Unsere Suite ist perfekt für kurze oder lange Ferien. Sobald Sie mit dem Aufzug in den 3. Stock fahren und die Tür von Nr. 307 öffnen, haben Sie einen Panoramablick auf das blaue Meer. Einmal drinnen, werden Sie den geräumigen Rundum-Balkon unserer Eckeinheit bemerken, auf dem Sie endlose Stunden verbringen können, um den wunderschönen Golf von Mexiko zu genießen. Unser Hauptschlafzimmer bietet Meerblick und ein eigenes Bad. Außerdem finden Sie einen großen Wohnbereich, eine offene Küche mit Speisekammer, einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie Fernseher im Wohnzimmer und in allen Schlafzimmern.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit Blick von Wand zu Wand.

Die zweite Master Suite hat zwei Doppelbetten und die dritte hat zwei Einzelbetten.

Für Ihre Bequemlichkeit haben wir ein Baby-Pack & Play-Bett und einen Hochstuhl hinzugefügt.

Darüber hinaus verfügt unsere Wohnung über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Kabelfernsehen, Internet, Waschmaschine und Trockner und einen bewachten Parkplatz.

Ocean Vista Towers liegt zentral auf South Padre Island. Die zwölfstöckige Wohnanlage befindet sich direkt am Strand und alle Wohneinheiten bieten Blick auf den wunderschönen Golf von Mexiko. Es verfügt über 2 Pools, einen Whirlpool, einen Tennisplatz, einen Spielplatz, einen privaten Zugang zum Strand über die Promenade und einen bewachten Parkplatz.

This condo is well taken care of. Beth (from BOVR) did a walk through as we were getting ready to unload all of our clothes and food. She was very kind and made sure everything was in order. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Great Condo. Nice and clean. Comfortable beds, furniture and surroundings. Great view off 3rd floor balcony of beach, pool, and side area. Wonderful to sit out early morning & late evenings. Great place and Rosa & Rob were quick to respond to any issues we had, which were very minor.

This codo has one of the best ocean views and beach on South Padre Island.

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo has everything one could ask for...it’s on the beach, has a great view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome beach condo!

Fantastic view. Clean and functional property with accurate photographs, although the living room photo for the listing does not do justice to the ocean view that this property provides. Beach and pool are steps away from the unit. Nice furniture on the deck for meals, morning coffee, evening cocktail. Great location with restaurants and a decent grocery store within walking distance. My wife and I enjoy cooking on vacation and the only reason I did not rate this property as excellent was because the kitchen was lacking a few common pieces of equipment and the kitchen knives were very dull.

Relaxing getaway

Very nice and spacious apartment, great view to the ocean. Very clean surroundings of property and friendly property managers.One suggestion: the coffee maker does not shut off automatically, could become a hazard if left unattended. Will plan to come back!

Perfect Getaway

This is our second time staying at this property. It is perfectly located on a beautiful stretch of beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants. Perfect size for a trip with family and kids. Definitely the place to go if you want to an easy or quick trip to the beach.

Super Costal Condo

Terrific condo! Beautifully decorated, clean, and roomie! Gorgeous view from the patio, just the right height to get a full view of the beach. Our two-year-old grandson loved the playground that is on the property. Great hot tub, regular pool, and kitty pool! Will definitely stay again!

My family loved our time on South Padre and this place helped make it a great! The view is perfect along with a morning cup of coffee. We enjoyed the beach right outside and all the great restaurants within walking distance. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. We will definitely be re-booking for our next visit to SPI.

Great spacious condo

Condo is at a great location with big windows and a balcony for a wonderful view of the beach. All 3 bedrooms are large and comfortable. A great value!

6 days at the beach

We loved the view from our balcony. Compared to other condos in the same building rented by family members, ours was the best.

Wonderful Host

The condo was clean, nicely decorated and updated. The owners also provided beach towels, beach chairs. There was a nice supply of dishes, cookware and spices. Made it easy to settle in and enjoy our vacation.

We are retired teachers from Harlingen ,TX , in the beautiful Rio Grande Valley. We’ve lived here for over 20 yrs., and visit South Padre Island often. We’ve hoped to have our own vacation home here at SPI, and we are happy to say we have our wonderful “home away from home”, that we’d like to share with you, here at the Ocean Vista Towers!!

Ocean Vista Towers is a wonderfully landscaped and maintained condominium complex, which is next to the soft sandy beach. It’s just a few steps away from our 3rd story condo. We have a fantastic eye-level view of the blue Gulf of Mexico through the wrap-around picture windows, or out on our oversized patio. We enjoy sitting on the patio watching the water and waves roll in. Strolling along the beach, finding shells, watching the occasional dolphins swim by. There’s deep-sea and bay fishing and numerous other water activities. Of course, there’s nothing that compares to the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets over the gulf and bay! No matter which season it is, there’s always something to do here. We love the slower pace of the SPI lifestyle, and we’d welcome you to come and relax and enjoy our condo in this tropical vacation spot!

This condo has been beautifully renovated. There is a large living area, connected to a fully- equipped kitchen. A round dining table seats 6, and there are 4 counter stools. There are three roomy bedrooms, which sleep 8. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has 2 double/full beds with a bathroom en suite. The third bedroom has another king bed, with the 3rd bathroom serving as the guest bath. All baths have tiled showers and hair dryers. The laundry room has a full-sized Maytag stacked washer and dryer. There is a TV in every bedroom and the living room. There is cable TV, free wi-fi, and internet. The convenience of our condo complex is it’s in a great location: just walking distance to a grocery store, several restaurants, gas stations, beach shops, and water sports. Another convenience is the free city bus “The Wave”, which runs on a great schedule for those without a vehicle and goes as far as Port Isabel. This condo is recommended for families with children of all ages, adult couples’ retreats, romantic getaways, ladies and gentlemen getaways, adventure seekers, sightseers, birdwatchers, fishing galore, tourists without a vehicle, and any sun, sand, and beach lovers!

The city of South Padre Island has many activities for all age groups. We wanted to be a part of this wonderful vacation spot where there’s deep sea and bay fishing, dolphin watch tours, and many other water activities. There are dozens of fantastic restaurants to choose from and nothing compares to the seafood of the Gulf of Mexico! Watching the amazing sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico and the Laguna Madre Bay are a special treat! There’s always something to do here, no matter what time of the year. We hope you’ll come choose to stay in our relaxing “Little piece of South Padre Island”, down in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas!
