Stunning property is on 2 acres, located in a very quiet and secluded neighborhood.

Enjoy the Beautiful Views of Harrington Sound one of the most Beautiful inlets in Bermuda.

Harrington Sound is a wonderful inlet of ocean water in Bermuda surrounded mainly by Hamilton parish and Smiths parish. There is a small narrow inlet that connects this to the Atlantic ocean, known as the Flatts inlet.

The water in this lake mostly flows in through the underwater caves and subterranean passages. The sound has been named after Lucy Harrington, a lady from the Elizabethan days who did a lot for the Parish.

Harrington sound has many small islands in it like the Trunk island and Rabbit Island. Some of them are inhabited through out the year.

The water area is excellent for activities like swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing etc. Although there are many types of fish that you can find here, over the years the population of shell fish like the scallops have been steadily decreasing.

The Large 2 bedroom apartment makes you feel at home, away from home. The Kitchenette features refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, pots pan and utensils. Daily cleaning and linen service can be available at a price.

There is an ample supply of towels for both the beach, pool and bath.

Internet service is provided FREE so that you can stay in touch with others, or your office. Flat Screen Television and Telephone.


The property known as 'Neston' is in walking distance to the Beach, or catching the Bus. It is about 5 min away from two of Bermudas' BEST attractions, the Aquarium and Zoo and the Crystal Cave.

If you desire a mixture of relaxation and quietness than 'Neston' is for you.

Our host was excellent. He took us to the grocery store and gave us a tour of St. George's. The apartment was great for 2 couples. The view was spectacular. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return. 5 stars.

Stunning piece of Island Paradise! We loved the location, being away from the tourist crowd. Although I would have been happy to spend 10 days just on the property, we easily toured the island with a bus pass. Grocery store within walking distance along with bus stops. I did get my steps in! Small electric car rentals are popular as well. Most gracious and accommodating host. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Exceeded my expectations!

Wonderful property and location

This property is simply excellent in every way. Clean, well equipped with everything anyone could need and super comfortable. The views are gorgeous and the pool and amenities are amazing. Wayne was so friendly, helpful and accomodsting and we thank him again for making our stay so special. If (when) we ever return to Bermuda, we would not stay anywhere else

10 Days in Paradise

We had a wonderful time in Bermuda! The apartment was clean and the descriptions/photos provided in the listing were accurate.The Host: The host, Wayne, was kind and very attentive. He checked in on us periodically and was very prompt in answering our questions.The Property: The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. It is conveniently located - just a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport and a 15-minute walk to The Marketplace grocery store and two nearby bus stops. There is a beautiful pool, but we did not use it during our March stay. As others have mentioned, the host has dogs on the property, but we generally saw them during the day. They did not negatively impact our sleep or enjoyment of the property. The Apartment: There were just two of us, and we enjoyed the spaciousness of the two-bedroom apartment. There are three mini-splits for heating/cooling, one in each bedroom and one in the living room, and they worked well in keeping the apartment comfortable. The kitchen is small, but it was fine for grabbing a light breakfast or evening snack. Preparing a full meal might be challenging. Neither of the bathrooms is ensuite, and their locations are a bit awkward. Not a problem for two people or perhaps parents and children, but not an ideal situation for privacy for 4 adults. Also be aware that there are a couple steps to navigate to access the bedrooms.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would consider renting this apartment again in the future.

First Time to Bermuda

Beautiful views and a nice pool. Wayne was responsive in making sure we had what we needed. Had some issues with noise as the property is part of the owners residence. Dogs barking at all hours - even 2am - and family members coming and going as early as 5:40am. Earplugs recommended! The property is farther away from bus stops than we’d anticipated but that’s no issue if you rent transportation or don’t mind the walk - the views make it worth it.

Amazing island, fantastic property, and great host

Perfect location between the two major cities in Bermuda. It's a 5 min walk to the bus, which is super convenient and very easy to navigate. Takes about 20 mins to Hamilton and 15 mins to St George's. We got the 7 day bus pass, and it includes the ferry. If you time things out right you can be in the Dockyard in under an hour from leaving the property. The property is excellently landscaped. We arrived less than a week after the latest hurricane and you couldn't tell. The suite is super comfortable with very effective air conditioning (you need it!). The kitchen had everything we wanted to cook nice meals, and the grocery store is just minutes away. The pool is large and big enough for swimming. The property sits overlooking Harrington Sound, and we sat atop the pool house while having morning coffee and meals and soaked up the amazing view. The real highlight is the host Wayne, who is well connected on the island and a wealth of information. If you're lucky, he might even serenade you from the balcony while you eat your dinner (no joke). As a tip, we also spent time on the south side of the island for snorkeling and pink sand beaches, but it is much more populated with tourists (when cruise ships are in) than the north side where this property is. If you plan to go to Horeshoe Beach, look at the cruise ship schedule and go when they are not there, unless you like huge crowds. We liked Church Bay the best!

Birthday in Bermuda

The property owner was in contact with us the whole time and easy to get a hold of. The property was as listed and the people staying in the house adjacent were so very kind and helpful. Due to an impending hurricane, we had to cut our stay short by four days. There was wind and rain for those four days and we were half a mile walk from the bus station so as sad as it was to leave, we decided to go home. The rental was spotless well outfitted, the pool was crystal clear and the view was spectacular. If we ever get the chance to go back, we will definitely consider this as a place to stay. I suggest it to anyone who wants privacy cleanliness, and a remarkable view.

We had a wonderful stay at this 2 bedroom apartment. The view was incredible and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this rental for your next vacation. We looked into staying at a resort and it was double the price and did not have the incredible view that this home offers.

Awesome view!

Loved the view of Harrington Sound, the kayaks and the accessibility of snorkeling within a few steps of the unit. Wayne was very responsive and knowledgeable about the island and went out of his way to get us situated on the island.

Bermuda Vacation

This property is very well maintained and the location is good. I will note that the walk from the rental to the main road to catch the bus is more like a 15 minute walk. The owner of the property is very personable and super nice. He gave us a ride from the grocery store back to the rental which was awesome since our bags were really heavy. I would recommend this vacation property to anyone wishing to visit Bermuda.

A Little Piece of Heaven!

This property is a gem! Spotless, well maintained with a million dollar view. So peaceful and only a 10 minute walk to P.O., grocery, gas, pizza place and the bus route. We stayed four nights and thought it was the ideal location. The apartment was super clean and well appointed with super soft sheets and lush thick towels. The host, Wayne is a encyclopedia of local knowledge and very genial. We listened to the birds by day and the tree frogs at night. Just lovely, we would stay here again!

Beautiful views - easy to pick up local bus

Three of us stayed for 3 nights. Great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It's around .5 mile walk to the bus stop and the local grocery store. The bus is a great way to get around the island - clean, friendly and cheap (we bought the 15 token / 14 zones). The view in the backyard / pool is beautiful. The Host lives on the property and is friendly and accommodating.

Beauty and Solitude

A beautiful, newly renovated spacious property with lovely outside shared space near pool. Enjoyed use of included kayaks to paddle out to Trunk Island. Braved pool and water even though cool in March! Wayne provided excellent recommendations for sites and was readily available to answer questions. Located in walking distance to bus stop and used public buses for easy transport to various sites from this location. Walking distance to post office (to buy bus pass), grocery store and gas station convenience store. Thoroughly recommend property. Would not hesitate to return! Enjoy.
