"Moraira Club ", ist ein Luxus-Komplex mit Schwimmbad und Garten, in Zentrum von Moraira und seine wunderschöne Strände.

Diese Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, eine von denen en suite. Es wurde mit hohe Qualität gebaut : Klimaanlage, elektrische Rollläden Fussbodenheizung , Marmorboden, geschlossener Kamin, etc. Es ist völlig ausgerüstet und wurde mit Qualität Möbel dekoriert.



Die Wohnung geniesst eine ausgezeichnete südliche Orientierung und einer großartigen Terrasse mit Chill out und Backstein Grill. Diese Terrasse ist zweifellos die beste Seite(Anteil) des Hauses und wird der perkefter Ort sein, um ein Weinglas und einen Sonnenuntergang zu genießen.

Zur Wohnung sowie zur ganze Komplex ( auch Garage) kann mann ohne Treppen gelangen. Sie verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl und über einen Platz von Garage.

Just what we needed!

Second stay at this complex but first stay in this particular apartment and I must say it was perfect for us! Great location, lovely outdoor area, perfect size for my toddler to play without the worry that he will wander to the pool unattended. Will definitely stay again!

Another perfect holiday at Solhabitat!

Everything arranged well in advance. All we had to do was pick up the key and sign for it. We were in Moraira before. Last year a Solhabitat villa and now an apartment. Again we really liked it. Nice holiday spot and excellent service. If we come to the Costa Blanca again we will definitely book with Solhabitat again. I really wouldn't know. Everything was perfect.

Great apartment and superb service

We were a family of 4 with kids aged 5 and 8. The apartment is in a perfect location. Short walk to town and beach and close to super market. Perfect for us as we didn´t want to drive. Spotlessly clean. Amazing terrace that is very private Amazing Pool area and gardens that are well maintained Service from sol habitat was amazing from start to finish. Very helpful and friendly staff. Can´t do enough for you. Thanks for a wonderful holiday. We will go back again and would recommend using sol habitat. If I am being highly critical id say: Mattress in main bedroom is very firm Some plastic cups and plates etc for outside area. Kids plate and cups DVD player Satellite Couple of more sunbeds as its meant for 6

La location de l'appartement Club 3 est à recommander !

La grande terrasse est formidable. L' environnement est très agréable , entouré de fleurs, de palmiers , de cactus. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus. L' appartement est très bien équipé et très bien situé. Supermarché à 5 minutes , le centre de Moraira à 10 minutes : tout cela à pied ! Et n' oublions pas le très bon service de l'agence Solhabitat. Le matelas du lit double est beaucoup trop mou. Il n'y a que 2 transats sur la terrasse , trop peu pour 4 personnes.

Vacaciones de pascuas

La terraza grande y la chimenea y la amabilidad del personal de solhabitat. El servicio de sábanas y toallas, pues si te quedas dos semanas que fue nuestro caso, y en la temporada que estábamos que habían lluvias... lavar y secar era una locura. Pues solo dan una por persona y cama.

Bonito, amplio y cómodo apartamento

Estuvimos diez dias mi familia y yo, hemos estado muy cómodos Amplia terraza, buena ubicación (aunque no se ve el mar, y este aspecto lo valoro mucho), moderno mobiliario En lineas generales un muy buen apartamento Se podría mejorar las camas, sobre todo de las habitaciones pequeñas.

Moraira stay

Lovely apartment in a great location. The pool and communal gardens are exceptional we really enjoyed the peace and quiet of this apartment. Great service from Sol Habitat we thought the welcome pack of food and wine was a really nice touch and this meant we didn’t need to shop until the following day thank you very much. Plenty of towels and nice beach towels. Flexible time on check in we were lucky we checked in two hours early which was great would be good if earlier check in is possible next time too.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful spot

This is a lovely spacious apartment. The terrace is it’s best feature, lots of room - to sit out in the sun, for kids to play and to sit out for lunch. It also has direct access to the pool. The complex is really nice and so is the pool. It’s in a great location only a 5 minute walk to the center of Moraira and the beach. Only one minor thing, it would be great if the kitchen had a few condiments such as salt and pepper.

Great location. apartment a bit tired.

We had a great time in Moraira. The apartment was nice but is starting to look a little tired and could be doing with updating / painting. The photos have certainly been taken some time ago. For an apartment of this price it just lacks the added items one would expect. We stayed 10 nights and would have expected the bed linen to be changed after a week but this was not the case. The beds certainly are not the most comfortable. Pros Large nice apartment, good size rooms, one bathroom and one ensuite ( both with showers) Large outside area with shade. No need for car as good supermarket 2 mins walk, restaurants and bars 6-7 mins walk and beach 10 mins walk. Direct access to pool. Cons Only 2 loungers for an apartment of 6. No light loungers to sit beside the pool. No folder / file with details of equipment eg cooker, washing machine, pool rules etc Some very basic items missing like salt, pepper, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets etc. Apartment is looking a bit tired and could be doing with a makeover eg painted. Plants around outside hadn't been water for some considerable time and must were dead.

We try to make our pictures as close to reality as possible to reflect the actual state of the house and insure an agreeable stay to our clients. The service of linen change can unfortunately not be included in our price, but if you would have requested it we would have provided this service with great pleasure for an extra cost. Regarding the loungers, the owner didn't put more because of the size of the terrace but we're going to do our best to convince him to put 2 or 3 more. With refence to the basic items, we do provide the minimum for the arrival day. One toilet paper roll per bathroom, a few dishwasher tablets, coffee, tea, sugar, a soap per bathroom etc. We take note of all other comments and will do our best to improve. We hope to see you back in Moraira and thank you for trusting us, Kind regards.

Solhabitat Moraira club 3

Service from solhabitat was great. Stayed with our nearly 2 year old. Great apartment, had all we needed and very comfortable. Excellent location for very toddler friendly beaches, shops and town and near enough to pop back for nap time. Good quality travel cot and high chair to hire. Electric shutters great. Safe outside terrace for playing in. Would highly recommend it!
