Diese schöne Wohnung am Strand wurde für die Saison 2018 komplett renoviert! Es befindet sich in La Palapa Eigentumswohnungen am Strand in einem der bekanntesten Gebäude der Zona Romantica. Es hat unverbauten Blick nach Süden auf die Banderas Bay garantiert!

Alle neuen Annehmlichkeiten wie Klimaanlage und Deckenventilatoren im Schlafbereich und im Hauptraum garantieren Ihren Komfort. Sie können die Sonnenuntergänge und die Wale (in der Saison) von Ihrem großen Strandbalkon im sechsten Stock aus beobachten, auf dem bequem vier Personen Platz finden. Das Panorama des Strandes, des Ozeans und der Berge bietet Ihnen zahlreiche tropische Brisen. Es hat absolut einen der besten Meerblicke in der Stadt.

Das Gebäude verfügt über einen schönen Pool auf der Dachterrasse und einen Pavillon in der 8. Etage sowie das legendäre Restaurant La Palapa auf der Strandebene. Innerhalb von zwei Blocks von dieser perfekten Lage finden Sie alles, was Sie für Ihren Urlaub benötigen: Restaurants, Bars, Geldautomaten, Geldwechsel, Mietwagen, Taxistände, Spas, Geschäfte, Cafés, Bauernhöfe, Internet, Saftbars, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und vieles mehr. Es wird kein Auto benötigt, da praktisch alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist und der Taxistand etwa 50 Fuß von der Tür entfernt ist. Es gibt einen Reinigungsservice an sechs Tagen in der Woche (außer an Sonn- und Feiertagen in Mexiko) und die Rezeption ist zu Ihrer Sicherheit und Bequemlichkeit rund um die Uhr besetzt.

Die Wohnung verfügt über alle Extras und wurde komplett renoviert, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, darunter lokale Stoffe, neue Teppiche, Originalkunstwerke, Bose SoundLink Bluetooth-Soundsystem, Strandtücher für Ihren Gebrauch, Seife, Haartrockner, Kabel-Smart-TV-Flachbildschirm mit Netflix und englische Sprachstationen und kostenloses Highspeed-WLAN. Alles ist neu: Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Wohn- und Schlafzimmermöbel.

Es gibt einen großen, luftigen Wohnbereich mit einer Esstheke, einer Sitzecke mit Sofa und Stuhl und einer Kommode sowie eine raumhohe Fensterwand mit herrlichem Blick auf den Strand und die Bucht von Banderas. Der Balkon hat einen Tisch für vier Personen - der perfekte Ort, um den PVR-Sonnenuntergang zu genießen. Der Schlafbereich neben dem Wohnbereich verfügt über ein brandneues Kingsize-Bett mit einem raumhohen Vorhang, der Ihre Privatsphäre schützt. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass dies eine Studio-Ferienwohnung ist. Der Schlafbereich grenzt an den Wohnbereich, ist jedoch kein separater Raum. Aber - wir haben uns sehr bemüht, es Ihnen so angenehm wie möglich zu machen, um einen romantischen Urlaub zu verbringen!

Das Badezimmer wurde entkernt und komplett mit Marmor- und Travertinoberflächen renoviert. Es gibt ein gereinigtes Wassersystem für Trinkwasser in der Küche, sodass kein Mineralwasser benötigt wird. Die Küche ist mit neuen Geräten ausgestattet, aber wir haben darauf geachtet, dass genügend lokale Details vorhanden sind, damit Sie wissen, dass Sie in einem mexikanischen Urlaub sind. Wir haben auch ein Notizbuch für Sie, in dem Sie Ihre eigenen Empfehlungen für die Zukunft hinterlassen können. Um diese hohe Qualität zu erhalten, sind Haustiere und Kinder unter 15 Jahren nicht gestattet und das Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon gestattet. Maximal zwei Personen können das Gerät mieten - keine Ausnahmen.

This was a fantastic experience! Adorable condo with every amenity you could ever need! I couldn’t ask for a better location with the easiest access. The rooftop pool was amazing and the views were the best I’ve had in PV! Can’t say enough about our host Jeff. Kind and accommodating is an understatement! Jeff went above and beyond to help us with our stay, even when we had delays and issues with our arrival! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone else!

I have been to Puerta Vallarta numerous times. If you want a great location, beautiful accommodations and beautiful sunsets this is the place. Close to everything with a great beach right below. The condo was veryclean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities you could need! Eric the owner was quick to respond and has available all the instructions, information and recommendations. This place is not one you want to pass on. It’s our favorite part of PV if you’re a first time visitor. We would highly recommend this condo at La Palapa!

I was hesitant to write this review because I understand how important reviews are to a property’s reputation. We had a wonderful overall trip to Puerto Vallarta, and there were several things about this unit that we really appreciated.The condo itself is beautiful. It was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was also responsive and initially very welcoming, even calling to check in when we arrived, which I appreciated. We had a few minor issues come up, which he addressed them quickly.That said, there were a couple of significant drawbacks that impacted our experience.The biggest issue was ongoing construction directly across the street, which was not disclosed in the listing. The noise runs from approximately 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday, and is quite loud. One of the main reasons we enjoy staying in Puerto Vallarta is being able to open the doors and enjoy the ocean breeze, but the construction noise made that difficult throughout the day. Had we known about this in advance, we likely would have chosen a different property.Additionally, after mentioning the construction concern upon arrival, the issue was dismissed by the owner. Later, I received a demeaning message from the owner regarding my child jumping into the pool, which felt unexpectedly unfriendly and down right disrespectful. While we were there, we followed all the facility rules, and there are no rules outlined at t

Hola Courtney – Thank you for the positive comments about our condo. I worked for Hilton Hotels Corporation for 20 years on property and at the corporate level. We do our best to anticipate our guest needs to ensure they have a great stay. I do disagree that I “dismissed” your concerns regarding the construction across the street from Lapalapa. I had been on property and stayed in our condo all of December through mid-January. I was also there in March through the 18th. I explained that demolition of the old building and restaurants at the site was complete in mid-December. Tryst Hotel, the owner of the block, was building a two-story fitness center and a market on the site. All the major jackhammering and deconstruction was over but there would be intermittent noise during the rebuild and they quit work most days at 5PM. I have return guests each year that stay in January and February and I also stayed in 605. Yes, there was noise during the day but no one felt it made their stay less enjoyable. I did not post anything on the site because there were long periods that nothing was going on with this project. That said, I am a responsible owner and have posted projects that are taking place in our building that we have control of. I would have been happy to help you find other accommodations during your stay if you had requested that. Also, I do not think my message regarding your child’s supervision at the pool was “demeaning or disrespectful.” I received an email on Friday, April 10th from our administrator that there were children jumping and doing cannon balls off the raised platform at the pool. He told me a member of our staff had talked to you and I thought the issue was over. I received another email on Mon, April 13th that your child was jumping off the platform again. One of our owners was present and claims she politely asked your daughter to not to jump off the platform into the pool. The pool is only 15’ by 30’ and just 4 feet deep. It really is not safe to jump into the pool from the platform and I'm sure you must understand this would be disruptive to other guests trying to use the pool. Evidently, she then jumped off the platform again and a different owner asked you “please do not let her jump off the platform.” He tells me you replied “It’s not written on the sign with the list of pool rules that there is no jumping.” I feel this was disrespectful to the other guests at the pool. We have children stay at Lapalapa all the time and honestly, this is the first time we have ever had this problem in my ten plus years here. That said I would like to see if we can provide you with an enjoyable stay. You may have one complimentary night applied to a future stay with us. Another amazing say at La Palapa

Great location!

This unit is located directly on the beach, giving you great views and the ability to hear the ocean as you fall asleep. There can be excessive noise outside, as others likely mentioned, but was a trade off I was willing to make in order to be in the beach and within walking distance to tons of bars, restaurants, etc. Check in was super easy and staff at the condos were very friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. I was amazed how close to the beach and local dining it was. The only thing that was not top rated was quietness. You are so close to the ocean that you hear the waves. But is that really a bad thing if you choose to stay near the beach.

Wonderful condo - so close to beach, and beautiful too

Condo was exactly as pictured and advertised. Fully staffed building with roof deck and pool and elevator, 1/2 block from beach, beautiful decor, full kitchen with drinking water, comfortable king bed, quiet air conditioning. Owners called us to make sure everything was ok. Perfect place for a couple - we had a great time.

Jan - you and your husband were our perfect guests! We would love to have you back anytime! Just one point - the building is right on the beach . But you do have to exit from the street side and walk around to the beach - so 1/2 a block away is a good explanation! Eric

What a little gem!

Light, bright and airy in a fabulous neighborhood. The condo is a studio with everything you need plus a Hollywood worthy view. Comfortable balcony and ocean breezes complete the package. Loved it!

Another great stay

Have rented by myself several times in the past and the studio is wonderfully appointment and the layout is perfect for 1 or 2 people. Love the beach and street views and all the vitality. You do get all the urban noises also. Roof top pool great for relaxing and swimming laps.

Wonderful condo to rent. Would definitely stay again.

Condo 605 is a great condo for 1,2 or maybe three people. I enjoyed my stay and would happily rent the same unit again. The owner supplied very detailed information on the condo, the La Palapa condominium building in general and area attractions. He also has a great selection of media content available to watch on the television. The maid, Isabella is a wonderful lady and very helpful.

Amazing place, relax, clean and romantic

The condo is very well located, decorated with taste and nicely renovated. The view is amazing, you can see the mountains and the sea at the same time. The kitchen is all equipped and very clean . It's a great place for a romantic vacation. The pool on the rooftop is breathtaking. Everything is within walking distance. It's also a very safe property in a very safe neighborhood. The owner Eric was on site for welcoming us. He is very kind and both Mark and him can be proud of their unit. It was our second trip in this property in PV and we wish we can come back soon. Great location with beach view and ocean breeze

Can't beat the location next to the beach and easy walking to all the places we like to go. The view looks over Los Muertos Beach, the ocean, and neighborhoods to the south. There was a fantastic ocean breeze through the unit every afternoon, and you can hear the waves crashing throughout the day. The building is charming and well-maintained. The rooftop pool area is updated and super clean; perfect for relaxing on non-beach days. Everyone we met was friendly and there seems to be a good community of regular residents. The unit itself was well-equipped with all the essentials we needed and the bed was quite comfortable. It's in a lively area, and street noise started early every day - but thankfully the restaurant and bar sounds dropped at a reasonable hour every night for peaceful sleep.

Mark and I are from Dallas TX and looked for a vacation home not far away. Puerto Vallarta is a two hour flight from DFW or 3 hour trip on Southwest with a stop in Houston. We absolutely love Puerto Vallarta. The people are so friendly (and happy) and not speaking Spanish is not a problem. The locals love having tourists there and it is safe and secure. We've traveled the world but Puerto Vallarta is now one of our favorite places!

We purchased #602 in 2015. It is a two bedroom (VRBO 997616) and jumped at the opportunity to purchase the this studio down the hall when it came on the market.

We know you will love staying here as much as we do!

La Palapa is right on the beach and guaranteed to never have an unobstructed view. The staff is awesome and already at your service. The location can't be beat - all of PVR is outside your doorstep. There are only 7 units per floor surrounding and open air atrium. It's a quiet and relaxing destination for your vacation.

Newly and completed renovated - everything down to the silverware is new! Sheets - towels - furniture - - all first rate. Eric works in the hospitality industry and seems to have thought of everything. There's even a guest information book with all you need to know for your visit. The front staff is manned 24/7 and access to the building is closely monitored.

We get high marks from our guests for the attention to detail. There are power strips that include USB outlets on each nights stand. There's a lighted makeup mirror and the lighting has been thoughtfully laid out in each room.
You will have absolutely no regrets deciding to stay with us!
