Der Leuchtturm ist ein wunderschönes neueres Haus mit einem großartigen Strand und herrlichem Blick auf den See, der sich auf der Ostseite des Christina Lake mit später Nachmittagssonne befindet. Dieses hübsche Haus und sein tolles Anwesen am See sind aufgrund ihrer Höhe treffend benannt und bieten eine herrliche Aussicht auf den See und kristallklares Wasser zum Schwimmen. Der Leuchtturm ist so ein besonderer Ort, bequem für einen Kurzurlaub für Paare, aber groß genug für eine Familiengruppe. Verfügbar für ganzjähriges Vergnügen.
Einer unserer Gäste fasste es besser zusammen als wir können: „Das Haus ist wunderschön gestaltet und bietet alles, was Sie brauchen. Es ist perfekt für eine Ferienwohnung eingerichtet, aber Sie fühlen sich wie zu Hause. Sehr sauber und alle Bettwäsche und Betten waren sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Das Anwesen selbst ist unübertrefflich, zentral gelegen und in der Nähe aller örtlichen Geschäfte. Trotzdem können Sie die Ruhe genießen. Das Anwesen verfügt über viel Platz im Freien mit einem riesigen, flachen Rasengarten, der Sie direkt zum flachen Sandstrand und zum Dock führt. “
Der Whirlpool und die Terrasse am Seeufer machen dieses Hotel noch begehrenswerter. Brennholz ist im Preis enthalten und es gibt einen bequemen Tisch und Stühle, die auf dem Rasen oder dem Seeufer sitzen können. Sogar ein Propan-BBQ am See, um direkt am Seeufer Burgerzeit zu haben. Es gibt Kinderspielzeug und Bücher im Haus und Float und Sandspielzeug in Hülle und Fülle, um die Kleinen zu beschäftigen.

This was a great place to stay off season. less than an hour to Red Mountain and 30 min to excellent cross country skiing. The view from the house and the hot tub were beautiful. The place was super clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils (better than most places we’ve ever stayed), and the host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Everything was phenomenal! Hosts were extremely accommodating and the house feels like home once you get there. Everything was high end, beautiful yard, beach and views. Hot tub was relaxing and the lighting they have is in the backyard is magical. Was hard to leave! Doesn't get much better then this!

It was an extremely peaceful place to stay, the host Jan and Dan are amazing people and I would recommend this piece of paradise to anyone who wants to be water front, and the hot tub was an absolute game changer to come back to at the end of the day and be able to relax in the hot tub was phenomenal!!

Great first trip to Christina Lake, we will be coming back

We had a great stay. Lots to do and a beautiful spot. The stand up paddle boards were a hit as was the dock. The beautiful views from the loungers on the beach front were so relaxing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, including a milk frother for my latte. Heaven.

Fantastic relaxing getaway

Zoe's lighthouse lived up to our expectations and then some. They had everything we needed, a larger deck and outside area than expected, and it was all very clean and tidy. We would definitely recommended it to any friends looking to stay in the area.

Wonderful Family Holiday

We had a great stay at Zoe’s lighthouse. Sparkling clean and extremely well equipped. A lot of thought has been put into the comfort of guests. We brought our two boys ages 1 and 3 and they loved playing in the sand by the lake and in the water. Lots of kids toys for the beach and lots of kids toys inside. Kitchen has everything you could need. We loved our stay and would stay again.

The hosts were fantastic! They were available for every question we had and responded promptly. The rooms were generally clean, though we did notice some dust bunnies and spiderwebs in the fans and lights. The freezer door was broken, but the hosts assured us that it would be fixed soon. There was leftover meat or fish blood at the bottom of the freezer, so we hesitated to use it; however, the rest of the fridge was clean. We found some white powdery residue at the bottom of the oven, which made us wary of using it. We didn't want to aggravate any potential issues, so we opted to use the BBQ instead, which was excellent. We also enjoyed the seating area on the deck, which offered a lovely view of the lake and a grassy backyard that was a special treat. The hot tub had some sand on the seats, so we only used it a couple of times because we were concerned that the sand might cause damage. Still, soaking in the warm water was nice after a long day's drive. The fishing experience was great. The hosts recommended we fish at dusk, and we followed their advice—resulting in over 10 fish caught between the four of us!Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

Paradise!

This lake front property is perfect for a relaxing weekend or fun-filled beach vacation with all the family. Loved the decorating, all amenities are provided, beds and linens couldn’t be better, private beach and dock are the perfect place to enjoy the view of beautiful Christina Lake!

This is a beautiful, spacious property that has clearly been well taken care of. The lakeside location and hot tub were great bonuses and the property owner was well organized and had a quick response time. We had a great stay and would recommend this property to others!

Wonderful family vacation

We had an amazing week at the Lighthouse on Christina Lake! Wonderful and clean property with all the things you need for a great holiday. We enjoyed the flexibility and luxury of this lakefront home. You can be as active as you want in this premium BC location. Mountains, exceptional lake, private beach or puzzles, hot tub and Netflix :) Highly recommended! P.S. there are water toys, and beach toys for kids if you need.

The Lighthouse

We love the Lighthouse and have been staying there for three vacation seasons. It is centrally located to the grocery store, awesome bakery, ice cream store and other stores within walking distance. The house has a great lay out with lots of space and privacy.

The Light House Christina Lake BC

We Love Christina Lake! The weather, the water, the sandy beaches... its paradise! The Lighthouse is a great place to stay, Its bright, airy and modern. Love the beachy vibe. It has sun on the dock all day and a perfect sandy beach with a nice gradual slope into the water, great for kids to swim, yet nice and deep at the end of the dock for jumping and diving off the diving board. Cant wait to go back! Its nice and close to a boat launch, The Kool Treat for great ice cream and burgers and close for picking up groceries.

The Lighthouse Christina Lake Beautiful house and Lake

We had a wonderful stay at The Lighthouse and were sad to leave. The house is beautifully designed and has everything you need. It is set up perfectly for a vacation rental but yet you feel right at home. Very clean and all linens and beds were very comfortable and cozy. The property itself is beyond amazing, centrally located and close to all the local shops, yet just far enough away you get to enjoy the peace and quiet. The property has ample outdoor space with a huge flat grassy yard which leads you right out to the flat sandy beach and dock. This was the perfect spot for our 2 year old daughter to play and swim all day. The owners are great and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be booking again and can't wait for our next trip to Christina Lake and stay at the Lighthouse!

Hi, we are Jan & Dan O'Flaherty. We have lived in beautiful Christine Lake since 1999.
Jan grew up in Trail and Rossland, skiing on the slopes of Red Mountain and spending summers at the family cottage in Christina Lake.
We used to own and operate a Vacation Rental business, so we know what it takes to provide a comfortable well equipped vacation property.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I, Jan have been a Christina Lake girl for over 50 years with my parents owning a cottage nearby. I introduced my husband Dan to lake life about 15 years ago with a month at the lake after a grueling building project. Dan said he would be so bored but at the end, he said, "was that a month???" He was hooked after that and we reinvested in the Christina Lake area..
When the option came up to buy this very special property, we did a very creative real estate deal to make it happen. The property is east side of the lake, with no weeds, and crystal clear water for swimming, The location is great, a private lakefront but close to everything.

The new construction, high ceilings, heated floors, natural gas fireplace and hot tub make this property a year round winner. The beds are all super comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked, even according to chefs.
The large flat yard leading onto the beach is awesome for playing games and badminton or just relaxing with family.
