Familie mit Kleinkind in zentraler Lage

Schöne, einfach gehaltene Wohnung direkt im Zentrum. Alles vorhanden was man braucht, Kontakt sehr freundlich. Achtung an Familie mit Kleinkindern, Babybett sehr Klein hat gerade noch gepasst für ein 1,5 jähriges. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Excellent location, the facility was disappointing.

Inexpensive simple things would go a long way to make this apartment more comfortable for the renter. Newer and more towels for bathing, we were provided with 4 towels for 3 people. The towels were old, mismatched, flat, worn and stained. Toilet paper was limited to 2 “3/4th used rolls” with not enough left a for one nights stay left on them. The bed pillows were small decorative couch pillows not proper sleeping ones. There was no place to hang clothes except a flimsy plastic broken clothes rack held together with medical bandage tape which collapsed when the first shirt was hung on it. All these cheap easy to remedy issues and more such as described made what should have been an awesome vacation into a “just ok” vacation.

Perfect Weekend Trip!

My two friends and I stayed here for a weekend while we were visiting Paris. The location is perfect; right by the Louvre, plenty of restaurants and shopping! The property was very clean and was great for the three of us. The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze, but standard for most properties I’ve seen in Europe. Alienor was so helpful and they even left a list of restaurants to try around the city. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

We three women friends stayed here for two weeks and will never stay anywhere else in Paris! The apartment was the right size and the location was fantastic. Well outfitted, and extremely responsive owner. Very quiet, no neighborhood noise or street noise. Private. Can’t be overrated.

Quaint apartment 2 blocks from the Louvre

Great choice for our needs, would return again. We chose this apartment for our 40th Wedding Anniversary trip to Paris. Our choice was based on its convenience to the Louvre (2 blocks away) and public transportation, it was definitely cheaper than hotels and we could make some meals on our own. It definitely met those objectives. There were many restaurants and bakeries, bus stops and metro stations as well as a grocery store (Monoprix) within an easy walk 1-2 block walk. The building had 2 security key pads to the building and a key lock on the apartment door. We had good communication via text in English prior to the trip with the owner who offered many suggestions and were warmly greeted by the housekeeper, who also spoke English. The kitchen/living area is much dimmer than the VRBO picture, even with all the lights on, but was clean, though simple. The bathroom shower is very small, perhaps only 3' x 3' and had some mildew. Full Size bed in separate room was adequate. The Kitchenette in living area served its purpose for us to make hot breakfasts and 2 dinners; pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and eating utensils, bowls, plates and glasses were provided. Although there was no oven, just a cook top with 4 electric units. An all-in-one washer/dryer was there which we used. While labeling was in French, instructions were provided in a binder in English, would have been helpful to know how long each setting ran since our first attempt at second highest setting took over 2 hours to wash! No cooking basics (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, flour, etc.) were provided which would have been helpful, but were available at nearby store. TV provided with cable channels but unfortunately was all in French. Luckily we planned ahead and downloaded movies to our iPad and brought proper HDMI cabling and connectors so we were able to attach and watch our own in English. In summary, definitely not hotel quality but adequate and convenient for our needs.

Cómodo y completo, con excelente ubicacion

Dueño muy atento, nos facilitó la llegada recibiendonos más temprano. Completo y confortable. Es chico pero en Paris suelen ser más chicos aun; a 1 cuadra del Luovre, sin dudas una locación espectacular. Zona muy segura, Monoprix, Franprix y Carrefour cerca, experiencia excepcional. 110% recomendable. Gracias a Alienor y Freddy.

Très bien situé mais ...

Très bien situé, accueil parfait. Par contre appartement très mal ventilé une vrai VMC avec plusieurs bouches serait un plus non négligeable. La salle de bain et en priorité la douche pourrait être mieux entretenue.Les joins sont à refaire et entre le pommeau douche qu'il a fallu retirer tellement il était sale et les rebords de douches moisies elle est plus que limite cette douche. Sinon pour une famille de 4 l'espace est suffisant. On garde un bon souvenir de notre passage chez vous malgré tout.

Location can't get better than this. In the center of everything, we could walk to everywhere. Also, MONOPRIX market is around the corner at few blocs, so convenient! The place is enough large for 4 and adequately stocked. There is a washer/dryer in the unit! The host is super responsive.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable apartment which was spacious for Paris. The location was ideal and we could walk everywhere. There were two grocery stores, a bakery and restaurants a short walk away and the subway entrance was also very close by.

Trip memorable and comfortable

I stayed in this apartment with my husband and three children for a week, there are not the words to describe our experience!! Like most people booking accommodation in an unfamiliar city I was full of trepidation when I booked this property, however it completely exceded my expectations in every way. The apartment is exactly as it looks; clean, new furnishings, full kitchen, washing machine/dryer. It is remarkably spacious, especially in terms of Paris apartments, and housed the five of us extremely comfortably. Access to the apartment is very easy with minmal stairs. This can be particularly useful after full days of sightseeing. In addition to this, the booking process, communication, meeting for keys and departure were all seamless. Our host was there greeting us on arrival and showed us through the in's and out's of the property. He also provided very simple to follow instructions how to locate the property via the metro as we arrived into Paris by the Eurostar to Gare Du Nord. His easy to follow instructions provided a better experience than a previous taxi journey we had taken so we were very grateful. The location of the apartment is second to none!! Paris was right on our doorstep in every direction. The Louvre is right across the road!! Right across the road!! There were several convenience stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, and department stores within minitues of the front door. Along with this, there were a plethora of restaurants in the area, too many to count and try in our week long stay. Looking back now, our stay at the apartment seemed too good to be true. I hesitate recommending this property for the fear it would not be available when I want to visit Paris again. However do not look past this apartment, there is no other that will compare with it's space, price, locality, comfort and sheer homliness.

Très bien situé mais propreté à revoir

Cet appartement est très bien situé dans un quartier très central et proche de toutes les commodités . Très bon accueil..... Petit bémol au sujet de la propreté au niveau des joints de la salle de douche.....la hotte également meriterai aussi un nettoyage. L'appartement manque de luminosité, On est obligé de mettre la lumière tout le temps......

No sunlight in this apartment. Windows open into ventilation shafts only - no street views at all

Low level lighting made apartment dark and somber. No direct light enters the apartment. OK for just eating and sleeping. Location is a 10. No A/C, bathroom tiny, kitchen good, bed OK but pillows too thin. We would not rent this apartment again.

Close to everything

Nice apartment with sofa bed, single cot and bed in separate bedroom. Wi-Fi is excellent and tv is all in French- as expected. Towels,sheets, plates, pots and pans provided. Note: there is no oven, not a problem unless you expect one. Everything worked as it should and was met at apartment by host. There is a notebook with info about washing/drying and Wi-Fi. There are 2 code doors and only a few stairs. It was quiet and nice. Fans were provided. Bed was comfortable. Only suggestion is maybe a little touch up paint. Felt very secure. Easily walk to metro or museums. Thanks for a great stay.

The location and check in process was very good. The bed was comfortable and apartment amenities adequate for our 10 day stay. Warning regarding a very small shower of 2‘ x 2‘ and 3 short flights of uneven stairs to the apartment door.

It's situated in the very good place/district in Paris in the hearth and close of LOUVRE, OPERA, PALAIS ROYAL, SEINE.
Beautifully appointed, maintained and presented, spacious modern apartment on the first floor of a secure building, located two small blocks from the Louvre. Included all modern appliances and furniture, linen/towels, had ample heating, cable TV and free fast Wi-Fi Internet access.

The kitchen is adequately equipped with all the essentials and the washing machine has integrated drying function which is helpful and much quicker than a drying rack.

Number of sleeping : 5 with one bedroom with large bed 140*200,and a salon with a sofa bed convertible into a bed of 140*200 cm. We can add a unflatable mattless in the large bedroom for a 5th guests. (child)
