Haben wir schon erwähnt LOCATION, Lage, Lage ... was will man mehr verlangen? Wir sind buchstäblich 1/2 Meile von Pier Park mit mehr als 20 Restaurants und mehr als 100 Fachgeschäfte, die 16 Bildschirm Grand Theater mit einem IMAX, und viele weitere Restaurants und Geschäfte täglich öffnen. Der neue Miracle Mile Amusement Park ist eröffnet neben Pier Park. Der Russell Pier ist direkt über die Straße von Pier Park, wo man angeln kann am Pier und auch dort, wo das Feuerwerk gehen auf den 4. Juli, Neujahr, und viele andere Zeiten während des ganzen Jahres. Sie buchstäblich auf dem Balkon entspannen und einen tollen Blick auf das Feuerwerk.

Tidewater ist nur 10 Autominuten von der neuen internationalen Flughafen und Frank Brown Park, wo viele Sportveranstaltungen stattfinden. Wenn Sie Panama City Beach kommen für Sportveranstaltungen, können Sie nicht bleiben viel näher, als dieses! The property was great and well stocked with kitchen essentials. Great location, nice beach and pools. Plenty of room to spread out and a lovely ocean front view. The owners were wonderful about explaining the parking and check in situation as well as any other special info about the unit.

Bright and comfortable!

This fun & cozy condo had a perfect view of the beach & beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It was centrally located to many restaurants & activities. We loved walking in to the beachy look & vibrant decor.

Love staying at the Tidewater. It has everything we need

The condo was fabulous, the owners are great.

The condo was fully furnished and the decor fits the beach theme. The only downside with the resort was the elevators was slow. Overall our vacation was great, wish we could have stay longer.

Great quick getaway

We had an amazing quick getaway! This condo was perfect for us and our two small children. The space in this condo was just right. It was provided with everything we needed. We would definitely want to stay here again if we ever come back to PCB.

Fantastic Condo!!

Amazing Beach Condo

My family and i rented this condo for spring break, myself, husband and 2 teenage daughters and 1 of their friend. It was perfect!, The girls could walk to pier park, it wasn't to crazy or rowdy. The fact that there are beach chairs are a MAJOR PLUS!!! The condo was beautifully decorated. It had everything you needed in the kitchen, they view was awesome. All around I would recommend it! We will be staying here again.

Fantastic!

Beautiful condo, had everything we needed and more. Washer and dryer were so nice to have. Very clean. Carolyn is a pleasure to work with and always responds to texts / emails quickly. We had no trouble with elevators, never waited longer than 2-3 minutes for one. Beautiful views, clean condo, safe location for my kids. Thanks for such a wonderful stay! We will be back !

A perfect family vacation

The property was very impressive. Decorated beautifully, clean, fully stocked with everything we needed, convenient to the beach, shopping etc. The beds were very comfortable. We couldn't have wanted anything better. It was perfect!! We really enjoyed both of the pools at Tidewater and spent a lot of time there. They were big, clean and lots of seating. We also enjoyed the DJ that they supplied for a couple of hours in the afternoon. The elevators were a little aggravating from time to time but that's to be expected at such a large facility. We enjoyed the two free beach chair rentals however it would have been nice if the condo would have been stocked with a few more for other family members to enjoy. It was all around a wonderful vacation and if we ever visit Panama City Beach again we will definitely stay at this property again.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in room 1621!! The only thing that we didn't like was how long the elevator took to get to our floor. I know that's just part of staying in a big condo but it was just hard when you have kids anxiously waiting. Once the workers got on the elevator to help regulate it, it was a lot better. The condo room was super clean, and accommodated two families with children VERY well. They LOVED the bunk beds & all of us having our own shower was SO nice!! It took no time to get ready to go out to eat! The owners gave very detailed instructions on how to the check in, how to park, etc. They communicated with us & that was a huge help. They were so pleasant to deal with! I am thankful our first visit was so lovely!!!

Beautiful condo overlooking a beautiful beach...what more could you ask for?

This was my family's first trip to Panama City Bach, or the Florida panhandle. We had heard about the beautiful beaches and couldn't wait to take this family vacation! The condo was perfect for us- we had 7 people in our group- 4 adults, 1 teenager and 2 kids, and the sleeping arrangement worked out exactly right. Our teenager snagged the fold out couch while the 2 boys used the bunk beds and everyone was happy. We never felt cramped or on top of each other, and more importantly we never turned on the T.V.! We played board games (courtesy of the room!), cards, made meals together, sat and talked on the patio overlooking the back, and spent many hours digging holes and building sand castles on the beach. t was a true vacation. We went a couple of times to Pier Park, and window shopped, which was a nice break in the evening before dinner. We tried to catch every single sunset we could! The weather wasn't completely cooperative, but during the few little rain spells, we adventured around the condo building (played in the arcade once, swam in the indoor pool once, and went up to the top floor to watch the rain). The condo is pristinely maintained. The appliances were all clean (this is a big one for me!), and the only cleaning we had to do was when we tracked in tons of sand! It was nice having the washer and dryer unit for keeping swimsuits and beach towels fresh. The beds were comfortable, clean and inviting for extra naps that we usually don't get to take. :) The one downfall is the elevators. I'm sure everyone who visits this property mentions the long wait for an elevator, and we were no exception. Sometimes we would get one right away, other times we would wait 5, 10, even 15 minutes. The good news is that the single elevator at the other end of the walkway is less used, so we started using that one more frequently towards the end of our stay with better luck. :) Carolyn and Richard were great hosts! We got all we wanted and more form this vacation, and can't wait to go back!

Awesome vacation!!

We enjoyed our wonderful vacation in this beautiful beach condo! We loved the beach feel and how clean it was and the view is amazing! The elevators weren’t as bad as what everyone says and the property was very clean! The restaurant at the condo was great and everyone was very friendly. We were close to everything and could even walk to pier park. We watched dolphins, manitees, turtles, fish from the balcony. The owners were super awesome and the condo had absolutely everything!

Great time!!!

A lot of first for us on this trip.....mandatory hurricane evacuation, red tide, dolphin encounters, first place metals in a 5k, sunsets on the beach.....the list goes on. Even though nature didn't cooperate for the whole trip, our family and friends had a great time. Carolyn was great to work with. She kept us informed about the red tide situation and the hurricane. A Fabulous experience. Highly recommend these folks.

We had an odd schedule as compared with the normal duration of most stays. The Frashers worked with us and helped make our trip possible. The condo was immaculate and the property as a whole was just what/where we needed it. The onsite beach toys were very beneficial for our grand kids, Thank you, Richard and Carolyn. AMAZING

Beautiful, words can not describe how great it was. Weather was awesome! The rooms are wonderful size the kitchen was perfect! The view O me the view it was AMAZING!! Can't wait to stay again.

Loved our room and the people we rented from was fabulous! The resort was way to large

Did not like waiting on the elevators for ever and the beach chair situation is horrible. Needs to come up with a better solution for that.

Thanks so much for writing your review. However, your 3 star rating is one of our first! We strive, as owners, to keep our properties in mint condition for our guests and have always received great reviews. At Tidewater there are 7 elevators and we try to let our guests know this. While many people only use the main sets of elevators, there are also 2 elevators at each end of the building that many people do not even know about. Tidewater is a large resort and during peak season sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, but fortunately, this is something Tidewater is trying to improve for the future. We sincerely apologize if you had a problem with the beach chair service. This service is paid for directly by us, as owners, and we have never incurred any problems. Great beach trip

The condo was perfect! Very comfortable, clean, and inviting. Working with the owners was just as smooth as can be, Carolyn was so great!! We had lots of beach and sun time, it was great!

Love this condo! Home away from home.

We loved staying in this condo. Everything you need is here. We had a great time making memories with family and friends. Perfect getaway place for eight people. Plenty of space for all. We would definitely rent this condo again and I would highly recommend it to friends. Richard and Carolyn are great to work with and they want it to be just as perfect for guest as they do for themselves. Thanks for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

Wonderful experience.

Mr. & Mrs. Frasher are wonderful people to lease a condo from. They made our overall experience so easy and accommodating that we could not ask for more. Tidewater Beach Resort includes THE BEST amenities on the beach. The all inclusive amenities include 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 Roman spas, steam rooms, 4300 sq ft fitness center, Tiki Bar, snack bar, gift shop, on site restaurant & bar, internet café, free Wifi, game room, movie theater with free movies, and 7 elevators. Tidewater is one of the only condos on the beach with a covered, gated parking garage and 24/7 security.

Tidewater is located on 636 feet of beautiful white sand on one of the most desirable beaches in the world. On site beach toys are available for additional fees including para sailing, kayaks, banana boat, jet skis, and water bikes.

Our condo is gulf front with gorgeous views from the kitchen, living room and balcony. The many upgrades include granite counter tops, nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, all tile floors, 3 full bathrooms, free WiFi, and gated parking garage.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with it's own private bath, 55" smart TV, dvd player, dresser and 2 nightstands.

The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV, chest of drawers, nightstand, and it's own private bath.

The bunk room has bunk beds, wall mounted flat screen TV and it's own private bath.

The kitchen and dinette have incredible views of the gulf. The kitchen has everything you need to whip up those home cooked meals! Top of the line stainless appliances including microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Small appliances include toaster, blender, small and large crock pots, coffee pot and Keurig coffee maker. The dinette table seats 4 and the bar seats 4. Fully stocked kitchen.

The living room has gorgeous view of the gulf and includes 1 queen sleeper sofa, 2 chairs, a 65 inch smart TV and DVD player. We've included games, cards, movies, puzzles, books, paddle ball, volleyball, etc for your entertainment needs.

The condo also has a washer & dryer located in the unit.
