skied in Loveland so it was an easy drive to/from the slopes. Parking spot was tight but great to have a covered area (for two cars). Apartment had all the kitchen amenities needed and then some. No smart-TV but WiFi was good enough to stream a movie at the end of the day and there was an HDMI cord to connect the laptop to the TV. Hot tub/sauna/pool was nice at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable. Would totally stay here again.

Great rental for family ski trip

Everything in the condo was as shown. Well updated and functional. Plenty of space for a group of 6. Convenient access to ski slopes. We made use of the pool, spa, and sauna, which were all nice. Parking is very tight, especially with 2 SUVs, but there is a designated space. Would definitely book again for a family ski trip.

Family ski trip

Not a lot of snow, but we made the best of it. Our condo was in a great location. We could walk to restaurants. Enjoyed ice skating on lake. Master bedroom is in need of new mattress or topper. Also, could use some family games, cards, puzzles…etc. thank you

Great Property but Summit Resort Management could improve

This is an excellent rental property. It is a nice size, well equipped, and comfortable for your group. The unit is in a great location for hot tub/pool and walks along lake. The property is managed by Summit Resorts group. The property manager was not friendly in communications through check in and did not adequately inspect property before our check in to make sure it was ready to go.

My ski trip

The property was as advertised and suited our purposes. The hall bathroom sink could use a plumber. The drain is very slow. Parking is a little tight for a large vehicle. I would recommend this property and would stay there again if returning to the area.

Good value

This condo provides the necessities. It is located close to the slopes, groceries, restaurants and more. When we visit the area, we use the condo only to eat and sleep and this place serves that purpose well. There are tons of towels and plenty of blankets. The electric heat is a bit unpredictable, and the hot tub was “closed for repair” and the other hot tub on site was “closed due to Covid”. That was kind of a bummer, but all in all, we would definitely stay again.

Perfect for a Short Ski Vacation!

This place had good access to everything in the Dillon/Silverthorne area at a good price. Comfortable beds, lots of towels, good communication, easy checkin and out. The hot tub is right downstairs below the condo. This is a management company place that is well stocked and answered their after-hours phone right away. We had 5 adults and it was comfortable. If we were staying longer, I would want a unit with more of a view and possibly a little more room but it was perfect for our 3 night ski trip. Covered parking for one large vehicle or two small was tight, but we fit with a Suburban and careful maneuvering.
