In der Nähe vom Meer, Santa Pola, der Palmenstadt Elche sowie der Stadt Alicante und in der Nähe des Flughafens, werden Sie eine sehr schöne ruhige Villa mit privatem Pool 9 x 5 und einem wunderbaren idyllischen Garten von 2600 m2 mit Palmen und tropischen Pflanzen finden.

Diese Villa wurde im Jahr 2011 komplett renoviert. Bettwäsche, Möbel und Pool - alles ist wie neu.

Wir tun unser Bestes, damit unsere Gäste sich wie zu Hause fühlen und einen Traumurlaub verbringen können.

Im Sommer kommt unser Gärtner zweimal pro Woche für die Wartung des Pools und die Pflege des Gartens, in der Nebensaison 1 mal pro Woche.

Bei einem Aufenthalt von 15 Tagen wechseln wir wöchentlich Bettwäsche und Handtücher.

Wonderful villa stay

Villa is excellent! It is well equipped and nicely decorated, with stunning terrace and pool. Situated in private and spacious grounds in a rural location just 15 minutes from the airport. Car is a must. Perfect for our family break. The owner is very helpful, great comms.

Superb Villa in Excellent Location

Large modern well equipped villa in a very peaceful rural location, excellent size pool with steps. Villa is situated in secure gated grounds, easy access to local amenities and excellent beaches at Santa Pola but car is essential If more than four adults could do with another umbrella round the pool but fantastic overall Would definitely come again

Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the property to others. A car is essential but beaches/ restaurants and everything else you need is only 7/10 mins drive. Communication with the owner was frequent and easy. The pool and gardens are fantastic and the house is well equipped with very comfy beds!

A very high quality villa

Fantastic villa, very peaceful but close to amenities and the beach (car required). Set in large grounds with plenty of shade, if needed. Superbly appointed with a large, very clean pool. Great communication before and all the way through the stay. This was my second visit and will definitely be returning. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

We booked this beautiful villa to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary together and it was the best villa we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect! The grounds, the pool, the accommodation - everything was 5*. It was spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated and furnished. It contains everything you need for a relaxing vacation in a perfect location. Great communication too. We love it so much we have rebooked and for longer!

Had a great time in a great house. It was only the 2 of us. If 8 people would live there the swimming pool could use a 2nd umbrella. Merche an Birgit are great people to communicate with. The environment feels very safe with the gate, walls and fences and the house is perfectly secured. Will definitely go back.

The Villa was better than we thought. Very comfortable and well stocked with crockery, utensils and appliances. It is quite isolated so a car is essential. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in Gran Alacant, Santa Pola and Elche, all about 15 mins. drive away.We did have some welcome, surprise guests, a pair of large chameleons joined us on the patio one afternoon! We would recommend the Villa to families and those wanting a quiet retreat.

Perfect villa - just beautiful

Amazing villa in an idyllic rural urbanisation with a small playground (swings and slide) about 300m away. It's a very comfortable villa with good sized rooms and lovely open plan family kitchen/dining/living area. Wonderful outdoor space and large pool compliments the villa. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a villa in a rural location. It is really quiet and peaceful. A car would be an essential choice as there are no shops in the urbanisation but it is only a few minutes drive to a nearby small supermarket or 15 minutes to Santa Pola.

The most Relaxing holiday ever!

Beautiful Villa & Gardens - The pool was superb. Spent most days relaxing in the garden on sun loungers near the pool. Everything is well kept inside and out - really couldn't ask for better. Close to the Airport and instructions given were great, very easy to find. The local Dicost in Valverde has everything needed and there is no need to venture further if you are looking to self cater. Merche was very helpful and freindly, we communicated well using Whatsapp.

Our stay.

We absolutely love the house. The garden was big and beautiful. The pool nice and clean with a lot of sun-beds. The house was well planned for eight persons. The social areas where spacious and the kitchen was very well equipped. There was also a bbq which we used often. There is a washing machine in a separate house. The welcoming was very nice and friendly. The location was perfect, quiet and calm and yet we had all that we needed within less than 15 minutes away. We will definitely be back.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Wir haben sehr gute Freunde, die in Murcia leben. Daher haben wir in der Region Alicante nach einem Ferienhaus gesucht.

Das Haus ist bereits durch die Vorbesitzerin an Feriengäste vermietet worden. Ich werde die Ferienvermietung mit demselben Service und den gleichen Mitarbeitern fortführen.
