Beautify villa, very modern and clean

Beautiful villa, very modern and clean with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen with huge fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Ample washing lines outside. Loads of sun beds and different seating areas. Lovely pool, much bigger than the pictures show and we were lucky enough to have two inflatables to relax on. Comfy beds, loads of towels, modern showers en suite to each bedroom. Huge smart tv which loads of English channels. Very windy but the weather was fantastic during our stay. Felt a very secure area with Aldi at one end of the road and Lidl, Mercadona and Consum the other direction. We didn’t get a car this time but everything was easily walked. A wheeled shopping trolley was perfect for collecting the food shopping. The beach was about 40 minutes which was quite far in the hot sun but we stopped for a tapas lunch on way back which was delicious. The villa owner, Juan, had great communication throughout and was very friendly and spoke very good English. I think Juan should update his photos on the website as it doesn’t do it justice. The only suggestion is maybe a tourist book on the local area to see where everything is? We loved it and will certainly recommend and come back.

Heerlijk zwembad en fantastische tuin

Huis is wat gedateerd, heeft 3 slaapkamers met alledrie eigen badkamer. Er zijn extra bedden in de slaapkamers bijgezet, wat het te vol maakt. De badkamers zijn groot genoeg, maar aan renovatie toe. Huis was schoon, maar in keuken last van mieren gehad. Wel alles aanwezig. De tuin is werkelijk fantastisch: verschillende terrassen en een heerlijk zwembad met jacouzi-gedeelte. Ligging is in een soort buitenwijk, maar wel vlakbij klein winkelcentrum en aantal restaurants. Om bij het strand te komen heb je wel fiets of auto nodig. Al met al een prima verblijf gehad.

Perfect holiday villa.

We loved every minute of our stay. The space is fabulous, the pool beautiful and the facilities are too many to mention. The store cupboards are full with all necessary herbs, spices and condiments for your convenience, including coffee, tea etc. The fridge is new and spacious, stocked with ice cubes etc. The kitchen has every implement mentionable and even a drinking water tap, which saves lugging water back! The sheets and towels were fresh, spotlessly clean and smelled lovely. Comfy beds, sofa and loads of outdoor seating areas. If that's not enough, Juan was superb and incredibly helpful . We WILL be back! Thank you so much Juan for a wonderful stay.

Claude y su encantadora esposa forman una pareja encantadora. Son personas a las que puedes confiar tu propiedad durante un largo período de tiempo. Tratan la casa como si fuese la suya. Educados, ordenados, meticulosos con el mantenimiento y muy muy simpáticos. Tr: Claude et sa charmante épouse forment un beau couple. Ce sont des personnes à qui vous pouvez confier votre propriété pour une longue période de temps. Ils traitent la maison comme si elle était la leur. Zdecydowanie polecam. Jeśli szukasz wygodnej, przestronnej willi w dobrej lokalizacji to jest miejsce dla Ciebie. Czysto, komfortowo, schludnie. Lotnisko 5 minut samochodem, kilka minut samochodem do plaży, do Alicante 15 minut. Sklepy spacerkiem 5 minut. Obszerny teren prywatny z basenem utrzymanym w czysto,sci. Du.zy grill. maison en tout point propre , intérieur comme extérieur. extérieur de rêve avec sa piscine et son coin détente ,son jacuzzi , son coin barbecue , sa terrasse en perron directement accessible de la maison . un seul mot: parfait. de plus un juan carlos prévenant dans nos besoins et demandes et toujours à disposition.central pour effectuer des visites des sites touristiques ( alicante , murcie , carthagene , elc he , guadalest, etc.....

Maison très agréable

l'accueil a été parfait. La maison est très agréable et bien agencée. La literie est très confortable. La piscine n'est pas très grande, mais suffit largement, de plus le bain bouillonnant est un délice pour les lombaires. Le barbecue, très grand permet de cuire la paella sans problème. Juan Carlos est très disponible et répond immédiatement aux différentes demandes. Un seul bémol, à notre arrivée : la maison n'a été disponible qu'à 16h00, car les précédents locataires indélicats ont laissé la maison à 13h00 au lieu de 11h00.... Juan Carlos tu devrais faire respecter cela, car après 850 km de route, il nous tardait de pouvoir nous reposer. A part ceci, le conseil vivement cette location.

Such a lovely relaxing place to stay

One week of perfection..... Jaun Carlos was very helpful and nothing was a problem he couldn't help with. the villa was very clean with lots of space. Shops and food outlets to please any diet within walking distance. Can't wait to go back next year.

Perfect

The villa was just what we was looking for. Enough space to fit 3 families with young children. We stayed out of season so spent lots of time at the villa eating & drinking. Great location and walking distance to bars and shops. The owner is very friendly & helpful. Would stay again !

Better than the pictures

Just returned today from our stay at this lovely villa. The pictures do not do it justice. The villa is clean and spacious and the swimming pool is a perfect size with a built in jacuzzi feature. This was cleaned regularly by a very friendly gardener, who introduced himself but never imposed on our time here. We stayed for 2wks perfect weeks and were happy from the beginning to the end. We arrived late and the owner offered to take us to the shop as we only had ten minutes till they closed which was really helpful. My husband is registered blind with very limited sight, and the owner really considered this when showing us around. We were local to all amenities including bars, restaurants, supermarkets, local markets and transport links. The motorway was close if you chose to use a car, but it wasn't needed as the buses run regularly. There is a local tourist bus that takes you to the beach, shops, and other bars and restaurants should you wish to get out and about, and 3euros you can do a whole circuit getting on and off as needed. I really can't say enough thank you's as will be saving hard to return next year.

Bonjour, je tiens à apporter mon appréciation sur votre location de Santa Pola. tout d'abord, pas de surprise, le logement est conforme au site internet. La villa est très propre avec 3 chambres spacieuses avec leur propre salle de bain. Possibilité de déjeuner à l'intérieur, à l'extérieur près de la piscine, près de la cuisine d'été. Piscine très agréable, régulièrement nettoyer par le propriétaire.(personne très à l'écoute).Location située à 5mn à pied d'un centre commerciale ou on trouve tout, à 10 mn de l'aéroport d'Alicante,superbe plage à 10 mn en voiture.De très bon conseils nous ont été donné par une amie du propriétaire pour les sites à visiter dans la région(les fêtes d'Elché , Guadalest , les font de l'algar, un peu plus loin: la Manga. bref, sommes très content de notre séjour et le recommande à des amis.Les restaurants ne manquent pas. merci pour votre accueil. peut être à bientôt. cordialement les Nantais

We come from Iceland and just found this house on Google so we did not know what exactly to expect, but after this visit we can 100% guarantee a helpful owner and a house that is just as good (even better) than on the pictures.We used the pool a lot and the facilities in the garden, the owner was just awesome and really helpful !! He cleaned the pool very often and everything in and outside this house was even better then we expected...... We fully Recommend this house.
