Atemberaubende Aussicht auf Sonne, Brandung und Sand! Diese Nichtraucherwohnung mit 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad befindet sich auf der 1. Etage mit Blick auf den Strand. Alle Geräte / Funktionen und aktualisierte Möbel machen Ihren Aufenthalt komfortabel und helfen Ihnen, sich verwöhnt zu fühlen. Wachen Sie jeden Morgen von Ihrer privaten Terrasse aus zu einem atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgang über dem Golf auf. Das beruhigende Rauschen der Meereswellen wiegt Sie nachts in den Schlaf und bringt Sie tagsüber zum Strand. Der Tiki Condominium-Komplex verfügt über 2 große Pools, die im Winter beheizt und von üppiger Landschaft umgeben sind.

Diese Wohnung ist 790 qm groß und bietet Platz für eine Familie mit 5 Personen (2 Erwachsene, 3 kleine Kinder oder 4 Erwachsene sehr bequem). Schlafen Sie bequem mit zwei Queensize-Betten im Hauptschlafzimmer und einem Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.

Probably one of the nicest places I’ve stayed on the island. Kitchen and living room were very clean and adorably decorated. Seeing the ocean from the condo was lovely. Bed was comfy and water pressure in the shower was good. The dehumidifier was much appreciated, but there was some mold in the shower and on the ceiling in the bathroom. Otherwise, the stay was great!

Wonderful Vacation

Beautiful interior. Comfy beds in a cool temp bedroom with a ceiling fan. Great T.V. Nice bunk bed nook where my teenage son would hide away for the night. Great kitchen setup and appliances. Great bathroom with good showerhead pressure. Great location on the beach with nightlife, but noise was not an issue. The fireworks show from the pier on both Friday and Saturday, which can be seen from the condo, was excellent! We got up close to them by standing on the beach. That was the first time we were that close to fireworks overhead and it was exhilarating! The porch facing the beach was convenient and it was a short walk to the water compared to most condos where you have to walk a good distance. We could see our teenage sons in the water easily from inside the condo. First floor is the way to go. There is also a lifeguard station nearby. There was security that patroled the grounds. We will definitely stay here again.

This is Our Yearly Spring Escape

We love this condo! This is our 4th or 5th consecutive year (We can't remember) of decompression after Tax season. It was Easter weekend, so it was a little busier on the beach than in year's past. But that is what makes the location of the condo so AWESOME! We had our own private oasis.If you happen to be there on the weekend...they do fireworks from the nearby pier and you will have a front row seat.Thanks Barb & Bill for sharing this little piece of paradise!Ron

My birthday getaway!

This trip was for my 60th birthday. The property was just as listed. Work was being done on the immediate beach access but the next closest access was just a few feet away…. Not a big deal at all and the property owner notified me beforehand…really enjoyed this property… the only issue we had was the dehumidifier in the unit…. Didn’t know it had one & the unit stopped running…. Took a little while but finally figured out how to empty it…. Had to empty it about 2X/day, but after we figured that out it was not a big deal….location was ideal…. Definitely will consider this place again if/when I get to go back!

This was my first time staying at The Tiki and this condo. The condo is absolutely gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and very homey and cozy. I also loved how extremely clean it was!! Married for 40 years and three kids later, Barb and I have always enjoyed the beach. Our kids completely agree! It doesn't matter if we are relaxing in the sun, having a good meal, or participating in activities, we prefer to do it on a beach. The kids have varied interests and are much more active than mom or dad. South Padre offers something for each of us individually and one of our favorite places to make memories and establish traditions.

We enjoy spending time with our family and friends!

Barb and I first vacationed in South Padre in 1988, and we fell in love with this hidden gem. In 2013 we had a family vacation in South Padre, with some special friends who introduced us to the Tiki Condominium location, which was a dream come true. It was a combination of owners, staff, conditions of the complex, beachfront, and location near activities and restaurants that made our decision to own here easy.

We hope everyone who stays in our condo, whether for a few days or months, will leave with the same love for South Padre Island as we have.

We enjoy the beautiful views of the beach and sounds of the ocean from our balcony. There's nothing quite like enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony watching the waves roll in before anyone else is up! Likewise, we have a perfect view of the fireworks offered at Claytons on Friday and Saturday nights (if we choose). We love having friends join us for this special experience. The beach is just steps away, and the option to enjoy one of our two tropical pools makes this a relaxing and memorable vacation stay.
