Great condo

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is great and will definitely stay here again. The only minor issues we had was the kitchen disposal was not working and we were not aware so we had a bit of a leak. The showers were either scorching hot or freezing cold. Lack of cleaning supplies. Would be great if they were supplied and labeled.

We’ve stayed at Cosmo a few times now but would still use My Huatulco Vacations again when we come back and probably stay at a new property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures don’t do justice. We were blown away by the view as we stepped into the condo. The spaciousness of the place, the modern design delighted us, especially for a family of 5 that needed lots of room. The only drawback was that the water pressure was poor and hot water was intermittent. Also, there were small roaches everywhere but they were the little ones so they didn’t bother us much. The place is really incredible.

Girls Trip

Reviewer Comments: Great spacious propery. Awesome views of the sunrise over the ocean. We had 6 women in the 3 bedrooms for 12 days and we really comfortable.The pools were awesome. We found the lack of kitchen and bathroom linens a problem. (one fresh bathroom towel a week) No umbrella for the deck made it impossible to be on the deck mid-morning to mid afternoon. Did appreciate the Netflix as mostly spanish language shows. other than one restaurant within walking,taxis were required every day

Then we opened the door to our unit to be blown away by the view. The place is impeccable! Very comfortable with wonderful furnishings. My favorite activity was snorkeling right off the beach. Our trip into La Crucecita was a cheap cab ride. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely Beautiful Hautulco Development!

The landscaping of the whole developement is breath taking, by far the best I've ever seen. The peninsula pool is very cool with great breezes, awesome shade structure, adults and kids alike loved it! And the rental management was very professional! We had a wonderful week. Cons: The condo has some 'rental unit' issues. Laminent on cabinets is peeling off. Washer & dryer weren't working although I heard they're waiting for new ones. (The management was super helpful and laundered clothes for us) The furniture is a little stained. Kitchen missing a few appointments for cooking in, which we like to d (ie no potholders, ouch! )

A Relaxing Mexico Retreat

This is a LARGE condo of full luxury. The views are almost 360 degrees and amazing! The balcony is the entire length of the three bedroom condo and as far as a relaxing place to read, drink, entertain etc cannot be beat. The entire condo was modern, spacious, clean, and absolutely perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need which was a great touch! But the best part was the pool and the beach access. The infinity community pool was absolutely stunning and made our stay fabulous! Our children loved it and all of the people couldn't be nicer. The beach access is what makes this rental the BEST! Being able to be a the beach within 5 minutes with your own private bed swings and chairs makes for a relaxing vacation. In addition, the Cosmos has a great beautiful outdoor restaurant with great drinks and food for afternoons and evenings. We love Huatulco and this condo made our stay perfect! We are definitely coming back!
