Sehr gut in Lissabon im historischen Zentrum von Alfama - im Herzen von Lissabon, neben dem schönen und ancien Kirche S. Vicente de Fora, 500 m vom Schloss von St. Jorge und neben der Straßenbahnlinie nr. 28, bieten wir Ihnen eine schöne und komfortable Duplex komplett möbliert und ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung besteht aus den beiden oberen Etagen eines alten 3-stöckiges Gebäude komplett renoviert, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Unten haben Sie das Wohnzimmer und das Esszimmer, eine Küchenzeile und eine Toilette.
Die Wohnung verfügt über viel Licht und große Fenster, einen Balkon im Wohnzimmer mit Blumenbeeten, Schränke mit viel Stauraum, und die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler, Herd und Backofen, Mikrowelle, und alle Arten von kleinen ausgestattet Geräte für das tägliche Leben einer Familie notwendig.
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen TV über Kabel und Wi-Fi.
In den Schlafzimmern können die Einzelbetten auch als Doppelbetten funktionieren, wenn Sie es vorziehen.
Neben dem Gebäude haben Sie Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäft, und in der Nachbarschaft haben Sie alle Arten von Handel, einschließlich einer Straßenmesse, die jeden Dienstag und Samstag läuft, wo Sie alle Arten von alten Sachen zu finden und auch modern. Diese Messe ist ein sehr tradicional in Lissabon und wir nennen es "Feira da Ladra".
Um die Wohnung zu erreichen, können Sie ein Taxi am Flughafen nehmen (es gibt nur 8 km), oder kommen von Metro nach Santa Apolonia (Sie haben eine U-Bahn-Station am Flughafen) und dann zu Fuß in die Wohnung (10 Minuten).

Wunderschöne Wohnung in attraktiver Umgebung

Sehr gepflegte, bestens ausgestattete Wohnung. Ideal gelegen, mitten in der Alfama. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar. Nette Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Freundliche, sehr hilfsbereite Ansprechpartnerin. Problematisch: enge, extrem steile Treppe bis zur Wohnungstür. Schwierig für ältere Menschen und Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Auch innerhalb der Wohnung eine ungesicherte Treppe - problematisch für kleinere Kinder. Direkt unterm Dach, im Sommer wahrscheinlich ziemlich heiß. Wir waren im Mai da, einfach die ideale Reisezeit für Lissabon.

Thanks Annette. To complete your description, I inform you that a reversible airco has been installed today with a small unit in the first bedroom and the main unit at the top of the stairway. That system will ensure a cool air all the time even during the hottest Summer days. Sylvain

Sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Kein Touritroubel und kaum Verkehr vor der Tür, trotzdem gut gelegen. Die Verwalterin ist sehr freundlich, die Abstimmung über Whatsapp verlief reibungslos. Zwei Hinweise: Ein Schlafzimmer ist über ein Vorhang abgetrennt, die Schlafenszeiten der Personen sollten also bei leichtem Schlaf abgestimmt sein. Und große Leute (180cm) müssen auf den Treppen auf ihren Kopf aufpassen, die sind für eher kleine Einheimische gebaut. Thanks Vera and Sylvain

Wohnung in pittoresker Umgebung

Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was der Mensch braucht. Sehr pittoresk gelegen. Vor allem nachts Ruhe, kein Straßenlärm. Die Betten sind sehr gut, jeweils 2 getrennte feste Matratzen, sehr guter Schlafkomfort. Der Empfang und die Kontakte zuvor waren sehr freundlich. Nur die steile Treppe zur Wohnung kann aber für ältere Leute eine Schwierigkeit darstellen. Tipp: bei Taxifahrten immer bei der Adresse "Sao Vicente" mit angeben oder besser noch "Calcada de Sao Vicente No. 70" ( Adresse des Restaurants zwei Häuser weiter ); denn mehrmals konnten die Taxifahrer das Haus nicht finden.

Very clean apartment. Beds were VERY comfortable which made it nice after a lot of walking up and down the hills. The steps to the apartment are very challenging but the inside is wonderful! Maybe have some coffee on hand for guests and some little snacks. All in all, wonderful!

Comfortable apartment in a great location.

This apartment was great except for the stairs. This was the last leg of out trip and we were getting tired and moving suitcases. (We were three women traveling alone.) Upon arrival, not only did we have a very long steep set of stairs to get into the apartment, but when we got inside we had another set of stairs to get to the bedrooms. Other than that the apartment was lovely, very clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again!

Fantastic place in the Alfama

We rely heavily on reviews to make our choices so I want to be sure I do this apartment justice. The apt is actually lovelier and more spacious than pictures convey. It’s extemely well kept and decorated and the host has thought of everything. We found Vera to be an extremely accommodating and gracious hostess. And the location could not be better! Not only is it central to everything Lisbon has to offer but the neighbors are warm and welcoming and there’s fantastic coffee at Copenhagen Coffee (and many other great places) nearby. You do have to be able to handle the steep stairs. They’re quite steep. But it’s manageable and worth it for the very lovely stay.

Beautiful apartment!

Located in historic Alfama, this 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 3! Steps are steep to get into the apartment, as well as to the 2nd floor - all manageable though. The location was close to to many cafes, mini-markets, and restaurants. The living room has comfortable furniture that’s great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing- plus the TV is equipped with Netflix. It was relatively easy to Uber to/from, or walk the hilly streets to downtown Lisbon. We would highly recommend staying here on a future trip.

Serene location in the busy Alfama district with all the amenities.

In the middle of the Alfama but a very quiet location steps from the trolley this well appointed apartment was a perfect location for exploring Lisbon. Our other family was just a few doors down and had much more noise from the traffic and trolley. Everything worked well, good water pressure in the showers and nice furnishings made it feel like home. If you look at Google street view, the are looks much nicer and charming in person. Our family of 4 with kids 10 and 12 yrs walked from here to just about everywhere in downtown Lisbon. There are 2 small markets nearby and the Copenhagen Cafe around the corner has tasty pastries and coffee. We enjoyed Beco a Sério just down the road for fresh fish and a cozy, friendly atmosphere. Say "hi" the Julia, the nice little Alfama women next door, she is there to great you from her window in the evenings.

Very nice modern apartment. A little difficult to get to but a very nice neighborhood. Need to know that in Portugal the second floor is actually our third floor. Be prepared to climb. Do not bring a car in there is no parking but lots of public transportation or you can just walk everywhere.

Very well layed out, nice apartment in charming Alama.

We loved everything about staying here except it is hard to get to by car—you can get a block away but it’s extremely tricky—recommend taking a cab for sure! The only other downside is there are really steep narrow stairs getting up to and inside the apartment and some low ceilings which we all hit our heads on a few times. Other than that everything is nice, seems newly remodeled, we’ll layed out to maximize space, and we’ll equipped. There is a washer/dryer but we could never get the dryer to work right so ask for clear instructions and write them down! Make sure you meet 94-year-old Julia in the ground apartment next door. She’s so sweet!

LOVELY LIFE IN LISBON

This place is AMAZING! It is in a perfect location, very modern and very clean. Our greeter, Vera was wonderful to us. Even before we arrived Lisbon, she was emailing us information about Lisbon. It was our first visit there, so this was extremely helpful. She was there to greet us with homemade pastries that my husband devoured our first evening….scrumptious. The stairs to get into the unit are very steep, but it is so worth it. You are on the top floor, on a very quiet street. Your taxi driver will help you with your luggage, no problem….just give the driver an extra tip! The apartment is AWESOME. Heaters were great upstairs, very nice modern bathroom and comfortable beds. There is a corner store to get your supplies the first evening and a wonderful seafood restaurant, Chave D-ouro right next store. Lisbon reminds us of a mixture of Greece and Italy. Everyone is so friendly and the mosaic tiles on the houses are simply gorgeous. Musicians playing in the streets….just a wonderful vibe. Highly recommend OPrego - Original Portuguese Steak and Tapas….the owners are so friendly and fun….most delicious melt-in-your-mouth steak burger I've ever tasted. We were only there for four days, so the Lisboa Card was not worth our one trip to Belem to see the Escher exhibit. We definitely want to spend more time in Lisbon on our next visit to Portugal and look forward to renting the exact same flat….look no more, you won't be disappointed.

Great duplex in the heart of Alfama

Neat and fully equipped duplex in a quiet part of Alfama, within a short walk up or down (or both) to many places of interest. The apartment itself has a living room, kitchen (with a working washer/dryer) and 1/2 bathroom on its first floor (the third from the ground level, very steep steps!), and 2 bedrooms (one behind a curtain) and full bathroom on the second. WiFi works just fine on the lower level, not so much on the upper. No noticeable street noise at night. A few advices: When getting to the apartment by taxi, don't give the driver its address, instead, tell him to get you to Igreja de São Vicente de Fora, which is a well known place about one block up from yours, works great! Don't forget to visit this church too, pay a fee for one of the best 360 views from its huge terrace! A local cafe/restaurant next door great for breakfast or a meal; it closes before 10pm, so not a source of noise. The famous 28 tram (always crowded) stops 2 blocks away; you have a good chance to catch it not full going "downtown" in the evening. Communication with the owner and the manager was excellent. We had no issues during our stay (5 nights) - many thanks!

SUPER SEJOUR A LISBONNE

Appartement superbe à la déco sympa et très bien équipé, rien ne manque. Il est de plus très bien situé au cœur de l'Alfama, quartier très pittoresque et animé. L'appartement est malgré tout peu bruyant et bien insonorisé. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Vera et sa sœur et Sylvain a répondu très rapidement à toutes nos questions. Very nice apartment

The apartment is perfect: clean, full-optional, quiet, and located near most of Lisbon's main monuments. Luis, who welcomed us, was very reliable and helpful; finding fresh water and fruit when we got there was very nice and appreciated. I recommend this apartment to whoever wants to visit Lisbon. If we ever come back, we're surely going to choose it again.

The flavor of Alfama

A lovely 2 bedroom and 1 1/2 bath in the historic old town of Alfama. The apartment was modern, clean, and close to everything. The beds were very comfortable and all the amenities you would need. We arrived early and Vera was there to go over all the important things to make our trip to Lisbon fabulous! If your not good with steep steps this is not the apartment for you.

Parfait!

Très bel appartement, bien situé dans l'Alfama, tranquille, moderne, avec toutes les commodités souhaitées pour une famille avec 2 ados. Portugal apartment in Alfama location!

This location in Alfama was centrally located to restaurants, shops and metra qne the #28 trolley. The apartment is clean, bright and spacious. It is well equipped, in a quiet neighborhood. The steep climb up the stairs can be tricky for some. Vera met us at the apartment with some delicious pastries. There were many brochures of things to see and do in the area that she went over with us. Vera was very helpful & accommodating. Followed up with us to ensure that everything met our expectations and if we had any questions. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend staying here!

Old versus new- perfect in all ways

Wonderful apartment in a great Alfama location!

We were really very pleased with our stay at Sylvain's apartment in the Alfama neighborhood of Lisbon. It is in a great location, close to shopping, restaurants, train and metro station as well as the famous #28 tram. The apartment is very bright, spacious, very well equipped, quiet and secure with excellent internet service. While not a problem at all for us, there are two flights of stairs to get into the apartment - good preparation for walking the hills of Lisbon! It is really a lovely apartment in all regards and we would not hesitate for a second to stay there again - it exceeded all of our expectations for a visit to Lisbon and more!! Vera, who manages the property, was very helpful and accommodating throughout our two week stay - she was always prompt to respond to any of our questions and kept following up with us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Séjour agréable dans bel appartement

Appartement agréable, lumineux, bien équipé et bien situé. Tram 28 au bout de la rue, nous avons fait beaucoup de choses à pieds. Nous remercions Véra pour son accueil très sympa, elle nous a consacré du temps pour nous donner des infos et des conseils sur la ville. Une ville acceuillante qui a su garder son âme avec ses quartiers bien typiques. Beaucoup de visites à faire, n'hésitez pas à louer un scooter pour longer les plages de Lisbonne jusqu'à Cascais (c'est magnifique). Beaucoups de beaux plats à déguster dans les petites ruelles. Le restaurant "o eurico" à Alfama (la cantine de mamie) pas cher, très bon avec accueil chaleureux. Pas le temps de s'ennuyer, nous recommandons cet appartement et y reviendrons avec plaisir. Alles is aanwezig en is nog helemaal nieuw. Perfect rustpunt als je uit stad komt. Is ook heel mooi gelegen midden in de oude stad.

Portugal stay

My husband and I were extremely happy with this apartment in Lisbon(Alfama). We arrived a day ahead of our scheduled arrival so we requested starting our stay sooner. Vera responded very quickly that we could arrive that day and the apartment would be ready. Everything is exactly as pictured and very clean! Sylvain even had a bottle of Port for us as a gift for celebrating our anniversary. We were very comfortable throughout our stay and always happy to come home to the apartment after long days of exploring. The apartment is very close to the metro system which made things very easy for us since we did not rent a car. The only thing I would mention is the hills of Alfama are very steep so if you have any difficulty walking it might make this stay more difficult. This would be true of anyplace you were to rent in Alfama. We would definitely stay again when returning to Portugal.

I´m 36 years old, and I discovered the beauty of Lisbon last year when I came to spend holidays with my family.
The people, their culture and traditions, its wonderful cuisine, the climate always mild due to the proximity of the river and the ocean, are some of the attributes of this city, which delighted me and my family.
Lisbon also has around some of the most beautiful places I have ever known, the ancestral Sintra, world heritage with its palaces and castles, the coast of Lisbon with the famous sandy beaches: Carcavelos, Estoril, Cascais, Guincho, among others.
In the southern edge, within a radius of 60 km, we find the superb oceanic beaches of Costa da Caparica, 15 km of sandy beach, the beautiful city of Setúbal which is also located next to a river, the Sado, with its old historical center, and the lovely Arrábida, a natural park of indescribable beauty, with stunning views.In short, you will find here a number of unforgettable places worthy of a visit.
This year me and my family, we decided to share our experience with other people, and we looked for an apartment located in the old town, Alfama, with a preference for an old and restored building.
We have found this apartment, that we have equipped and furnished looking for comfort and elegance.

We are offering an apartment located in Lisbon old town. That´s the 2nd floor of an old and restored building, furnished looking for comfort and elegance.
It is well located in Lisbon Historic Center, Alfama - the heart of Lisbon, next to the beautiful and ancien Church of S. Vicente de Fora, 500 m from the Castle of St. Jorge, and next to the tram line nr. 28.
There is restaurants, grocery, and all kinds of trade, including a street fair "Feira da Ladra", that runs every Tuesday and Saturday.
