The place is quiet located near the beaches 50m from the supermarket bars restaurants, 5 km from the golf course.
A tourist train crosses the urbanization Monte y Mar to go to the beach.
At 600 meters there is a large shopping center with many bars restaurants large supermarket on the other side of the street Aldi.
There are also activities for children.
The car is not essential.

Das ist Haus ist sehr schön und wie versprochen. Nur die Nordlage ist im Winter nicht optimal. Was aber im Sommer ein Vorteil ist! Ein besserer Staubsauger wäre für das große Haus zu Empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder Hans-Joachim

Super Haus und tolle Lage

Zwei Familien mit Kindern hatten einen tollen Urlaub in den Osterferien. Die pool bar ist ein Highlight und ein Hingucker. Der Wintergarten ist toll eingerichtet und gemütlich.

Such a lovely stay, 3wks of beautiful sunshine and lovely pool. During our stay we varied from 2 people to 9 people, from 21yrs - 89yrs old. Everything worked so well, friendly check in, 2 mins walk from Aldi and 10mins walk from restaurants & bars - really recommend Patagonia steak house!! The bars/restaurants are up a steep hill, not ideal for anyone who struggles to walk, but we managed ok with a wheelchair (pavements are narrow).So close to the airport 10mins but we weren’t bothered by airport noise, we hired a car but wouldn’t do again it’s not necessary - uber could have done for what we needed.Great communication with the owners and local property maintenance & pool was cleaned/chlorinated twice per week.There were a lot of mosquitos so remember your repellent.The villa was well equipped for self catering, it’s a little tired in appearance but certainly didn’t detract from our holiday at all! We would definitely return if the opportunity arose.

Fantastic villa. Management team are very professional and acted immediately on a minor pool problem. Owner also very helpful. The perfect villa for 10 people and in a perfect location , a couple of minutes walk away from Masa Square which has restaurants ,bars and entertainment. Fint hus, fin plassering. Men kun et håndkle pr person, kunne vært flere. Da vi kom var det ikke varmt vann, varmt vann berederen ble byttet dagen etterpå. Badebassenget var grumsete og skittent. Sirkulasjonen i bassenget var defekt. Tydelig belegg rundt kanten av basseng og MYE klor. Vi spurte om vaktmester/pool guy, kunne komme å se på det. Men fikk beskjed at han kom Onsdag og Lørdag. Men han kom ikke. På dag 13, hjemreise dagen, da kom han å la ned 2 store klor tabletter. Vi tok måling av bassenget underveis i ferien, og det viste tydelig skittent vann, og alt for høyt klor nivå. Resulterte i ødelagte bade klær, og grønt hår på en av barna. Irriterte øyne og hud. Når vi bruker så mye penger på ferie og en fin villa, så hadde vi håpet på et rent basseng. Men det var det ikke.

Lovely villa, photos don't really do the villa justice, especially the pool area. Absolutely spotless, inside and out. If visiting with children be aware that there are no gates or barriers to the pool area, but this didn't apply to us so not an issue. Would definitely return.

Très belle maison

Super maison avec toutes ses équipements extérieur, piscine, bar de la piscine, transats… La piscine toujours au soleil. La maison était très propre.Prévoir la caution en espèce et le paiement de l’électricité mais tout s’est très bien passé !

Lovely house

This is a great property. Spacious, clean & well equipped.Goood size swimming pool (not in use at the time of year we stayed), a lovely sun terrace on the first floor, private on site parking & various segregated outdoor areas for eating, sun bathing, bbq'ing or generally chilling.The house is impressive & difficult to fault.There are 2 separate areas of bars & restaurants (about 12 in each) within a 10 minute walk in different directions & several supermarkets are also close by.Transport of some kind is needed to get to the beaches, but there is a regular & very cheap bus service to them (& to Alicante & into Santa Pola).On arrival the house was spotlessly clean, the check in & check out were smooth & overall hosting & communication were excellent.

Relax with large pool

Great villa and very well equipped, close to a few bars and restaurants with enough variety in walking distance for a week. Aldi just across the road to stock up on provisions. The outdoor bar was great, we were not overlooked, the only think lacking was more comfortable outdoor seating to relax. I would highly recommend this property

Beautiful family holiday villa

I went here with my husband, 2 children, son in law & 2 young grandchildren. Our stay was wonderful. Everything you need is in the Villa. It’s spotless clean. The location was great, local bars & lots of public transport for days out. Aldi across the road is great. We would really love to visit again. Thank you :)

Gran Alacant stay

The villa was even better than expected,loads of room,inside and out,supermarket close by and restaurants and shops a short walk away,we all (there was 10 of us) really enjoyed our stay,the one small -but significant fly in the ointment was that we were unable to use the pool for the last 2 days due to the fact that it became green with some kind of algea .The pool people came as we were leaving so i am sure it was cleared but alas two late for us!

Amazing Villa.

We have just returned from an 11 night stay. What an amazing time we have had mainly due to the quality of the villa. Geoffrey has been amazing from the start and was on the end of an email when needed. Lina and Sergio were helpful with both check in and out. The villa is spacious, private and well equipped . The pool was a massive hit with the whole family. It was so good we are already looking to book for next year.

Great house!

This is a really great house! Fantastic personel, who even with language barriers, makes sure that we understood and were ready to stay in the house. At any doubt about anything it was possible to mail the owner, and with quick answers everything got cleared fast! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We were a bit disappointed that the villa didn't have a sea view or hot tub as stated. It was a fair distance to the sea. Overall though it was a nice stay. I didn't realise on booking that we had to pay for our electricity and future cleaning which I assumed was all inclusive of price but then again I haven't stayed in a villa for some time and this may be normal now.
