This condo is located in River Strand Golf and Country Club, a premier gated community with all the sports and social activities you may want.

This convenient first floor condo is beautifully decorated and fully equipped including hi-speed Wi-Fi (200 MB+) washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, smart TVs, and multi- function computer printer. A screened in lanai overlooks the bird activity around the lake and golf course. Covered private parking space at front entrance.

Owner has equipped and furnished this condo for their private use so you should find everything you need. Owner is very accommodating and flexible to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Two queen bedrooms (master with smart TV) with large closets and separate baths. Large comfortable living room with large smart TV, dining area with lake view, small “study” area, and well appointed kitchen.

Optional full golf membership with a one-time $535 transfer fee plus tax gives access to 27 holes of championship golf on an Arthur Hill designed professional golf course, {you only pay small green fees plus cart rental}, 9 har-tru lighted tennis courts, 8 pickle-ball courts, basketball courts, two resort style swimming pools, small satellite pools, one a 3 minute walk, spa, fitness centers, bar and tiki bar. Open/community play for tennis and Pickleball.

Separate rental contract required.

For bookings, we always give preference for the following year to any tenants currently in residence. Minimum rental is one month. For in season rentals (January to March), we require that bookings begin at the beginning of a month and end at the end of a month i.e. we do not split months during "In season".

Please note that there is a security camera monitoring the weather outside of the back of the condo. It does not show any of the interior including the lanai. It is easy disabled if you wish.

Restaurant available without membership transfer.

You will find something new to do here every day. For example, play golf on the 27 hole course or meet your friends at the resort style pool with a resistance pool and hot tub then enjoy lunch and a beverage at the full-service tiki bar; play tennis on one of the 9 lighted Har-tru tennis courts or pick up a game of pickleball on one of the 8 courts.

Golf, tennis and pickleball professionals are on staff and the pro-shops offer an array of clothing and equipment. Work out at one of the 2 fitness centers with state of art equipment, open 24 hours. After golf stop into the Grille Room for a snack or plan an evening out in the formal dining room with menus prepared by an Award-Winning Executive Chef. River Strand is minutes from the new Costco marketplace with plans for a hotel, several restaurants, and stores.

Award winning Siesta Key Beach, multiple beaches and downtown Sarasota, opera, symphony, ballet and live theater are 35 minutes away. Excellent biking in the community and on nearby bike paths.

Rent includes electricity, cable TV, water, and trash pickup.

The following restrictions apply; no smoking anywhere on the premises, not even in the lanai; no pets unless approved by owner in advance and a pet fee of $150 per pet; no cats; signed contract required by River Strand community; adherence to all HOA rules and regulations required (available in the “Welcome Book” in the condo).

This location is centrally located and near Sarasota airport, 1 hour from Tampa airport, Close to shopping including University Center, and Lakewood Ranch Main Street.
