Overall our stay was good. Close proximity to both pools which our kids loved. The condo was comfortable, vary clean and a great size for our family of 5. There was some unexpected building maintenance during our stay but it got sorted out. Darcy communicated check in and check out instructions very clearly. Appreciated that.

Great spot and excellent service from owner.

Great spot in the Grayhawk community. Darcy was great. Really nice condo with many updated amenities in and around the condo. Highly recommend if you are looking for a prime location in a gated community.

Amazing Location

Loved the location and property amenities! Just down the road is Market Street - with fun bars, restaurants and shops. Easy drive to Old Town. Property pool, hot tub, gym and clubhouse were perfect for our family.

Gorgeous, resort like condo

What a great place to stay at for the whole family. Very clean and well maintained complex with great amenities. The unit was fresh and clean, plenty of space for the family, and checking in could not be easier. Two pools to choose from, both are family friendly and our children had a great time making new friends. The gym at the clubhouse is a great place to get your workout in, also very clean. The staff and other occupants were all friendly and kind. All in all, it was like staying at a 5 star resort, we absolutely loved it!

very nice unit with great location for doing everything

Modern unit with some nice upgrades. Unit is on 3rd floor so carrying up luggage is a chore. Owner is very accessible and would rent this unit again.

Good Location

Good location. Property pool and fitness center excellent. Good TV. Bathrooms remodeled. Broken coffee pot, garbage disposal. Lights with no bulbs. Condo we actually rented not available last minute. Double garage barely adequate for SUV.

I talked to the cleaners and they said they replaced the coffee maker and the lights the day after you called. I apologize for that. I am sure the previous renters might have broke the coffee maker. The reason I gave you the other condo last minute is because you had 2 vehicles and needed a bigger garage. Usually it’s an extra $200 a night more and I didn’t charge you that.

unbelievable condo in a fantastic complex

Darcy was wonderful to work with. He contacted me a couple weeks before our trip to offer to change us to another of his condos that was not being used for that week. It was unbelievably beautiful. To put it in perspective, we took this vacation one week after moving into a beautiful new house. When we arrived at the condo the whole family commented that it was actually nicer than our brand new house! Everything that we needed was there. I've rented many condos where I've had to bring everything from shampoo to paper towels - but this had everything we needed. We used the fully stocked kitchen each day for breakfast. The complex is phenomenal. Two pools and hot tubs and very friendly residents. The clubhouse is really nice with a constant supply of popcorn and iced coffee. We used the gym at the neighboring property that had everything we needed. The location is great - very close to restaurants, shopping, golf courses and hiking trails. We fell in love with this area. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. A couple tips for places to visit: Grayhawk golf course has an amazing restaurant with beautiful views. It's nice for just an afternoon adult beverage too The White Chocolate Grill Tart & Toppings frozen yogurt Talavera at Troon golf club - such a gorgeous place for date night dinner and drinks Gordon Biersch Brewery & Restaurant Carefree, AZ - cute little town just north of Scottsdale

Great condo in great complex

Everything as advertised. Good communication with owner, clear and simple check-in instructions. Clean unit, great complex with pools and hot tubs of varying size, excellent gym.

Like a resort, but like home too!

The property was great. We loved the condo, it was so comfortable and exceedingly well equipped. Nice Cookware, wine glasses and laundry facility. The Greyhawk area was wonderful as well. We had access to great fitness facilities, heated pools and hot tubs. We are an active group so we exercised, (climbed some peaks, long bike rides, hiking ) then cooled down in the pools each day. Even in January. The clubhouses were well equipped too, with free coffee and tea all day. We borrowed games and found the staff immensely helpful. It is close to two different plazas for conveniences. The owner was easy to work with, and would provide with more help if desired. Scottsdale is so easy to navigate as well. The unit is close to the 101 loop around the area. We would definitely stay here again or in this Complex of Greyhawk. Nearby restaurants very good as well.

Clean updated and comfortable

The location and property were perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable,clean and quiet in an outstanding neighborhood.Close to restaraunts and grocery stores. The customer service for this rental met all of our expectations. We plan to return to this property in the future! Would highly recommend.

Nicest unit at the Venu

As nice as the pictures are online they still don't do the unit justice. The condo is so beautifully upgraded and decorated. The T.V that's above the jet tube is incredible. Loved sitting on the balcony looking at the mountains and watching the kids playing in the pool. Added bonus being off the pool. The master bedroom over looks the pool and hot tube which views are breathe taking. Owners are great to deal with. Very helpful with ideas on things to do and places to eat. Very helpful.

Nicest unit I have stayed in

As nice as the photos are online, they still don't do justice to how beautiful the unit really is. Owner was super helpful, and had the unit decked out with the best of the best. I have Recommended it to all my friends. Unlike some of the photos in the edge and Venu in other condos where they don't show you the bad photos. This unit has everything upgraded. Amenities are 5 star. Close to all the great resturants and bars. Highly recommended.

Good location

Great location, bit of an issue with parking, but good place and it was in top condition. Close to local supermarkets, Grayhawk 3 mins in car, pool 20 meters, overall very good.

Best condo/amenities in Scottsdale!

Stayed in this beautiful condo for my daughter’s wedding at the Fairmont Princess which was just minutes away. This condo was in a perfect location very close to all of the shopping and restaurants that the locals recommended. Views were an added bonus as we don’t get to see many mountains or resort style pools in Minnesota. Coming back for the winter as this may be our new seasonal location! Nicest location in all of Grayhawk!

Perfect Stay!

I chose this condo because it looked lovely and (not knowing the area) appeared to be centrally located to attractions/activities that myself and my family were interested in exploring. It did not disappoint! The condo was clean and nicely furnished with everything you would need for a home away from home. The beautiful pool area was a welcome respite from the August heat, and the well-equipped gym was A+ for the gym-rats in the family. The close proximity to a supermarket was ideal for keeping the condo stocked for eat-in meals, however you will be spoilt for choice with dining-out options. The convenience of being near the AZ-101 Loop made getting around so fast and easy. The owners are both gracious and attentive--a pleasure to work with. We look forward to a return visit!

AWESOME CONDO in Grayhawk

My husband and I, our grown son and his girlfriend stayed in this 3 bedroom beautifully decorated condo in Grayhawk. The grounds were gorgeous, amenities perfect, etc. The only very small issue was the fact that the condo was located on the 3rd floor and perhaps had I known this in advance I may not have chosen it. We ended up getting our exercise which was fine, but when carrying up luggage and large shopping loads, it was a bit of a pain. The garage downstairs was nice, we had 2 cars so used one of the outdoor spots as well. Everything inside the condo was amazing though, no complaints at all, exactly as pictured. The pool was very close and refreshing. Lovely place to stay for sure, highly recommend it.
