Hi Bob, We supply the basic needs? I call it a starter kit to help you get through a couple days but to honour your suggestion, we will now start incorporating shampoo/conditioner, body wash. Thank you for your feedback

Hi David, There were some unforeseen issues I agree. My cleaner didn’t mention any issue with the faucet, and if she had I would have dealt with prior to your arrivals. The only explanation is that the faucet may have finally let go while you were there. I’m not suggesting you were rough with it or you were the cause for why it broke. It was 10 years old and probably with normal wear and tear finally gave way. I did take immediate action and contracted a plumber to replace with a new faucet the very next day. As for the t.v I didn’t realize that having the entertainment unit doors closed would pose such a problem for the remote to make a connection, If I knew this was an issue I would have mentioned it while trying to trouble shoot on the phone with you. I did take immediate action and called the cable company to come by to diagnose the problem. There was a $50 service fee, which I didn’t mind paying to ensure my guests where comfortable and had t.v. The keypad seemed to be an issue from the beginning however, I thought it was resolved after we both went through the instructions, you even thanked me for my help while on the phone. It wasn’t until later that you mentioned you were still experiencing issues with the door, so in all fairness had I known earlier I would have provided you with a hard copy of the key. I don’t normally give my key for security reasons but under these circumstances there wasn’t a choice. I’m not going to pretend that things can happen, however I always ensure my guests I’m one text or call away. I’m always available for my guests and take immediate action to resolve any issues if they arise. I feel our relationship took a slight turn when you had forgotten to checkout at the agreed 10am time which is noted on VRBO checkout and in my lease agreement. My cleaner arrived at 10am and you had forgotten that February 28th was your checkout date. You had asked if I could allow you to checkout a day later, however I had someone checking in the next day, March 1st and my cleaner was booked to clean other customers that day and couldn’t return tomorrow, so making it the only day she could clean my unit. I mentioned that I under different circumstances I would have extended your stay but in this case I couldn’t. My cleaner said you left the unit clean and where respectful to my property and for this I appreciate you doing. I certainly wish things weren’t this way between us both.
