From the time I picked you all up from the Airport, I got a good feeling that your stay would be memorable for me. I'm so glad you enjoyed the 5 hour Island Tour that I offer and thoroughly enjoyed dining out with you and Hobby at the Henry VIII Restaurant on your last night. It was great fun. Thanks a bunch. 1. So sorry you did not read your Directions & Pre-Arrival Instructions properly, for it does state (in reference to Transportation): Please check with Owner for availability. 2. Sorry you are not accustom to Island life, but insects and roaches are very much a part of life here as they are in many places around the world. 3. Thanks for mentioning the kind comments from other guest, however, it is really sad for you to speak otherwise when you and your family received the same welcome as all other guest. Why would I change just for one family. That really makes no sense now does it. Furthermore, you had local friends bring you to the property. Upon your arrival and in speaking with you, I understood that they told you many things. I would have been more then happy to share but they beat me to the punch. 4. Sorry about the WiFi. I cannot control internal technical issues with the provider. 5. Each unit is thoroughly checked upon each check out, and yes, due to the damaged closet door, all of the towels and linen, your damage deposit was withheld. Normal wear and tear is acceptable but total destruction is not. 6. Sorry, but if you had cleaned and left the unit the way you found it, we would not be having this conversation.
