The location and pictures were exactly as shown in photos. Our Family enjoyed the stay. Our grandson is crawling and on first day on 3rd floor we let him down to crawl and had to give him a bath because of the dirty floors.Other than that everything was perfect

Very nice rental

We really enjoyed this rental and it had everything we needed for a great vacation. The pics online were very accurate and the upper level porch had a great view of the gulf. The property is well maintained and very clean. There were issues with the ac unit that were handled right away by the property owner and we didn't have any troubles with the temperature of the house after that. The owner was very friendly as well

Great PCB house!

Pros: Great location to pier park, easy access to the beach, very dog friendly with multiple relief areas, Nice house overall with great amenities (towels, bedding, toiletries) Cons: the apartments beside the house were rough with people coming and going at all hours, construction traffic(finished construction on our last day there) on the new house right behind this house made it difficult to get in and out of the driveway for all the trucks parked in the road.

Family vacation

We loved the location and that each bedroom had its own bathroom the steps were a little hard to do we didn’t realize the main living quarters kitchen and living room was on the top floor that should be made more clear in the property description the kitchen was well stocked and we love the view from the balcony but the cleaning crew did not do a great job the bed in the master bedroom was covered with dog hair and flea droppings and smelled terrible and the rest of the place could have used a little more attention but the location and pool was great!

Great cottage and location!

We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back! The cottage was perfectly located next to Pier Park. The beach was great and easy to get to. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for our family, which included two 17 year olds and our dogs. The community pool was nice as well. The owners were responsive to our needs throughout. One minor callout - there are a LOT of stairs to get up to the kitchen/living area - we didn't mind because we left in better shape than when we started, but it took some getting used to, especially with groceries/luggage. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended!

Not very clean

The owner Eve was very helpful. However, the place wasn't very clean. The toliet was not clean on the 3rd floor the vent on the 3rd floor has a hole in the ceiling. After walking thru the space I notice the 2nd and floor bathrooms were not very clean,microwave in the inside is rusting.Oh, how could I forget the giant waterbugs(Roaches).When i contacted Eve she sent bug powder from Amazon. I also went out and purchased combat roach motel.

There were many more stairs than anticipated. Floors never felt clean, and we only went to the beach twice in 9 days we were there. Otherwise, it was nice. Garage is small! We could not fit a minivan in it. 😞

Garage is pretty small but we park minivan there every year when we come visit with the family. I'll never stay anywhere else!!!

We had an ABSOLUTE ball at the "mansion cottage". We came down with all our friends to get married and our dog was our maid of honor, so I was ecstatic when we found somewhere that could accommodate her! Eve is seriously the nicest most gracious person ever...she almost always answers and if not she returns calls promptly! You're in the most perfect spot..right next to pier park, doggy beach, and our favorite: DUSTY'S! We've hardly used our vehicles at all. The house has everything you need for cooking..cleaning..relaxing. I'll ALWAYS be coming here unless they are booked...you just can't beat it! Thanks Eve for being AWESOME!

Great cottage and great location.

This was a great cottage at the beach. It was nicely decorated and mostly well kept up. The owners were super nice and quick to respond to us. A quick walk to pier park and the beach. Just a few things to know. The swimming pool is HOT. You cannot cool off in the pool. It was not enjoyable because of this. We got in the pool twice the whole week we were there. The listing says there is a hot tub and there isn’t one there. It’s kind of ironic that the pool was so warm. Another guest said “welcome to the hot tub” one time when I got in it. Also be prepared to walk up and down a lot of steps. No blame to the owners. It’s just the way these homes are designed. Just be prepared.

Ideal Location in PCB

We enjoyed our stay at Lullwater Beach. The location can't be beat, across the street from the sugary sand beach. We walked everywhere and Pier Park is literally steps from your back door with shopping, restaurants, a D+B, Movie theater, and great people watching. In terms of the property, the kitchen is well stocked, plenty of pots/pans, glassware, and a nice dishwasher. The kitchen is on the top floor of the three floor townhouse with our favorite spot: a private deck with views of the ocean. It gets plenty of sun as each unit is standalone. Things were nice and quiet at night and the bedrooms/bathrooms were clean and comfortable. It has a smaller garage that is well equipped with fun beach chairs, toys, and a really nice grill that we used almost every night. Our rented Toyota Highlander barely fit in the garage, so don't rent a larger SUV/car or it certainly won't fit. Unfortunately, the garage door spring broke just before our stay but the owner was very responsive, sending over a repair man same-day! Overall, would highly recommend this property for friends, family, pets, just about anybody! Soak in the Florida sun!

Chris and I have been living in Destin, FL, for the past three years after moving from Colorado. While we loved our time in Colorado and the stunning Rocky Mountains, every visit to Florida made us realize that our hearts belonged to the South. The warm hospitality, amazing climate, and beautiful white sugar sand beaches drew us in, and we knew this was where we wanted to call home.

We originally bought this home as a place to enjoy the beach with our family, and now we’re so happy to share it with you. It’s filled with love and wonderful memories, and we hope you create many of your own during your stay!

Chris fell in love with the beautiful beach and white sands of Panama City Beach area ever since he was stationed near the area in Pensacola, Florida while in the military. We began our search for a beach condo in several areas in Florida to include Miami, West Palm Beach, and Clearwater but continued to come back to Panama City because we felt there isn't a better breath taking beach than Panama City Beach. The feel of the sugary white sands on your feet, while enjoying the view and sound of the waves of the pristine emerald green waters is something that can only be found in the Caribbean or the beaches of Hawaii. To have the stunning views of the gulf right through the windows of your family room and kitchen with the ability to feel the breeze from the gulf and sound of the waves right outside on your deck is indescribable. We wanted something that didn't feel like a hotel with all the noise and crowds, but still convenience of being close and within walking distance to shopping, entertainment, and dining while on vacation. This cottage in Summertowne was exactly what we were looking for - a lovely home with breathtaking gulf views, our own private attached garage, and walking distance to all the entertainment and dining you could ask for on vacation. Our cottage is located less than 1500 feet from the entrance of Panama City's premier attraction - Pier park, steps away from the beach, and across the street from Russell-Fields pier, a pier which extends 1500 feet into beautiful gulf which is known for exceptional deep sea fishing. We found this cottage and it's surroundings to be a complete escape in paradise :)

It's all about location and the location of this cottage provides you with a the fantastic gulf view right outside your family room window, it is just steps to beach, right next to the Pier Park entrance, and across the street from Russell-Fields 1500 ft pier which provides remarkable deep sea fishing. No need to wait in lines or purchase things like beach chairs or boogie boards as they are included as part of your stay. Just grab them out of your own private garage and walk a few steps to the beautiful white sandy beach.
