Es besteht aus 1 / KĂŒche mit GeschirrspĂŒler, Backofen, Mikrowelle und großem KĂŒhlschrank ausgestattet. 2 / ein Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, ein Schlafsofa fĂŒr 2 Personen und einen Fernseher. 3 / ein Schlafzimmer mit einem 160 cm Bett, eigenem TV, eigenem Bad (und Waschmaschine) 4 / ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten 90 cm. .4 / ein Duschraum. 5 / der private beheizte Pool Mai-Juni - SEPTEMBER, ohne Blick auf die Nachbarn, mit Terrasse fĂŒr Liegestuhl, durch ein Tor gesichert, mit einer Außendusche ausgestattet. 6 / eine Terrasse vor dem Haus, ein Solarium auf dem Dach. 7 / ein großer Parkplatz vor dem Haus. 8 / Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert.

It was perfect

Everything was really perfect. The location is great, supermarkets are reachable by car within two minutes. From the airport it’s only around 15 minutes by car to reach the villa. The pool is wonderful and also perfect for kids. The villa is very clean, there is a big fridge and all things you need are available. We will come again for sure 😊

Genau wie auf den Bildern! Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, mit tollen Ausblick.

Hallo, wir waren im Juni 2018 in der Ferienwohnung. Wir waren schon paar mal in dieser Umgebung und das war bisher die beste Ferienwohnung die wir hatten. Sie ist perfekt fĂŒr 4 Erwachsene bzw. 2 Paare, aufgrund der 2 getrennten Schlafzimmer, sowie 2 BĂ€der. Es sind auch viele Utensilien vorhanden, von GewĂŒrze, Töpfe und auch Messer oder GlĂ€ser! Das ist nicht immer so. Es gibt sogar vor Ort Sonnenschirme fĂŒr den Strand oder auch eine KĂŒhltasche mit Akku‘s. Daher kann ich diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Der Strand liegt mit dem Auto circa 2-3min entfernt. Es ist ansonsten eine ruhige Gegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind genauso 2-3 min entfernt. Somit ist sie perfekt fĂŒr einen ruhigen, Erholungsurlaub mit tollen Ausblick von der Dachterrasse. Man muss nur an das Bettzeug denken, da man es sonst fĂŒr 15€ pro Person ausleihen mĂŒsste vor Ort. Fazit: ich kann es wirklich nur jedem Empfehlen, wir waren 2 Paare und haben es keinen Augenblick bereut!

We have spent a wonderful 5 weeks at this property. The house is as described, having everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped. We brought our fire stick with us and easily used this to watch TV. The air con works amazingly and the beds are very comfy. Rosa who looks after the property went above and beyond and is the best host I’ve come across. We had an electrical issue one day and this was resolved straight away, really amazed me how quickly it was sorted. The location is good with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance (Aldi, gabes and Thursday market-8 mins, beach 25 mins, restaurants/bars- 10 mins, shopping centre- 20 mins) Public transport is not reliable so a car is recommended if you wanted to get out and explore. The outside area of the villa is lovely providing space around the pool, an area to dine, BBQ and then the upstairs area. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Amazing All Round Holiday

Fantastic Villa, very clean and modern. So close to the airport (10-15 mins). Communication with owner was fantastic. Rosa runs the villa for the owners and she is brilliant. Always on call and extremely helpful. Check in and out was so easy. Villa is out of the way so quiet and relaxing. Aldi supermarket within walking distance and the fantastic Gabe Market which sells everything !!. Other shops are about a half hour walk away so not too bad along with some bars and restaurants. This was a fantastic holiday and we are looking to return next year

Fantastic place

The hosts and Rosa who meet you at the villa are great and couldn’t help enough. The photos don’t do justice to the place, everything you need here for a relaxing holiday and the pool really cooled us down. (Home from home) A short distance away there is an Aldi,Lidl and a Mercado for any shopping essential items you may need also close to these is a KFC and Burger King. There is about 8 different restaurants and bars a short distance away from the villa, this includes indian food, Irish bar, tex mex, fish and chip shop & a French restaurant. We hired a car to get about which is an essential really and we found some lovely places to visit, the airport is literally no more than 10 minutes away. We are already planning our next visit, loved the 10 days we spend here, thank you â˜ș

Lovely Villa

Having visited Gran Alacant for many, many years we know the area very well. The villa was well situated with a good breeze to help keep you cool. The pool was a good size and very much welcomed on a daily basis,the villa size was perfect. Rosa, the property manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We would highly recommend this villa and look forward to returning.

The house is fabulous everything you need and the pool was a godsend. However there were a few points that need addressing, we noticed there was no smoke alarm it had been taken down . The pool wasn’t heated as it stated it is may-June but it didn’t stop us using it . There is no English tv every thing is in French even the cooker.we couldn’t find the microwave and after talking to the owner was told it’s in the oven which was just too much of a faff. We also had to pay 10 euros for bedding and house towels per room which also isn’t stated when you booked I found this odd as we have never had to take bedding abroad. There was no booklet for instructions for hospital doctors emergency services or tourists place which is a must in a rental. These are just small things that could help and didn’t stop us having a fabulous holiday. And Rosa the lady who let us in was fabulous and very approachable.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour

Nous avons sejournĂ© ici pendant une semaine. La maison Ă©tait bien Ă©quipĂ©e, la piscine Ă©tait extraordinaire. L’environnement est trĂšs calme. C’est un endroit idĂ©al pour les sports de plein air dans la nature. MalgrĂ© ces temps difficiles (COVID-19), nous avons beaucoup appreciĂ© le sĂ©jour. Nous nous sommes sentis en sĂ©curitĂ©. Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs attentifs et toujours disponibles. Keith, celui qui nous a donnĂ© la clĂ©, est trĂšs gentil et de bonne humeur. Il nous a tout expliquĂ© en dĂ©tail et aussi tout ce que nous pouvions faire Ă  proximitĂ©. Nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs bonnes vacances, j’ai tout aimĂ©.

Myself, wife and son stayed for 9 days in June at this Villa. It was amazing! Weather was great and the pool is good for cooling down. Location close to shops, bars, restaurants, beach etc. Keith was great got on well with him and owners communicated well. Hopefully be back soon!! Thanks.

La maison impeccable le proprio un petit mal honnĂȘte il vous trouvera forcĂ©ment un petit quelques chose pour vous le dĂ©duire de la caution alors en se qui me concerne il m’a rĂ©clamĂ© 80€ pour des coussins de chaise pour la piscine que j’ai trouvĂ© moisies le jour de mon arrivĂ©e La personne qui gĂšre la maison sur place voudrais que vous fassiez le mĂ©nage pour lui avant votre dĂ©part alors que vous avez dĂ©jĂ  payĂ© 50€ pour le mĂ©nage si non il n’est Pas content Croyez moi j’ai rendu une maison aussi propre que quand je suis rentrĂ© dedans le jour de mon arrivĂ©e malgrĂ© ça j’ai perdu 100€ de ma caution

SituĂ©e idĂ©alement prĂšs d’un centre commercial et non loin de la plage . Nous avons Ă©galement apprĂ©ciĂ© la piscine privative complĂštement Ă  l’abri des regards extĂ©rieurs. A perfect place to stay

Property very spacious and ideally located between the two main entertainment areas. Air con in every room which was perfect and really needed with the extremely hot conditions. Property inside was very spacious and had everything you needed - a real home from home. Main attraction was the outside areas particularly the pool that was very private and not overlooked at all. Les + : excellents contacts, Ă©coute, rĂ©activitĂ©, qualitĂ© des informations avant le dĂ©part, accueil convivial sur place, maison trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e (rien ne manque et tout est fonctionnel, vaisselle en quantitĂ©, mĂȘme les Ă©pices sont fournis dans la cuisine), literie confortable, coin repas extĂ©rieur agrĂ©able avec un barbecue, piscine sĂ©curisĂ©e (par un portail) de grande qualitĂ© et bien isolĂ©e des vues extĂ©rieures (sauf peut-ĂȘtre de l'autre maison attenante par l'arriĂšre dont la piscine est plus Ă©levĂ©e, mais qui n'a pas Ă©tĂ© occupĂ©e durant notre sĂ©jour), vaste solarium, quartier trĂšs calme, proximitĂ© de commerces ("grandes surfaces" Ă  moins de 5minutes en voiture, petit centre avec bars et restaurants Ă  500m), proximitĂ© de la plage de carabasi qui est facilement accessible Ă  pied en 20 Ă  25 minutes (vaste plage de sable familiale, en pente douce sur la mer, et mĂȘme pour ceux qui le souhaitent une partie naturiste oĂč se mĂ©langent "textiles" et "non textiles" dans une trĂšs bonne ambiance de respect mutuel), la proximitĂ© de Alicante, Elche, .... et de nombreux points d'intĂ©rĂȘt de la Costa Blanca Les - : trĂšs difficile Ă  trouver, et pour dire quelque chose peut-ĂȘtre un frigidaire qui givre mais qui devrait ĂȘtre changĂ© pour la saison prochaine. La maison est Ă©quipĂ©e de climatiseurs que nous n'avons quasiment pas utilisĂ©s. Notre consommation Ă©lectrique a Ă©tĂ©, sans vouloir faire d'Ă©conomie, de 170Kwh par semaine (200 Kwh compris dans la location). Il est possible qu'en l'utilisant rĂ©guliĂšrement la climatisation le forfait soit lĂ©gĂšrement dĂ©passĂ©. Enfin il faut mentionner le rapport qualitĂ©/prix trĂšs attractif, la conformitĂ© des informations sur la location avec la rĂ©alitĂ© (c'est mĂȘme mieux que sur les photos) et Ă©videmment le soleil, la chaleur, la mer, la gentillesse espagnole, ...bref que du bonheur. En rĂ©sumĂ© : on y retourne dĂšs que possible, et vous pouvez rĂ©server les yeux fermĂ©s car votre sĂ©jour sera, comme le notre, parfait.

Tres bon séjour

Nous sommes content du séjour ! La maison est conforme aux descriptifs , dans un petit en clos , tranquille , sécurisant , tres bon contact avec les proprio ! Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tÎt que prévu et la personne responsable sur place était la pour nous accueillir ! Merci je recommande la maison

Maison trÚs agréable et acceuillante.

vacances réussites et résidence au calme, nous avons été au top avec la piscine , il y fait bon vivre avec toutes ces plages et paysages magnifiques, nous garderons de bons souvenirs, A refaire!
