Die THE PARK-Eigentumswohnungen befinden sich in idealer Lage in der Altstadt von Puerto Vallarta, der "Zona Romantica". Unsere Wohnung in der 5. Etage befindet sich in einer der neuesten und gefragtesten Gegenden in Vallarta. Das Gebäude wurde im Herbst 2014 fertiggestellt. Das Gebäude verfügt über eine Dachterrasse mit einem 25 m langen Salzwasser-Infinity-Pool, einem BBQ-Grill, einer großzügigen Lounge- und Sitzecke sowie einem Sonnen- oder Schattenbereich, der jedem gerecht wird. 360-Grad-Ansichten.

THE PARK Condominiums Building ist nur einen Block von den besten Stränden und der Strandpromenade von El Malecon entfernt. Unsere Lage bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten des Stadtlebens und ist dennoch nur wenige Schritte vom Strand Los Muertos entfernt. Keine Hügel. Hervorragendes Nachtleben, ausgezeichnete Restaurants, Strandbars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und vieles mehr.

Diese moderne Eigentumswohnung befindet sich auf der 5. Etage und ist 90 m² groß. Sie verfügt über ein verbessertes Design und Dekor und wartet auf Ihre Ankunft. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein entspannendes Kingsize-Bett mit Tempur-Pedic-Matratze. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt zudem über ein eigenes Bad mit einer besonders großen ebenerdigen Dusche.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer bietet ein bequemes Doppelbett und einen kleinen Schrank. Es hat auch eine individuelle Klimaanlage für den Komfort unserer Gäste.
Diese Wohnung bietet bequem Platz für 3-4 Personen.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit High-End-Geräten: Gasherd, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Granit. Du magst es zu kochen? Alles, was Sie brauchen, um ein gutes Essen zuzubereiten, erwartet Sie. Das gesamte Gebäude hat Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn oder dem Kühlschrank / Eisbereiter gefiltert. Dies sorgt auch für ein beruhigendes Wasser beim Duschen.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein großes bequemes Sofa sowie einen Einzelsitzer. Es hat auch einen großen LCD-Flachbildfernseher, einen Blue Ray DVD-Player und ein Radio.

Dieses Gerät verfügt über 3 geräuscharme und effiziente Mini-Split-Klimaanlagen, die für jeden Komfort separat arbeiten. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen WLAN im gesamten Gebäude und eine Telefonleitung für kostenlose Anrufe in die USA, nach Kanada und Mexiko. Schiebetüren zum Balkon öffnen sich vollständig für diejenigen, die den milden Wind von Puerto Vallarta spüren möchten.

Property was very clean and the front door people were great. Lots of construction going on all around the property, with lots of noise. We shut the doors and windows and put up with it but it could bother other people. Great location with lots of good places to eat.

The building is beautiful, especially the rooftop area. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. We were able to get into the suite a bit earlier than check-in time. The only real issue was the day the water had to be shut off for maintenance work. This is obviously outside the control of the owner. We were advised in advance, but when 6 hours turned into 10, then on and off through the night, it's an issue not being able to run a shower or use a toilet for that amount of time. Some on-going updates and communication would have been appreciated. The wifi is pretty good, but doesn't necessarily reach all corners of the suite. The air conditioning was excellent; plenty of towels; everything well-stocked, well-maintained. The master bed was a bit firmer than average. The location is very central, close to everything, especially the nightlife. You would think the bar noise would be an issue, but the bedroom is pretty soundproof. You're more likely to hear construction noise from next door, but there's construction no matter where you are in PV.

Amazing property!!!

We would first like to thank Diane the owner for opening this amazing property for all of us to Enjoy! This condo is beautiful. It is in the prime Romantica location in PV. The condo is fully equipped and you need nothing. We have stayed in many condos and this was now our top pick. The condo is perfect. It’s not just set up for day use but to actually live in, so makes it feel like home. If there is any bad reviews do not pay attention to them as I will be the first to admit, I’m kinda booshy when it comes to the condo I stay in and this one is a 10plus!!! And the pictures are exactly as the units shows, but much better in person!!!!

We loved the apt it was nice,people at the frount desk were excellent, the rooftop pool area was exceptional and we used it every day , public areas were very clean , we loved the very convenient spot ,close to everything,excellent restaurants,shopping.we walked down to the pier every night and along the Malacon it was just wonderful.i would for sure stay again and again ! One thing worth mentioning though is there is a very noisy pop up bar right below the apt that is very very loud until the wee hours! Take earplugs for those nights

Thanks for this review! I am glad you enjoyed the apartment and the beautiful amenities of the rooftop terrace. It's sure relaxing with the wonderful view. Usually, the individual air conditioning system, in each bedroom shuts the noise up. Having spent a lot of time in my condo myself, it did not bother us at all.

Very nice property in a great, walkable location. Well maintained and clean. Nice supply of kitchen dishes, cups, and utensils. It can be noisy at night if that bothers you. Our daughter loved swimming in the heated pool. Info sent ahead of arrival regarding check in and out instructions mentioned that a building manager would meet us, but we never heard from him. We didn't see a welcome binder as mentioned either. We were welcomed and given keys by the front desk security staff, though, and it was nice having them there for peace of mind. Would definitely recommend this property and stay here again if we come back to PV.

Terrific location in a well-appointed condo

The condo was well-stocked with supplies - plenty of bath towels, paper towels, Kleenex and extra toilet paper. Plus shampoo and soaps. Lots of cups, dishware and cookware in the kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit, with laundry detergent. Unit was very clean and furniture felt new. Air conditioning worked well. Rooftop pool is saltwater, so no chlorine smell! And very peaceful. Building is very safe, with keycard access and 24 hour security. Unit has an in-room safe as well. The only negative was that the building across the street has just started some major reconstruction, so we heard lots of banging noises during the day, and sometimes music and yelling from the construction workers. Overall, though, this condo is terrific, and the bedrooms are VERY quiet.

Property was cheaply furnished; pool towels thin and stained; shower water hot for 5-7 minutes; dishwasher broken; torn cushion on balcony chair; No instructions on tv usage, Refrigerator stopped dispensing cold water because the filter needs changed; bathroom sink not firmly attached; toilet seat ready to fall off. The rooftop pool tile was like ice. O our next to last day, I witnessed two falls and then I fell and sprained my left knee; the ice machine was broken; no bar tender and no food. The only bright spot was the office staff (Karen, Matias and Joaquin).

Although we appreciated the contactless check in due to Covid it would have been nice to have an orientation manual. Things like which of the 4 remotes, worked which item, how to book a cleaning service, local neighborhood info. Other than that the location was great, the rooftop and amenities top notch. Location!

2 blocks from the beach and close to romantic zone restaurants and attractions. I walked the beach and malecon every day for shopping, eating etc. Also handy market in same building carries some American food and snacks. Building staff were helpful and polite. Kitchen was well supplied and apartment had a lot of nice upgrades with beautiful bathroom and recessed lighting. Only slight drawback was master has no windows and overhead lighting gave feeling of fluorescent lights. I’d say put in some better lightbulbs and I probably wouldn’t care about the window. Also tips about where to buy real groceries and other info would be appreciated! I would definitely stay again.

Well laid out esp for a couple and one or two children. Pool is fabulous and the condo is bright, cheery and pretty. Lots of dishes. Lacks a small library and instructions on how to use the TV ( we could only get 1 English channel and that may have been because we really did not know how to use it)

The unit was incredible; great location, great decor, great rooftop pool. The unit has everything you could possibly need for your stay. We did run into an issue with inconsistent messaging from the staff at the front desk with regard to having guests over, where one staff member told us that no guests were allowed after 10pm. This seemed to be an arbitrary rule put in place by one person, but it did impact our ability to have friends over one night. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great Condo - Love it

Diane’s condo reflects her attention to detail. She truly has made her condo with the comforts of home in mind. The kitchen is well equipped;beds and furniture were comfortable and there are many options for storage. The rooftop is gorgeous , and the building is secure and conveniently located.

My husband and I fell in love with Puerto Vallarta and its people over 20 years ago. We love the Romantic Zone for it's incredible selection of Restaurants, beautiful beaches, the safety of the area and mainly it's 'ambiance'. This beautiful neighbourhood is easy going, secure and short walk to the beach (one block from Los Muertos Beach).
