Yacht Club 3 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse on Lake Dillon with incredible lake and mountain views. Sleeps 6. Beautifully updated unit with cool, skilled design using bold colors. Walk to concerts, marina, parks, dining and the summer Farmer's Market. Easy drive to 6 resorts. Unit has two floors and a door alert system so you know when people are coming and going. Modern decor gives it a hip vibe and the unit is located in the heart of Dillon. Large flatscreen in living room with electric fireplace, free wifi and cable. South facing decks with seating for 2 on both floors. Lower deck has stairway to the grounds and lake. Sleek, fully-equipped kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances is on the top floor. Kitchen bar seats 4. Coffee and beverage station with drip and Nespresso coffee makers, beverage cooler and hot beverage condiments. The 2 decks overlook the lake, mountains and grounds. Full size washer and dryer in unit for convenience. Gravity Grabber ski racks and gear storage bench in entry. Although there are no clubhouse amenities on site, the nearby Silverthorne Recreation Center has hot tub, sauna, pools with waterslides and gym for a daily admission cost.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

Complex has 2 outdoor community grills and picnic area, big lawn area, disc golf basket, volleyball, horseshoes and bench overlooking the water. Guests can put in their personal SUPS and kayaks directly from the lawn

2 unassigned surface parking spots available first come, first served with permit only -- 2 permits in unit. Summit Resort Group is not responsible for booted or towed cars. Parking spaces can be limited during holidays and peak times. Town parking lots for overflow parking are located in the Town Core area near Town Park. Overnight parking for a fee is available in the rotating lots in town.

Central to all that Summit County has to offer. Walk to restaurants, cafe, brewpub, bars, nightlife, bowling. Less than 5 minute drive to City Market, REI, coffee, shops, sporting goods, ski/board rentals and Silverthorne Outlets.
Easy access from I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk right out to the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.
In the summer walk to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts from June into September and the Dillon Marina for boat, sailboat, kayak and SUP rentals. On the Summit County bike/rec path which connects all resorts and towns with over 55 miles of paved path. The free Summit Stage bus service is just 2 blocks away and connects all towns and resorts.
