Diese Eigenschaft befindet sich genau vor dem Petersplatz, aus den Fenstern können Sie die schönste Kuppel der Welt bewundern!

Es wurde gerade mit feinen Oberflächen renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 7 Personen und besteht aus einem großen Dreibettzimmer mit einem Doppel- und einem Einzelbett sowie einem Balkon. Das angrenzende Badezimmer verfügt über Marmorboden und Wände sowie einen wunderschönen antiken Spiegel.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett hat ein eigenes Bad und eine atemberaubende Aussicht, besonders abends, wenn der Cupolone beleuchtet ist!
Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Himmelbett, einen Balkon und ein eigenes Bad.

Im Wohnzimmer gibt es den Essbereich und das Wohnzimmer mit drei bequemen Sofas, darunter ein schönes gelbes Leder Chesterfield.

Eines der beiden Badezimmer hat eine große Dusche 80x120cm.,

Die Küche mit Blick auf die Kuppel ist super ausgestattet, mit Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen und allem, was Sie sonst noch brauchen.

Ein paar Minuten entfernt befindet sich die Basilika San Pietro, die direkt zur Engelsburg und zur berühmten Einkaufsstraße Via Cola di Rienzo führt.

Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichen Sie direkt das historische Zentrum (Piazza Navona, Pantheon usw.) und überqueren den Tiber.

Die Verbindungen sind ausgezeichnet: zahlreiche Busse vor dem Haus und die U-Bahn A (Ottaviano - hinter der Piazza S. Pietro), die direkt zum Bahnhof Termini fährt (von dort können Sie den Shuttle zum Flughafen Ciampino oder zum Leonardo-Zug nehmen) Express zum Flughafen Fiumicino).

Für diejenigen, die gerne in Ruhe Sport treiben, abseits von Verkehr und Lärm Roms, ist das Lungotevere der ideale Ort zum Laufen. Von Lungotevere Flaminio bis Lungotevere Testaccio haben Sie die Qual der Wahl. Speziell am Ufer des Tibers wurden einige Wanderwege angelegt, die zu Fuß von zu Hause aus erreichbar sind und auf die auch Radfahrer zugreifen können.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location!

We had an amazing time at Alessia's apartment. The location is great, we were able to walk everywhere. The flat is a few steps away from the Vatican, and with bus 64 stop outside, has easy access to the center of the city and to the main station. One of the two bedrooms has a magnificent view on the dome of St. Peter, which is even more amazing at night time when it's totally lit up. Really impressive! Alessia, the owner of the flat, has been an excellent host. Very punctual and responsive to every question we had. She arranged transport from and to the airport for us, which was very convenient. Last but not least, she gave us great restaurant recommendations so that we could avoid most touristic places...thanks, Alessia for this wonderful stay! :)

Schöne Wohnung, super Lage zum Petersdom

Die Wohnung entspicht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Es gibt einen schmalen Balkon zum Hinterhof. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt ohne Probleme. Es gibt fast direkt vor der Haustüre eine Bushaltestelle. Zur U-Bahn sind es ca. 8- 10 Minuten. Alessia hatte uns vor unserer Anreise Empfehlungen (z.B. Roma Pass) genannt und einen Fahrdienst vom Flughafen direkt zur Wohnung organisiert. Vielen Dank an Alessia. Auch für die Tipps und Restaurantempfehlungen. Wir waren im Restaurant Goose und haben dort die beste Pizza gegessen. Falls wir wieder in Rom Urlaub machen, fragen wir die Wohnung gerne an. Viele liebe Grüße von den vier Mädels aus Deutschland

Supertolle Wohnung in der Nähe des Vatikans

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung direkt in der Nähe zum Vatikan. Sehr gute und normalpreisige Restaurants in der Nähe. Alessia ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die immer für einen da ist. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Bäder für römische Verhältnisse sehr geräumig. Alles sehr sauber und jederzeit würden wir diese Wohnung wieder mieten. Sehr ruhige Wohnung trotz Hauptstraße vor der Türe. Bushaltestellen sind direkt vor der Haustüre. Alles in einem kann man das in zwei Wörter zusammenfassen: 5 Sterne TOP!!

Vatican Vacation

Gracious hosts that helped make sure our stay was perfect! A lovely apartment with spectacular views of the Vatican. Within walking distance of markets, great restaurants and St Peters. The apartment is on a busy street so a cautionary note to visitors unaccustomed to city noises may find the front bedroom to be a bit loud. Also, while the apartment is beautifully furnished we found the mattresses to be uncomfortably hard. Despite these small things we plan on returning to this spectacular property again next year!!

This was a nice apartment right next to the Vatican. We walked everywhere except for a few cabs. Like others have said, some of the beds are a bit hard (in my experience, most apartments in Italy have the same issue) and the wifi can be slow, but it was a nice stay in a clean, well-equipped apartment.

The beds are extremely hard, do not expect a good night sleep to begin with but if you are in the front room the road noise is extremely loud. The front bedroom A/C worked very well, but the bigger bedroom A/C did not cool well and the expectation is to turn the A/C off when you are not in the apartment, so it takes a while to cool. The living/breakfast area do not have an A/C unit so only the bedrooms are Air Conditioned. Wi/Fi is mediocre at best, so don't expect to stream on multiple devices. Highly suggest that they provide more than one set of towels per person when you have booked for 6 nights. Just as a tip, if you are planning on doing all the sights in Rome, this location is close to the bus route but we found that the metro is much more dependable in Rome. This location is a 15 minute walk to the metro on the other side of the Vatican. So when we return to Rome, we will stay somewhere closer to a metro stop. There is a mini-market right downstairs which is handy if you need anything simple and a number of restaurants close by. The best restaurants are about a 10 to 15 minute walk or bus ride.

The property was great. I could not have asked for more!

The property was perfect; it is clean and well maintained. It’s in an ideal location- close to sites of interest without being in the most congested part of town. The bus is right outside of the apartment which made life so easy. Not to mention, it’s steps away from The Vatican! Alessia and Stefania are gracious hosts and were very helpful. I totally recommend this place!

The Best Location for The Vatican!

We loved this location. Right across from The Vatican. You can see St Peter’s Dome from the windows. Great restaurants and coffee shops right on the block. Plenty of space for our family. Comfortable and quaint

Place was comfortable and roomy. Location was great, bus stops right outside the door. However, if you purchase the Roma/Omnia card with the hop on hop off pass, there is 8 minute walk to that bus stop. Be aware there are steps to the apartment, not an issue unless someone struggles with steps. Washing machine was out of commission for our stay, but we are resourceful and managed. We would absolutely stay here again.

Perfection...clean, elegant and perfect location.

Everything about this apartment was perfect. Location, restaurants and ambiance. Bus pickup was literally downstairs and waking most places always not a problem. Tiber was just down the street. Do Polleta downstairs was really good and Goose restaurant down the street was amazing. The cleanliness and charm of this restaurant was beautifully maintained. Plenty of space. Thank you for a great week. Roma will be missed!!

Apartment is lovely,clean and really well placed!

Alessia dealt with our booking in a very friendly and efficient way, Guilia, who met us at the apartment, was also very helpful. Alessia organised excellent transport to, and from, the airport to the apartment - even our inbound flight being delayed by 2 hours wasn't a problem. The apartment is lovely - clean and well decorated and it is really well placed for visiting the Vatican. The walls to Vatican City are on the opposite side of the street, you really can see the side of the front facade of St Peter's from the front bedroom and kitchen windows. The apartment is great for 4 people, and the air conditioning in the two bedrooms was very welcome, there is no air conditioning in the sitting room. Alessia has provided a very helpful guide in the apartment for places to eat, shop etc. All of her recommendations that we tried were excellent, we loved the pizzas at nearby Goose. Buses to the centre go from outside the apartment so it's easy and pretty cheap to get to the other tourist attractions. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks Alessia! Karl S.

Alessia and Giulia were wonderful hosts! If anything, the flat is better than advertised, with spacious bedrooms, a fully-stocked kitchen and in an ideal location across from the Vatican. The only hiccup came when we had a power cut, though I saw that in a couple of other neighborhoods nearby on different occasions, and we got a very prompt response when I reached out to them. Lovely apartment on a great location!

We had a wonderful stay at the beautiful St. Peter apartment. The apartment is nicely decorated and spacious. We are a family with 3 kids and it was perfect. There is a mini market down the apartment and a bakery within 5 minutes walk from the apartment. We didn't need any public transport, we walkt to all the places we wanted to visit. On our last day Alessia offered us to leave our luggage at the apartment until our departure, so we could change before we left. It was raining that day, so that was perfect.

A lovely apartment in a great location!

Would highly recommend this apartment. Our family of 5 stayed over the Christmas holiday and found it to be the perfect place to call home during our stay. It was amazing to gaze out the window at St. Peter's Dome every morning as we awoke. The night time view, with the Dome all lit up, was even more impressive. (Goosebumps, really!) The location of the apartment was great. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE! We logged a lot of miles, but it helped counter-act all of the pasta and gelato! Alessia was fantastic! Very responsive to every question and arranged for our transfers to and from the airport.

This apartment was a wonderful home base for our family's trip to Rome! It is a stone's throw away from the Vatican, and with Bus 64 stop outside, has easy access to the center of the city and to the main station. Apartment fits 6 - we were able to divide the queen bed into two twins for our two older children and there was a trundle bed for the other two in the main room. As we were out most of the day, this was not an issue for us. Easy access to markets just outside allowed us to eat in to keep costs down. We also scheduled the driver Alessia offered to bring us back and forth to the airport - very convenient and comparable in cost. Only issues were the heat and water - the heat was initially kept at the minimum setting, which was quickly corrected, and there was a leak in the bathroom that had to be fixed. We had a great stay!
