Dieses modernisierte Cottage liegt direkt gegenüber vom Santa Rosa Sound und einen kurzen Spaziergang von drei Blocks vom weißen Sandstrand entfernt. Es hat viel zu bieten.

208 Panferio Drive wird professionell von Paradise Beach Homes verwaltet.

Das haustierfreundliche Cottage verfügt über einen umzäunten Garten, einen großen Außen- / Deckbereich und eine Gourmetküche. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, während das Hauptbad über eine Dampfdusche und eine Badewanne mit Klauenfuß verfügt. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über eine offene Balkendecke, einen großen Flachbildfernseher und viele Fenster für gutes Tageslicht. Die Küche verfügt über Granit, eine Viking Gasherd, und gute Arbeitsbereich. Schlafzimmer Nr. 2 hat ein Doppelbett und Schlafzimmer Nr. 3 hat zwei Einzelbetten. Diese Schlafzimmer teilen sich ein Vorraumbad mit dem Wohnbereich.

Es gibt eine überdachte Terrasse aus der Küche mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten für Mahlzeiten im Freien. Die Vorder- und Hinterdecks sind perfekt für Morgenkaffee oder Nachmittagscocktails.

Great escape close to all the action.

I traveled with my 16 yr old son. We loved the proximity to Flounders and the shops- but felt we were far enough away to enjoy quiet time on the deck. Home was comfy and had all the kitchen essentials.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always, Paradise Beach homes provides us with the best experience we could ask for. This home was okay. It needs some updates on the furniture compared to some of the other homes. But overall we enjoyed the home.
