Santa Pola

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. The property was beautifully maintained, located in a peaceful and quiet area just a short walk from the beach. The private swimming pool, which offered a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine and swimming. The house itself was very nice—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway.

Opposite stunning beach. Perfect.

Had a wonderful family holiday here. Can eat breakfast on the balcony and terrace and look at the sea. Can walk on along beach to the town or easy bus ride. Very clean. Quiet location (february time), nice green location, palm trees. Would book again. Highly recommended!

Perfect!

A great house on a perfect location just outside the centre of Santa Pola. The house was very clean and we enjoyed every moment. Contact with the owner of the property was easy and quick. For us the beds are a little too firm but we would definitely book again!!

Thanks Atle for your review. Glad you had a lovely stay. For the benefit of others reading your review, the stove (hob) is fine - you mean there is no oven. And also true, there is no vacuum cleaner. Regarding maintenance ("recovery") we have carpenters booked to replace the broken kitchen drawer, should be fixed during November. Best regards Gareth

Great place at a great location

Everything in the description is correct. The house is located in a community with 24/7-staff about 150 m from the sea. You can sit on the porch and enjoy the view and breeze from the sea! The owner Gareth is 100 % helpful, reliable and available whenever you need to contact him. We were 3 adults and 2 children staying and had a great time. Plenty of activities for the kids: pool, basketball, soccer and the beach of course. The area is very calm and the neighbours are friendly. I strongly recommend this place to families and couples.

Sure, here is the rewritten text: "Wonderful property located right next to the beach with all the comforts of home. The estate has multiple pools, but with the beautiful sea and beach just 100m away, who needs them? The host was great with communication and even allowed us a late checkout at no extra cost. The only downside is the need to go up and down stairs frequently, as the master bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Mercadona, a convenient shopping option, is only 1km away. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would love to repeat it. Thank you so much Gareth for a wonderful stay."

the place is great, it has everything you need, the only downside is there is nothing to eat close by, you have to walk 20 min to get something, thankfully we both groceries to have breakfast because the restaurants have a very strange schedule, the don't have eggs for breakfast and they close from 4-8pm. but we managed to get a place that can make some kind of American breakfast, they can accommodate if you ask. And could not get a taxi, they were always busy, had to book in advance but only for train station and airport. thank you

Lovely setting but a very quiet part of town

Overall the property was excellent, large rooms, exceptionally clean well equipped in most areas, and a sea view to die for, and we counted 5 swimming pools on the complex, perfect for families. We stayed for a 4 week winter period, which we think was a new experience for the host as the beds weren’t set up for the very cold nights. There were only sheets and a bedspread on the beds on our arrival plus one small blanket per bed in the wardrobe. However we purchased 2 duvets and that solved the issue. The host was very helpful, quick to respond and very proactive. So overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend it especially for families who like a quiet relaxed area.
