Beim Betreten der Einheit finden Sie die voll ausgestattete Küche mit schönen Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl. Die Küche ist offen zum Ess- und Wohnbereich. Genießen Sie Familienmahlzeiten am Esstisch für sechs Personen mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten an der Frühstücksbar.

Das Wohnzimmer hat große Fenster mit herrlichem Blick auf den Golf. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten, darunter ein bequemes Sofa, das zu einem Schlafsofa ausgezogen werden kann. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie die Aussicht auf dem privaten Balkon, der vom Wohnzimmer und vom Hauptschlafzimmer aus zugänglich ist. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad und Blick auf den Golf. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Doppelbetten und befindet sich rechts vom Eingang. Gorgeous views, spacious and clean

This corner condo has a view that takes your breath away. The whole condo including the balcony was spacious. Very updated. All the appliances seemed new and worked well. The hot tub was nice on cool breezy evenings. The beach wasn't crowded. Make sure to bring your own beach chairs, sand toys and towels as these are not provided. The only thing that could be improved is the check in and out process. It's annoying to have to stop at an office to pick up physical keys. And the door lock is tricky; we actually had to call and ask them the trick to get the key to work. Most places have updated to keypad entry which would be a huge improvement. Otherwise gorgeous, clean and great location. Could walk to local restaurants and shops. The Thunderbirds doing a fly by over the beach as they left town was a nice touch lol as they were literally eye level in front of the condo.

On the 15th floor the view from the deck was spectacular directly on the gulf. View front the LR was the same . Condo was clean, well maintained. Kitchen modern , well stocked. Bedrooms ample, especially liked the kids room bunk beds and the two queens in the second guest room. We were 4 adults and two school aged children that ran from the gulf to the two pools all day. Would definitely rent again. Lots to do and places to eat around the condo.

However, we stayed in this same condo last year and the upkeep this year was not as good. There was a huge round crack in many of the tiles outside the bathroom.Small pieces would slide when you walked across them, posing a threat of cutting your feet on sharp edges. Also the couches seem to be peeling. It seems that they did do some work on the place, but need some attention in others.

My Home away from Home for 26 years

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stay here every year. My children have grown up here and my grandchildren are beginning to visit now. This year was the first year I thought of staying somewhere else entirely. There was a gate issue with security code problems. We were harassed by not being able to enter the gate or the building numerous times and witnessed the same problem with other people struggling as well. It made for a miserable trip. Also a lack of security in the building at times. No one cleaning the elevators properly. Kids running in and out with water dripping everywhere. Just generally Emerald Isle is not well attended. Pass the word on...I love the place. I'm not sure I will stay there again.

Pans were dirty. Guys fixing roof the whole time we were there waking us up and smell coming through the building. Charged full price during off season.

Good stay overall

It would be nice not to have to carry a key everywhere. I was only disappointed in the mattresses that were extremely broken down making it very difficult to get quality sleep .

Great condo with view of gulf and bay. Walking distance to restaurants and souvenir shopping. Excellent beach accommodations with local company providing chairs and umbrellas right on the beach outside property. Great for families who want to cook meals in condo and spend time on the beach or in pool.

Spacious, Beautiful Condo with a Great View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Five friends and I stayed here for five nights. There are three bedrooms that comfortably fit two couples and two singles. We had a great time waiting out the rain the first day on the balcony and sofas in the large living area. After that day we spent a lot of time at the beach (a short walk away and fairly private compared to the public beaches) and at the pools and hot tub. The condo is quiet, well furnished, and the view is incredible. This was a great value and I would highly recommend it to friend or family groups looking for a relaxing getaway.
