Overall, the property is good. The one thing you need to know is the outdoor SPA is NOT a hot tub. Yes, the property description states is’t a spa, and yes, I made an assumption that “spa” and “hot tub” were exchangeable words. After a long day at Disney, I was looking forward to sitting in the hot tub to relax - I was disappointed. We didn’t pay for the pool to be heated and found out that was a mistake. Since the spa doesn’t get much warmer than the pool.
The other problem I had was communication with the property management prior to arrival. I received several emails with “directive language” regarding how check-in would need to happen since we booked pretty last minute. I replied to one of the emails with a question and never received a response. When we arrived at the office to do our check in at 8:10am, the door was locked. Fortunately, the person heard us knocking and came from the back to take care of us. I asked if we would need to come back to pick up keys or would I be emailed a code for the door, she assured me I would receive a code “before noon”. Knowing the office closes at 5:00pm, I set an alarm on my phone for 4:00pm to check my email and call if needed. The email with the door code came in at 4:01pm. I understand this, since you aren’t supposed to check in to the house before 4:00pm, just don’t make promises you aren’t going to keep.
The house itself is good. We did buy toilet paper since the stuff provided was the cheapest 1-ply available. The beds were firm and comfortable.
